    The Technician arrived, explained the process, and went to work. Once he removed the outer case of the unit, I discovered that it was filthy. Jaime did a fantastic job removing all the dirt and debris. He checked the unit inside the house as well. He Even played with my little buddy Milo. Milo is my Chihuahua. The system works more efficiently now, and is clean. Highly recommended if you ever need HVAC services. The price was reasonable for the work completed as well.

    Jeffrey was professional, on time and very knowledgeable of the equipment and what will be needed. Jeffrey also made sure that I understood everything as well as following up to make sure any other appointments that I needed were scheduled prior to him leaving.Joe was my second tech who came out. He was super friendly and thorough in explaining everything I needed to know. So far they have an awesome team!

    Service was professional and proficient. Techs (Joe and Tony) were very knowledgeable and courteous. We also had a consultation with Joe for new furnace and AC unit. He was thorough and laid out all of our options in a way that we could understand, very concise. Prices were reasonable. We will definitely be using their services again.

    Cam was very professional and thorough in explaining the root cause of my furnace maintenance. He came back two days in a row to make sure the function and maintenance cleaning was done properly. The Perfect Home service crew also did an amazing job cleaning my air ducts as well.

    Chris was our technician, he was superior. I am so glad I got the VIP package there are so many perks. He explained in detail what our options were, how to extend the life of our furnace, when to think about getting a new one. I am so happy with the services and most importantly the technician.     If you need a repair with your heating problem. Call Perfect Home Services. They response quickly to your call, tell you when to expect their technician. Technician was not only on time. Kevin is an experienced furnaces guy who speak with transparency. He takes the time and dives deep to identify the problem. This is the kind of person you would want evaluating any problems with your furnace. After carefully examining, he was able to know the cause of the problem.     Kevin from perfect home services was great. Scheduled for 1 pm, He called at 10 AM to see if we were available for an earlier time. He showed up promptly at noon when I told him I couldn’t schedule it earlier. He worked efficiently, explained all of his findings, and got the job done & explanation of my options in just over an hour.

    This is the second time I use Perfect Home Services. When I first called them in the beginning of the summer, they offered me the vip program. I wasnt sure but not I sure am glad I did it. Had an issue today with my AC and they definitely made me feel like a VIP. Call and they came out right away. Jamie very professional and was great at diagnosing the problem.     They replaced our boiler and water heater within 3 days of calling them to check up on our old boiler. All this was done a couple days before Christmas. They were all very professional and responsive and did an awesome job. We will be staying with them for regular maintenance on all our heating and plumbing needs.

    We cant thank Kobie enough! He saved the day! It is suppose to be 6 degrees tonight and to be without heat would have been a nightmare. He was professional, courteous and worked tirelessly to find the root of the problem, not just charge us for a temporary solution. He was the 3rd technician/company to work on our furnace and he found the problem that has been causing problems since last winter. We HIGHLY recommend, Kobie, and Perfect Home services.

I used Pustai previously so I was comfortable using Perfect when I found out they had acquired Pustai and a lot of their techs. I will be calling again for my other service needs as well.

    The original call was for a noise that my mother heard which turned out to be normal (it’s a new water heater. But the technician also noticed that the hoses attached to the washing machine were old and one was about to break. He explained that the hoses needed to be changed after a certain number of years (which they hadn’t) and suggested a different type that wouldn’t have to be replaced as often so he replaced those saving me from having to figure out which hose and then getting them installed.All of the technicians I’ve worked with explain everything and tell you exactly what needs to be done, give you a quote, and let you decide when and whether the work gets done.

    We called on a Friday evening around 5pm and they had a technician here in under 2 hours. Honestly expected them to say it would be Monday, so we were very surprised.     The technician who came by was very thorough. Spent about 2 1/2 hours on check up/annual maintenance for two furnaces. Did have to replace a fuse. Would have given company 5 stars but they cancelled on me 3 times. Did make up for it, somewhat, by taking $50 off of bill for two of the CX appointments.

    I have my annual furnace service maintenance . The appointment is easy and on time. The technician is professional and polite and explained the work he has done. The work included changing the UV bulb and air filters, the charged price for parts (UV bulb , air filters) are very high!

Ive had tuneups before but never this precise, usually guys be in and out in 15 minutes and I wondered why did I need cause they didnt do anything, so it was a pleasant surprise when he took his time to clean, check and explain everything to me.
