Moved to Greensboro from Wilmington and the movers truck destroyed the gutter on the house. Davila Construction came out and repaired it and it looks just like new. They also cleaned the debris off my roof and cleared out a gutter for me while they were up on the roof. Didn’t ask to do that but the extra service was amazing. Means a lot to a customer. Chris was very friendly and his team worked fast and efficient. Highly recommend and will be using again!

We hired Davila Construction to do gutter cleaning and repairs. They were incredibly thorough and professional, and we will definitely be hiring them again. They scraped clean all our gutters, resealed several leaking spots, installed a new gutter downspout, and repositioned several poorly installed gutters, all in a single day. They also disposed of any and all waste from the job, leaving the property extremely clean and tidy. They were a pleasure to work with, and we knew exactly the nature of the job from their detailed original quote, which came with pictures. We look forward to working with them again.

Luis and his team came out immediately to check out our roof and give an estimate with detailed photos. A couple days later the roof was fixed. Had an issue in a separate spot after the next storm and they did touch ups to a different spot for free. Next storm came and the inside of our house was dry. So thankful and will use them for all roofing projects going forward. 10/10

Davila Construction has provided excellent service through the entire process of getting my roof replaced through my insurance company. They called and got an entire replacement approved along with the shed roof which I hadnt even thought to include in my claim. They called my insurance regularly and helped so much. After 8 months of dealing with insurance, I finally got payment and Davila scheduled my roof replacement within only a few days. They arrived early on the day of the replacement and completed the job in exactly the time they said they would. The roof looks perfect and they put in extra effort to keep the entire site clean. Davila Construction always followed through on their word, provided support through the claim process, and went above and beyond during the replacement when they found some unexpected additional damage. If I ever have another project in Davilas scope of services I wouldnt hesitate to call them again. Thank you Chris and Luis and your entire crew.

Chris and Luis did a wonderful job repairing my parents’ roof. They were very professional, honest, and went above and beyond to do the job right. Chris clearly takes a great deal of pride in his work. The job was finished in timely manner and the quality of the work is top notch. My parents will need to have the entire roof replaced in the near future and we will definitely be using Davila Construction for the job.

Chris and his crew did an excellent job with extensive repair to a whole exterior wall which had much water damage from a faulty roof and gutter. The framing of the wall had mostly rotted. They removed all of the siding, restored the framing of the wall and around two windows, repaired the gutter, installed gutter guards, replaced the siding and repainted the wall. Their work was very thorough and high quality. It was done very timely with very little disruption. The price was reasonable and very close to the original estimate even with the surprise rot underneath the siding. Chris communicated very well during the whole process and kept us updated as needed. They took great pride in how well they were able to restore this severely damaged wall and guaranteed it would not happen again.

Chris and the guys showed up a day early. They were professional, careful of the premises, and a pleasure to do business with in every sense of the word.They cleaned our gutters, used detergent on the roof, cleaned the sides of the house, cleaned our dormers, and pressure washed the brick sidewalk, front porch and patio. When I say “cleaned” they use a non-pressure process to eliminate mold and grime which is much easier on the roof and outside surfaces. It looks great. The patio looks new again after they pressure washed it. They even cleaned the roof of our shed (which was not part of the contract) so that those shingles would match the house shingles after cleaning.We have them scheduled to do some painting for us and I have every confidence that we’ll see the same excellent results.I cannot say enough about them. They did MORE than they said they would and they did it with care and efficiency. I highly recommend these young men and the excellent service they provide.Jeff HayesMay 17th, 2023

Chris and crew did a terrific job applying gutter guards and cleaning gutters. He is very detail oriented and noticed a tile on my roof that was about to fly loose. He secured it with a nail. They cleaned up after the job neatly which is very important due to the amount of screws and debris that can accumulate during this job. I will definitely be using this company every year for roof cleaning/inspection/pressure washing.

I have had Davila Construction do several jobs for me. I had an old shed that was falling down. I had Chris and his crew come out and they tore down the old part of the building and replaced walls, trusses and covered the building with metal. It turned out Great! They gave me great work for a great price. I was well Pleased.I also had them come out at another home and replace the shingle roof. In no time they had the old roofing off, replacing rotten plywood and putting a new roof on. It also looked great! Once again I received a great job well done at a very reasonable price.I can honestly say that Chris and his crew will do a very good job on anything they take on, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone for any project they have.Thanks Guys!!

Davila construction really helped us when we needed them for a short notice project that became a much bigger project than we initially thought. They did an amazing job and essentially replaced/painted all the fascia board for our house and carport so that we could get new gutters. They repaired several spots on our roof & replaced three skylights that were leaking. They are very thorough & attentive to details. They cleaned up each day after working which we appreciated since we have young children. We would highly recommend them!

Great communication & problem solving and very clean, professional work! Chris came out to look at my drainage issues and proposed a solution to get more water routed away from the house. While installing a gutter, they noticed a hole in the wood siding near the gutter that was letting water in, alerted me and did a very thorough fix to protect the wood. Would recommend!

Chris and crew did a great job cleaning my gutters. Chris also worked with me on scheduling and was able to fit my job in in a very short time period, despite the fact he was very busy. He also cleaned up the entire area using a blower to remove debris left on the ground which was in addition to what was revived from the gutter. He showed up right on time and was very personable and great to work with. I will be hiring him again for other work. Highly recommend!!!

He came out because we were experiencing a leak and gave us an estimate. He was very professional and wore a mask which is appreciated. He gave us a great price and even repaired it in the SAME DAY and check out a few more spots that my husband agreed needed repair (those were fixed as well). We got tips and tricks for getting the algae off of our shingles because they can cause damage in the future, also stating he could do that as well if we wanted. We will be replacing our shingles with a metal roof eventually and he took measurements and will more than likely be our guy! Thank you so much!
