Scooter did an excellent job. However, for a minor job South Lake sent 2 techs. which was unnecessary and overpriced. I contacted Joey, Supervisor South Electric, and queried the extra expense. His response was that Andy, the original tech who had done the Diagnostic visit several months ago had recommended 2 Techs. This recommendation was for an entirely different attic job requiring a dedicated line. Joey refused to disallow the extra charge which is very disappointing.

We called South Lake after getting scammed from an electrician who couldn’t find out electrical problem and they were very courteous on the phone and offered to help us out financially since we paid someone else for nothing. They showed on the schedule date and time and took care of the problem right away. I would highly recommend them for your electric needs! Thanks South Lake! Glad y’all are here!

Kenny (Scooter) came to my home this week and fixed a generator in preparation for Hurricane Irma. Having no knowledge of generators at all, being a transplant from out of state, he was fantastic! He worked so hard to fix a long neglected and older unit, chatting and smiling at the challenge of solving the problem, when Im sure others wouldnt have. He made sure I knew how and what to do if its needed. The price was quite reasonable, considering the aforementioned neglect, and I will certainly call on this company again, recommending them highly! Thank you South Lake and Scooter for helping us!

Worked with Don from South Lake Electric based on a protection plan I have with my Utility Company. Don called and communicated the process before scheduling the appointment with me, was on time with everything needed, and performed the repair promptly in a professional manner. Excellent service!

I was pleased to find a business that answers their phones and respond to what I was needing. I needed electrical work done to pass a 4 point inspection. South Lake Electrical contacted the home inspector to make sure that they did everything needed. Andy came to my home with everything needed to do the work. He took pictures of all that was done and sent them to me. I sent the report to the inspector and by noon I had a passing inspection from the inspector. This kind of service really made things better for me.
