    If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Due to Hurricane Helene and the power outage, the water was the next to be cut off. Once the water was restored on Wednesday night, I noticed that one of my toilets were clogged up. Thursday morning, I immediately called The Drain Surgeons and they came out about an hour later. They told me what I needed to do. Once I realized that didnt work, I called them back the very next day. They were able to send someone out on this past Monday. The gentleman was extremely polite and helpful. Most of all he was right on time. I was quoted one price; but when he came in and took a look at the situation, the price he gave me was much cheaper. It didnt even take him that long to fix the problem. The Drain Surgeons are my go to company for any and all of my plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company.

    The Drain Surgeon was a huge lifesaver when my local Airbnb had a plumbing emergency right before the guest was scheduled to check-in on a Friday at 4pm. Kevin and his team rallied to help me so we didnt have to cancel on the guest- two moms and a baby. This kind of service is remarkable and I cannot recommend Kevin, Larry and TL at The Drain Surgeon enough!!! Thank you!!! You saved the day and answered my prayers.     The Drain Surgeon has been to my home several times over the past few years. I would never call anyone else! Ive had plumbing backing up into my tub and toilet, and they showed up immediately to fix my pipes. At the time I had a newborn and it was imperative that I have a working bathtub to bathe my baby. They replaced our water heater, installed my mud sink, you name it, theyve done it! Thank you for excellent and speedy service!!!!

    This was my first time owning a home with a well and wanted to be preventative by making sure I get the proper way to change out my filters. The Drain Surgeon was kind and informative. It was an easy call but gave me assurance that I could call if anything big ever arises.

    After having issues with our septic system we discovered issues with in our home causing a backup. We took the recommendation of Bestway Septic and called The Drain Surgeon. Their service tech got to us very quickly and was professional and detailed. Within just a few minutes he had us backup and running and I was happy with the cost and such a quick response.     I accidentally flushed my lower denture a few months ago and had been plagued with problems related to the partial obstruction that my technician Eric was able to diagnose and fix using an Auger within 30 minutes of his arrival.     Had an emergency during Masters tournament weekend! Had renters in my home for the tournament, I was out of town and they called to say no hot water!! I have never used The Drain Surgeon before but they responded quickly to a call on Friday night after hours and worked through a solution the next day!! Flexible and replaced hot water heater upon my return home the following Monday!Cant say how enough about how great they were to work with and put my mind at ease while away from home!! And were able to provide a temp fix for renters to have hot water! Highly recommend and will definitely use them again for any plumbing problems!! Talked with Eugene over the weekend and he stayed in constant touch with me. Eric was our tech and he did a great job! No issues at all!! Thank you guys for excellent service and product!

    First let me start by saying I worked with another well known company in the Augusta area for 10 yrs. I received a quote from them and decided to get a second option. I reached out to the drain surgeon and they immediately scheduled me an appointment. The 2 technicians that came out were KD and Trey. I can’t not speak enough positive things about both of them. They were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. So to whoever reads this I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. The staff is kind the techs are great.     Our hot water heater failed on Thursday evening, so I called The Drain Surgeon. The owner was able to get two technicians out here on Friday to replace the defective unit. Both installers were very professional and they completed the job in 4-5 hours.

    Our hot water went out, they replaced it and a bad pipe the next day, a Saturday. Complications arose with changing of the pipe, old pipes, that impacted water flow in the kitchen, but they came up with a solution and that too was fixed within a few days at an entirely equitable arrangement. This company is great. Highly recommended.

    Our repair was done very well. The replacement for the cut off valves were very quick. Our tech went above and beyond for the shower cartridge replacement, which proved troublesome to remove. It was replaced and now our fixtures work well.

    Our technician Joshua was incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He came to replace 2 sinks which were rusted through, but while he was doing that our laundry machine began to leak water everywhere. Once he saw what was happening he immediately went back to his truck for his shop vac and quickly cleaned up almost all of the water, all of which he did free of charge, and still managed to complete his initial job within the projected time frame. I tried to tip him for his help and he wouldnt allow it. I cant recommend this man highly enough and will be asking for him by name if we need plumbing services again.

    Kdee and Bryan came out to one of the houses I own. We had other companies out and they could not figure out what was wrong. After 20 minutes he ran to his office to get a tool. Shortly after I received a call that it was back up and going. The toilets were draining and everything was working as it did 2 months prior. I am beyond grateful for them. They took great care of me. Next issue I have I will ask for them by name. I am more then happy!

    We pay monthly for a warranty company that doesn’t meet expectations at times and didn’t with a recent issue with our kitchen sink lines. Long story short, over a week without working drains and dishwasher. Put in a service ticket with the warranty company on 10.10.23, local company visited 10.17.23, said they couldn’t unblock stoppage without using a bigger tool, warranty company wouldn’t cover additional tool bc it wasn’t under contract bc the stoppage wasn’t normal wear and tear. Called the Drain Surgeons within 30 minutes Brian was at our house. Within an hour the stoppage was unblocked. The main issue wasn’t the wear and tear but the way the pipes were laid in the house. Brian was kind, professional, was certain to clean up any mess he caused while working on our repairs. This brief repair job left a great impression on me! Would call and use them again. And for a plumbing job, the cost was comparable and not crazy expensive!

    One thing that most homeowners hate is when they have a problem that they are not able to fix. You worry about whether or not if you call someone if they will charge you an arm and a leg. The Drain Surgeon did done of that. I call them yesterday they can out on today. Mallory (the person that sat up the appointment) was very helpful and professional. She was willing and capable of answering any questions that I had. The technician that was assigned to me was amazing. He was in and out in under five minutes, but not before taking a look at my sink (which was not apart of the assignment) and provided me with the name of the product that he uses to unclog his sink. This will definitely be my go to company for all of my plumbing needs.

    In the middle of nowhere South carolina, its hard to get contractors to do any type of workout here. They not only showed up, they came early. I believe if I had the money at the time, instead of waiting on insurance, they would have repaired it on the spot. They may be repair seem like a itll be a typical days work. Thats encouraging, considering the other quotes made me believe they have to destroy the entire house just replace a drain line. Even if the insurance doesnt do their part, there a financing option on the website. I look forward to taking warm showers again. Tip of the day, never buy a slab Foundation home.

    Seeing as how professional the Drain Surgeon was with a previous issue with my mother’s plumbing, I had no reservations in contacting them immediately when finding my water meter submerged. They promptly had someone to come to the house and inspect the issue as well as give me an estimate of the work within minutes. The issue was not an easy fix due to the location of the leak, but they remedied it in no time. The gentlemen that did the repair work were eager to explain the cause of the leak as well as how they were going to repair it. In short time, the repair was made. Again, they were prompt, professional, kindly answered any and all questions, and double-checked that the repair was perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend the Drain Surgeon for any plumbing needs.     We had an emergency situation last week that led to an overflow of sewage water into our shower, bathroom and closet floor. Every co. We called stated they could send someone the next day, however our issue was consistent, and worsening by the hour. So we needed help immediately. We called The Drain Surgeon, and Ashley was driving at the time but pulled over to stop and get our info to send someone out quickly. She was very professional and polite the entire time. Larry was the technician that came out,and he was super cool, very professional, informative and polite also. The first five minutes he was there, hed already got the water to stop overflowing and the water began to go down the drain. The dispatcher that took my call was super helpful and sweet and she was able to get my technician to my home the same day at a time that was perfect for my work schedule.     I appreciated how quick they were able to come out. We had a few people who came and did work, one person was rude and not professional at all. The others were very nice, professional, knowledgeable, including the women I spoke with on the phone. Despite bad news of our problem being with the main sewer line, the company was easy to work with and seemed honest. Prices were fair. I got our invoice and noticed though it says “leave us a 5 star Google review and recieve $10 off this invoice!” Which makes me doubt some of the reviews 😕

    If you have septic tank issues, you need to call The Drain Surgeon! Originally, we had Williams Sewer & Drain Inc. pump our tank (sewage coming up our shower drain, toilets not flushing). But, they didnt investigate further when water came rushing into our tank after it was pumped. When we started having toilet issues again, they told us on the phone that wed need to pay them around $1k to perform a service that may or may not fix the problem.I called The Drain Surgeon, and they worked with the local health department to identify our issue. They came out, discovered our sewage pump wasnt working properly, and we have our problem solved! That fix was under $100. The Drain Surgeon literally saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this company for your septic tank needs.

    This was the only plumbing service that could see me the same day. The main water line to the house has separated at the first elbow. After I finally got all the water out I started calling around. One plumber said tomorrow even though I said I had no water to my house. Another just took a message. Drain Surgeon lady said he would be there after his current job. Plumber arrived about an hour later. Made the repair. He waited close to an hour for the glue to dry even though the can said 15 minutes. He fully tested everything and only charged an hour when he was there close to 2 hours.

    I had a work done on my sewer line back in January and they replaced it and put in a second clean out port. Well Thursday, my water line was leaking just far enough away from the road (1.5 feet)to not fix it according to Columbia County.I called Drain Surgeons around 11 am and they arrived at 2. The piping had come disconnected They found the pressure was too high. The guys went to go some parts and placed a PRV in to regulate down. Everything was finished by 3:45 pm

I had a leaky T-valve in my gas line underneath my house that another top rated plumbing company in the Augusta area checked out before I called The Drain Surgeon. The other plumbing company gave me the feeling they were looking for things to charge me for, as opposed to fixing my actual issue. They quoted me over $1,000 to fix my T-valve leak, what seems like a very straightforward repair so I was uneasy about that.I called The Drain Surgeon for a second opinion and they came out the same day, fixed my leaky T-valve, pressurized and tested my gas line to ensure completion/safety, and did it all for under $200. I am impressed with the speed and quality of work that the technician, Adam, provided.     Great people! I called about a stopped up toilet that I could not get to work and several things happened very quickly. Within 1 hour Wes got to the house. He asked me about the problem and then began to go through the steps to fix it. Found that lawn service people had ran over the clean outs, yes both of them and that a piece of the plastic had gotten stuck in the pipe causing the backup that was in the yard. Nasty but better than in the house. Wes used water balloon device to unclog drain pipe and then inserted a camera to check to see if there was anything else in drain line.     Thank you Kevin for sending Virgil to our Saturday morning disaster. We woke up at 7:30am to find the ceiling leaking in the dining room of our 1 year old home. By 8:30 it was literally raining and continuing to worsen. Kevin diverted Virgil en route to another job to our house and he immediately found the source of the problem. Turned out, the builder pinched a tiny hole in the plumbing pvc in the attic when the ceiling was installed. Over the year plus the tiny hole has leaked enough water to create rain in our dining room. Kevin proceeded to call in AJ with Restoration1 to follow up Virgil’s work and inspect and conduct preventive maintenance for potential mold/mildew and water damage. All worked in conjunction with our home warrant/home owners insurance. I would highly recommend the Drain Surgeon for any water problems!!! They will have Restoration1 follow up immediately to make sure you are protected from future problems due to water damage.     My sewer line backed up on a rental property in Augusta. I live out of state, so it is very important to find a reasonable honest company to take care of a large project like this. I had three companies come out and give me estimates, and it is a good thing I did, because the first estimate was outrageous. The Drain surgeon was much more reasonable and in line with what I expected. They came out that afternoon for the estimate and were able to get the job done a week later in one day. I am glad I found them and I will definitely be using them as my go to plumber for my rental.

    The team was great. They were able to come put within a day of my call. It was not an emergency although they were prepared to come out same evening. They replaced my water heater and helped me clean up and paint behind it. Very fairly priced.
