Mike, owner of DMF Contracting, took a rendering my husband and I created for a new office/studio for my business and brought the design to life! (see photo with the rendering above and the actual space he built out).He does incredible work, pays close attention to details, is personable and genuinely has his customers best interest at heart. I couldnt have ever imagined Id be able to have such a beautiful space to work in everyday and Mike made it happen.Since finishing out our basement for my office, weve since hired him for several other products and are just as happy!

DMF Contracting remodeled our master bathroom. Mike and his crew (Shawn and Danny) were polite and cleaned up their tools and supplies at the end of every day. They were professional and did excellent work. We would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

We are so pleased with the results regarding our bathroom remodeling. DMF Contracting did an outstanding job! But what was even better was the demeanor with which Mike and Sean exhibited throughout the process. Both gentlemen were kind, helpful, courteous and respectful of us and our property. First and foremost, you won’t find a more congenial, loquacious, hard working and honest to god everyman than Mike Heath. If you like his bid on your project, he will do you right. And youll enjoy the experience. Promise.For us, Mike took three bathrooms (including a pretty large master) from destroyed by water damage (I won’t bore you with the details of that nightmare) to three gorgeous bathrooms that, no question, enhance the value of our house.I’m already pondering another project involving our deck and DMF Contracting will be our only bid.

Weve engaged Mike for 3 different jobs and all have looked amazing (trim work, wall accents, cabinetry, and basement enhancements)! I would highly recommend Mike and his team for any home improvements you have in mind. He also gives great ideas and brings different perspectives to consider.

Ive used DMF Contracting multiple times now and am extremely happy with the work theyve done for me. There were a number of repairs needed while selling our house including shower tile repair and ceiling water damage/dry wall replacement. DMF worked hard to make these fixes quickly and to buyers happiness. In our new house, we needed a door installed, and DMF was able to get me extremely competitive pricing on the door itself and installation done quickly and cleanly. Finally, DMF worked to replace 100% of the flooring in a home my parents purchased as well as replacing the trim, door casings, and repainting of the interior doors. DMF worked to coordinate pickup of flooring at multiple locations, the work was completed quickly, and the final product was 100% what we were looking for. Ive consistently been impressed with the work DMF Contracting does; they are definitely my go to for home remodel/renovation jobs.

Hard to find a contractor who cares more about quality than bottom line. Found that in DMF. Quality work, very communicative and kept a clean job site during construction. We needed custom shelves and an appliance counter built around the grocery door in our walk in pantry. Couldnt be happier with the results (see attached photos) If you want cheap unskilled labor look somewhere else. This company provides high quality work at competitive pricing. Will use again and recommend to friends.
