We had a great experience building our custom home with THI Builders. From start to finish the communication for designing the home went smoothly. Our numerous changes and alterations were all incorporated and done correctly. Numerous questions and tweaks were required during the build and Molly and Kory took care of everything. We have been in the home about two weeks and the house is wonderful. It is quiet and comfy. The perfect home! -

We couldnt be happier with our new home. Everyone at THI was awesome to work with. Molly and Maiah offered great input on design. James and Kevin were attentive, proactive and responsive to all our questions, requests and needs throughout the process. I have to especially note that Jon Sommerer, our Project Manager/ Site Supervisor/Mr. Fixit/Jack of All Trades was a joy to work with. We are thoroughly satisfied and highly recommend THI. -

We talked to 15+ builders around the area. We were lucky enough to stumble upon a THI spec home that had so many upgrades compared to other builders in the same price range.Not only is the home top notch but the staff is as well. Maiah and Chuck have been nothing but the best, they have went above and beyond on the small amount of warranty work we have had in the first 6 months.I would recommend THI to anyone looking to build their dream home. -

We are so happy with our custom home that we built with THI builders. James and Kevin were so easy to work with and very helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone on the team was great to work with and I loved working with Molly on all of the selections and designs. She had so many good recommendations and was so easy to work with throughout the whole process. Cory has also been great with getting everything completed. Highly recommend! -

I had vinyl siding installed on the house and detached garage. Sonia and her crew did an excellent job. They answered all questions that I had and replaced all rotted wood that I had under the old siding. This vinyl siding is much better than the original vinyl I had on the house. I would highly recommend THI for all siding work. -
