I retired and wanted a place to create pottery and to also use as a greenhouse. I hired Dell Builders and I couldn’t be happier. They completed this 10 x 14 foot she shed and it is beautiful. I wanted a Dutch door and the owner Seth Dell personally built it for me. The glass for the front windows was special ordered and the windows built to accommodate my desire for large windows. The roof is tin and the front half of the shed contains clear skylights that match the tin roof. This provides ample light for a greenhouse. The ceiling behind the skylights is insulated to help keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The back has ample room for a pottery wheel, table and lots of shelving and storage. It is built in the same types of siding and roof as my house. My neighbors tell me that it is the cutest addition in the neighborhood. It is exactly what I wanted. It is professionally built to code and the price was very reasonable. I recommend Dell Builders!

Dell Builders helped us with the replacement of our front door. We previously had a smaller door, and so modifications were needed in order for the new door to fit.Seth thoroughly explained the process. Work occurred as promised and there were no surprise fees.

We had 2 trees fall on our house during Helene causing major roof damage. Dell Builders responded quickly and assessed damage. They presented a very fair price and were able to get materials and start within a week. Dell Builders showed up when promised everyday until the job was completed. Quality workmanship, honest and reliable. Our roof looks incredible!

Seth Dell and his guys did an amazing job. His crew built a roof over our patio. They did everything framing, roofing, soffit and facia. Would highly recommend.

Dell Builders built this deck and pergolas. It is attached to the house. The work was professional, done on time, and the cost was very reasonable. Seth is honest, hard working, and excels at what he does. I highly recommend him and his company.

Seth at Dell Builders was very professional and willing to take on a difficult deck project that turned out so much better than we imagined it would. Seth did what he said he would do for the price that he quoted. Seth showed up early each day and got the deck constructed in 3 days - start to finish.This is the second project we have hired Seth for. Our first project was to replace an exterior door that isn’t of average dimensions. The door is solid wood and was cut, sanded, painted and hung same day on site.We are happy to recommend Seth at Dell Builders!
