Our experience with RBS was amazing.! From start to finish they helped us navigate all of the ins and outs of home building. Everyone was just a phone call away and very helpful even months after moving in. The project stayed in budget and was completed on time.! We get so many compliments on how nice our home turned out and when people have asked, would you use RBS again? I always say, Yes I would.!

We cannot thank the entire team at RBS enough. We met them at the property in January 2024 and asked them to help us build our dream home. Told the team we would not see them again until the house was completed as we lived in Oregon. RBS promised to send many pictures and they did. Furthermore anytime we had questions, the team was a phone call, text or Buildertrend messaging away. Response was timely and appropriate. This was our first new home construction and again the team came through on suggestions and modifications that made our ideas even better. Special thanks to Marcie on design and Tyler for executing the end result. Would also like to call out Craig and Ralph for being the best go to guys during and after completion. Thank you for exceeding our expectations.

Reliable built my country home from consultation & design complete to turn key finish & I could not be happier. They have a courteous, knowledgeable, & professional team who kept me informed & involved thru every step of the process. They returned my calls promptly answering all my questions & concerns & they completed every milestone on time or before. The quality of materials, craftmanship, & work ethics met or exceeded my expectations. At the end of the project I had a punch list of minor cosmetics, changes, & finishing touches. They returned multiple times until every item was addressed to my satisfaction.Reliable is clearly a company of integrity & I would highly recommend them to anyone.

How many contractors leave the jobsite (in my case my backyard) cleaner than when they arrived? How many contractors take fill dirt from the jobsite and give it to the nextdoor neighbor...even spreading it for him where he wanted it? How many contractors show up exactly when theyre supposed to, do what theyre supposed to, and get it done faster than a toupee in tornado? I only know one...Reliable. The beauty and workmanship of our new 150 wood privacy fence is outstanding, and we now have the prettiest fence in town! These guys are excellent craftsmen, hard workers, and went above and beyond our wildest expectations. And if you are reading this, and think Im exaggerating, or am a family member, Im not. I have decades of experiences with various general contractors, and have the scars to prove it. My last experience was so bad, it could be an episode of Dateline. So to have met these guys, Taylor, Kris, Bill, Dustin, and Josh, has been a good and perfect gift from above, and I am now a client for life. Thanks Reliable!!!

We definitely recommend RBS to anyone thinking of having a home built. Having gone through the building process and recently moved into our new beautiful home, we have been and continue to be extremely pleased with the whole process and with the quality of our home. The professionalism, integrity and responsiveness of all RBS staff from the beginning of the build and now afterwards has been excellent. We are pleased with the floor plan, the quality of materials and workmanship and with the extras provided both inside and outside.Having lived 450 miles away during the construction process, we found their web site, Builder Trend, to be an extremely helpful tool within which we were able to communicate with the RBS team and stay up-to-date on the building progress which included pictures that were updated weekly.Thank you, Reliable Building Services
