It’s difficult to go with any other contractor. J&J comes with quality, a high end finish, thoroughness, and pride in the work and final product they produce. Josh did such a nice job of communicating and ensured every last detail met our expectations. When unexpected findings came up (which is guaranteed in any renovation), he was thoughtful in presenting options and making it right. Bailey was extremely helpful in making selections and providing ideas that would deliver the aesthetic appeal we were looking for. Any renovation is difficult, it’s important to have a solid team working for you through the process. That’s always been J&J!Thank you for completing another fabulous home renovation project!

Dan Spinato did an outstanding job scoping, estimating and designing our new finished basement.Once we signed the contract, everything was accomplished according to plan, thanks to Josh Miotto, our assigned project manager.Josh did an excellent job communicating status and changes during the project. His follow-up was excellent any time we had questions. His professionalism in dealing with the contractors and any issues was very commendable.The entire J&J team is very friendly, professional and approachable. All the contractors did excellent work, particularly Justin who did excellent work with finishing carpentry work and clean up! Eileen, our assigned designer was a joy to work with, we wish we had her from the start!We are very happy with our new work out area, bath room, party room and walk in closet! We gladly call on J&J again with future home projects!

J&J did an amazing job on our primary bathroom remodel. We had very few speed bumps and, when we did, they were handled calmly and quickly. Josh Miotta, our project manager, couldn’t have been better. He communicated in a clear and timely manner throughout our project. When we remodel again, we will request Josh as our PM. He really cares about the client’s satisfaction and the end result of our project. He was very mindful of our dog.

Our experience working with J&J was a positive one, right from the start Sara and Lauren did a great job helping us with everything, the remodel turned out beautiful! Our project manager was Josh Miotto and he did an outstanding job! He truly cares about making sure the customer is happy, he went above and beyond for us! He did a great job communicating everything with us and always had a positive attitude! We are actually having another outdoor project done through J&J and we are very happy to say Josh will be our project manager again! He is definitely an asset to your company!07/31/2024As we mentioned above Josh our project manager on building a gazebo in our backyard along with redoing a shed completely. The gazebo and shed turned out great when we had our final meeting with Josh. We mentioned the inside ceiling at gazebo would need to be touched up Due to the Natural swelling of the wood Josh assured us we can call him in 3 to 6 months and he’ll put a another coat of paint on it. Josh is a type of employee you really need to hang onto.

Dave B. and his roofing team did a great job replacing the shingles and 3 skylights. The team was efficient, polite, and left the area clean.Justin installed the blinds that fit into the skylights. While he was working, he noticed a small area that needed new trim. He was able to get the work done all the same day.We are pleased with the new roof, the skylights, and the manner that J&J worked with us on this roofing & skylight project.

From start to finish our renovation was an incredibly stress free process. We were on a tight timeline with the birth of a child and our project manager Jacob was excellent about keeping that timeline right on track. All the contractors that were hired were very respectful and easy to work with and were on site in a timely manner. They kept within our budget and allowed for us to make changes as needed throughout the process.Our project manager coordinated every step to make this an efficient and seamless process and had no problem calling back people for touchups when it didn’t meet his standards. Would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone in need of a home renovation.

We would highly recommend J&J Contractors. We had a powder room upgrade, living room floor replacement and an extensive kitchen remodel. As with most homes, we had flaws that we came across during the remodel. J&J did everything possible to diminish the flaws in our home. When we were going to lose a design element in the kitchen, Rob the carpenter made sure we didn’t. Shantel, our designer kept us on track to make sure everything made sense with the design. Our project manager Josh was very easy to work with, did an excellent job communicating, keeping everything organized and making sure we were happy with the remodel. He also has the patience of a saint! All the J&J employees were great to work with. The materials used were high quality. All the subcontractors were very professional and did terrific work as well. Powder room turned out very nice and living room floors are beautiful! The kitchen remodel is stunning and exactly what we dreamed of! When we were getting estimates from contractors for the remodel and J&J came to provide one, my husband said he knew J&J would provide us with a quality remodel and they certainly did!

We chose J & J Contractors to replace our roof three years ago because of their outstanding reviews for their work. We echoed those review when they completed the work, making certain the yard was free of any debris and immediately addressing any issues with their work. When hit by a catastrophic hailstorm, we were happy to call upon J & J to replace the roof and and damaged siding. They helped us through the insurance negotiation and completed the repairs in exemplary fashion. Unlike many of our neighbors who used other contractors and had to deal with cost overruns, lower quality work or failure to remove leftover materials, we were completely satisfied with our project. In addition, we and whoever purchases our home in the future will be delighted with the 50-year warranty on the roof. Thanks J & J! Kelly, my design consultant, was extremely helpful blending the white kitchen with my existing oak woodwork elsewhere. We hired J&J to renovate our 1000sqft basement after evaluating several companies. We have a 60s house with layers of renovations; the team was honest and straightforward with what needed to be replaced to bring the place up to current standards. The project went well with both the timeline and budget coming in as planned. The team was very accommodating to our requests throughout the process with the design, revisions, and fixes. Our PM Jacob was great at communicating issues and resolving them as they came up. Overall we had a positive experience and would recommend them.

We had hired J&J contractors to do our roof some siding and some carpentry work that needed to be done on the roof. We had an excellent project manager, Dave who kept us in the loop on a daily basis. He provided us with pictures before and after of the work that was done so we were able to see everything that they had accomplished. The cleanup was excellent. Our experience started with the sales consultant Ryan Boss. He reassured us that they had the man power to correct our unique roofing repair. He was very thorough before submitting a quote.We were at first apprehensive (since we had poor contractors in the past on various other jobs)but we were given project manager Dave Bartz who came highly recommended from the company. He was AWESOME! His communication skills were excellent. They began with a phone calls, folllow up texts and daily updates regarding the progress of the job. The crew that was assigned were courteous and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Our workspace was always left clean. Our carpenter Tony and the JJ builders team worked very hard to reconstruct the trusses in our roof. The bearded gentleman who blended the shingles to match the existing roof was seamless (sorry can’t remember his name). The final outcome was done professionally done! The project exceeded our expectations. When the project was complete excess materials were removed the next day, Thank you Dave for making the process with J&J contractors impeccable…no call backs needed. We would highly recommend them !!

Siding Success.I couldnt be more happy with the siding job J& J Contractors performed. Its been over two weeks since the work was completed and I take both pride and pleasure every time I pull in the driveway. Many neighbors have stopped by to congratulate me on the improvement and ask who performed it.From the very beginning their salesperson, Even Huck, took his time explaining my choices and worked with me to get the best value for my money. I never felt pushed or oversold on anything we discussed. He then followed up throughout the installation and afterward making sure I was happy.The installation crew themselves were professional and VERY efficient. They completed the work in a very short amount of time. I was especially pleased with how well they cleaned up after themselves. Recently worked with J&J to replace roof, a very large garage window & some exterior siding on my elderly mother’s 65 year old house.Very good experience from start to finish. Estimate and scope of project were complete, easy to understand & accurate. Great communication by Erik on that front.Roofing crew led by Dave as project manager did a really nice job especially with clean up. Dave was very responsive and did a great job keeping me updated. He also identified and had his crew help fix a couple of related minor maintenance issues.Roof looks great and the color match on the exterior siding was a perfect fit.All in all a very professional job and would recommend J&J if you need a new roof, windows, siding or other work done.

Grade: A+. This was an extensive remodel of our condo, around $200k so you get the idea of just how extensive. Consisted of enlarging and complete redo of a bathroom into a very SPA-like environment with tile walls, LED lighting and Kohler automatic shower control pads; removed carpeting throughout and replaced with character hickory wood floors, demo portion of kitchen, added new LED lighting, appliances and countertops; replaced tile fireplace with cream city brick, converted open air deck into a cozy and beautiful 3-season room; and many other miscellaneous upgrades. Project ran very smoothly thanks to Jason, Kelly, Brian and Ryan. They take great pride in their work and came up with many great suggestions throughout the process that added to the overall look that we are so happy with. Id use them again in a heartbeat.

We had our roof and siding (LP) done this winter with J&J and we were extremely happy with the whole process. It looks like we have a brand new house! We worked with Dave (roof) and Evan (siding), and both of them were very knowledgeable about not only the products they use but also will answer any questions or concerns you have before, during, or after the project is complete. The crews they had on site were great and you can tell they were meticulous in making sure everything was done and installed correctly. We had some extra work we wanted added in during the project and both Dave & Evan provided options and pricing for what those would cost ahead of time and always had me approve anything before any extra work was done so there were no surprises when the work was finished. They were very upfront and transparent on the pricing, scope, and schedule of our project and everything turned out beautiful which is exactly what you want in a contractor.I would highly recommend J&J Contractors if you are looking to have any exterior remodeling done.

The crew from J&J Contractors did a great job transforming our 2nd level. The former attic of our 1920s cape cod was dated, dark, and non-functional as a bedroom. Now our master suite has a bath with a spacious walk-in shower, and is much brighter with a skylight and recessed lighting. We appreciate the new walk-in closet every day, as we no longer have to rummage for clothing from an awkward crowded space. And our new windows and heated bath floor make it much more comfortable. The overall process much less disruptive than expected. The J&J team was respectful, worked efficiently, and did quality work. We never had to deal with periods of little progress, and there was great communication about scheduling and issues during construction. We’d recommend choosing J&J for any remodeling project.

We recently completed an extensive interior remodel project with J&J (completely gut and remodel the kitchen and laundry, take down two walls to open the floor plan, other related work). We had some missteps in the design stage and some complications along the way that added some delays and stress to the project, but J&J handled the challenges professionally and we are happy with the end product.Sales: initial consultations and sales process with Matt went mostly smoothly. We appreciated the up-front and mostly transparent project price quote. We recommend more transparency on the countertop price levels. Our quote included “level 4” quartz, which the sales literature described as including almost every quartz option. There were very few options at “level 4” or below. Most of the appealing options were level 10 or higher. In dollars, this would have translated to a change order of several thousand $. Countertops were the only area where we felt pricing was non-transparent.Initial Design: The draftswoman, Sarah, did a great job creating initial renderings and incorporating our feedback to produce a design. We found some disconnect between how Matt described the design process and what subsequently happened. We still found Sarah responsive and helpful. There was an important detail overlooked that wasnt discovered until demolition (second structural wall). To their credit, J&J handled this professionally, not charging us additional $ for the second necessary structural beam.Detailed Design and Selections: This part of the project did not go very well for us. While friendly, our kitchen designer at J&J was inexperienced and did not always have timely or accurate answers to our questions. We spent a lot of time and energy correcting mistakes or trying to get correct information on various selections. A substantial mismeasurement that wasn’t discovered until cabinet installation meant we had to settle for some suboptimal placement of trim and narrower cabinet end-panel. This was frustrating because we told her several times that her measurements on that wall were incorrect in her drawings (before she ordered cabinets). The designer also ordered the incorrect color of tile grout (which was installed). Lastly, she ordered the incorrect depth on the fridge cabinet. This wasn’t discovered until after cabinet installation and appliance delivery. This caused a substantial delay. Overall, accountability and supervision were lacking here.Project Manager: Our project manager, Jacob, was great. He always responded promptly to our communication and kept us updated on project developments. Jacob did his best to move things along despite unexpected issues that were out of his control. He did a great job of sequencing subcontractors so that downtime was minimized, especially at the beginning of the project up through cabinet installation. We also really appreciated his honesty. When we met challenges or delays, he never tried to spin the situation or mislead in any way. He gave us straight answers and worked hard to keep the project on track.Subcontractors: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpet, and painters were all friendly and high-quality. Tile subcontractors did a good job on the backsplash but were careless with other installed materials (did not protect countertops, left some scratches in the countertops and in the sink). They also dumped extra grout water on our deck, damaging the finish.Other J&J employees: The demolition team was friendly and worked quickly. Rob did great work on the cabinet installation and trim. Joel did an outstanding job on structural framing and removing the incorrect fridge cabinet and installing the correct one without causing damage. Justin also did great work on cabinet details and correcting sloppy work from another employee.Overall, we are happy with our remodel. There were some preventable missteps along the way that created some unneeded stress and minor imperfections. But we found J&J to be trustworthy and committed to high-quality work. We would trust them with future projects.

I recently had a roof replaced by J&J. The roof had multiple unique problems, and I had difficulty finding a contractor willing to take it on, and see it through. Dave was assigned as Project Manager, and communicated with me through every step of the process, making several trips out to the home before, during, and after completion of the roof. Dave made it a point to get my input regarding placement of the dumpster and roofing materials, to assure that my passage to/from my home was not blocked at any time. The roof turned out beautiful, was completed in a very timely manner, and I even have an updated venting system for the roof, that Dave purchased mid- project, feeling that it would be beneficial. We worked with Dave and Evan this summer on an extensive exterior remodel - roof, fascia and gutters. Our house is @75 years old and comes with some unique features, flat roof, natural stone chimney, challenging drainage. In addition to the known challenges, after removing the old rubber membrane roof, it was discovered the previous roofer had buried the original tar/stone roof! (2) 30 yard dumpsters later, plus an exhausted crew (very hot), they got down to a wood deck. I am very grateful to J&J for fulfilling their contact despite the hidden surprise. I am certain many would have found justification to walk away. Additionally, every crew that worked on the project over 7 days were experts in their field and took great pride in their work. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with finished product and will make J&J my first call for future projects. Thanks guys.

Our project manager Evan was knowledgeable, professional, and explained things in terms we could understand. When an unforeseen complication arose he responded quickly to address the situation and presented all our options to us before moving forward to resolve the problem. We contacted J & J to fix an on-going roof leak problem. Other contractors have tried, but they could not figure it out. Erik discussed the problem with us and suggested a water test. Josh and Joey came out and found the problem. We discussed a couple of repair options. They came back the next day and, in a few hours, they repaired some rotted plywood, popped nails, ice/water shield that wasn’t installed correctly and installed new shingles. We were impressed with how Josh communicated with us, his professionalism, and his ability to troubleshoot and repair the problem. The cost was very reasonable too. We will definitely be calling J & J again for future work.

J & J Contractors I LLC did a complete roof tear off and replacement on my home. From the first estimate to the final meeting, my dealings with the employees were pleasant, professional, and considerate. The project manager clearly communicated every step of the process, provided knowledgeable information to assist me in decision making, and oversaw all project details. Accurate date and time expectations were met. Any special requests which I articulated (such as having an in house crew) were respected. The roof is lovely, and Ive had no issues with it throughout the winter and spring thawing. The employees began as strangers, but left as friends! We have an English Tudor home and had all of our outside siding of stucco and cedar replaced due to rot and leaks. J&J used a Hardie material made of concrete which looks like wood but is concrete which will not rot nor warp. We also had a closet rebuilt due to leaks over the years. A Master Bedroom was repaired along with some stud replacement. We also needed 2 new patio doors to compliment the outside.Our job had a slow start due to product availability and the usual changing and scheduling of people. Once started it went fairly smooth. Of course there were some glitches along the way. But that is common for a project of this scope but Evan came through.A few kudos to the workers: the Hardie installers did a super job (no more leaks), and it looks like real cedar and stucco.Our closet rebuild by Jesus Segovia along with Tito and Israel was a project (octagonal) but they did a nice clean job.Felipe Fuentes and his staff did nice work on our bedroom wall repair; new drywall, painting, etc.Joel, the finish carpenter, was great. His closet shelving and trim work and bedroom window trim and some door fixes was superb. He is a keeper,Mallory and her assistant did great work on sanding and refinishing our family room window sill due to leaks.Both patio door installers also did good work and looked experienced.FINALLY, a shoutout to Evan Huck, our final project manager and Dan Spinato, sales and design. They worked as a team to get things accomplished. Evan is a very good scheduler and manager of multiple projects. He communicated and talked us through what was happening and when. He kept our sanity.We are very happy with results of J&Js work and would definitely recommend and use them again.

J&Js initial consultation indicated we could convert a three-season room into a four-season room. Three other firms did not feel this was possible. J&Js design planning helped us see the potential of the four-season room. We are thankful for their vision. My wife and I hired J & J a few years ago to put a new roof, gutters, and gutter guards on our house. My neighbor asked to see the gutter guards we had installed, and within a few weeks, also had J & J come and install those same gutter guards on his house. A few months ago, we purchased a second house in the area as an investment. We again hired J & J to put a roof and gutters on the house. They did a great job, and we have been quite happy with our choice. When one downspout was not going to work with the location of a newly installed fence (fence and roof going in at the same time), Dave came back and installed a new elbow to change its direction. I would definitely recommend J & J to others. Like me, they prioritize getting it right the first time.

We were thrilled with our J&J team!- Matt Anderson was helpful, responsive, and really listened. This was instrumental in finalizing our vision (which at times, we werent even sure what they were, but the team helped guide us through, and made it fun!)- Shantal Ramos was great at helping us with selections. Without a doubt J&J Contractors exceeded our expectations for our basement remodel. We had evaluated a number of contractors and from the start had tremendous confidence in their ability to deliver. Our goal was to carry the original home design elements to our lower level to ensure both appeared seamless and built at the same time. They knocked that one out of the park down to the smallest detail.Kelly was amazing with her design, color, materials, and selections guidance. Her experience and professionalism were evident at every step during the project. The aesthetics and overall appearance of our final product turned out amazing as a result.Our project manager Josh brought what were on blueprints, 3D renderings and color samples to life. His extensive experience showed throughout the entire project as well as his ability to manage the timeline, delivery and customer satisfaction. We have had previous experience building three homes and as a result a lot of past interaction with different trades. Josh always brought professional and respectful trades to our home, and that means a lot. We could not be happier with our beautiful basement and selecting J&J. We anticipate additional projects with them based on our experience.

My roof installation went great. Dave Bartz, the project manager, was fantastic. He has over twenty years experience as a roofer himself so he knows everything and answered all my roofing questions. Not only did he do a site visit prior to starting he checked in with me periodically during the three day job. He also followed up after the roof was completed to make sure I was happy and everything was done right.Chris Kelly was the roofing foreman and he and his crew were great. Very pleasant to be around and they do excellent work. In fact, they were about 95% of the way done and installing the last few feet of ridge vent when Chris discovered a four foot gap in the rafters from the original house build. He could have not said anything and continued on but instead he did the right thing and told me about it. He did this even though it could have cost them a chance to finish the job that day and maybe have to come back. If this wouldnt have been fixed there would have been a small but noticeable sag in the roofline. This was discovered late (at about 4 pm). Chris called Dave and told him what was happening. Dave immediately came over and on his way to my house he called his fellow project manager, Josh, who is a carpenter by trade but works on the Interior side of J&J. Josh had nothing to do with my job but he set aside his immensely busy day to help out the team and my roof. Josh immediately came to my house, went up into the sweltering attic to install a 2x6 and bridge the gap so they could finish the ridge vent and complete the job. It was cool to see how these guys worked together so well. My wife and I are very happy with the work J&J did and highly recommend them.

Our project included removing a wall between the kitchen and family room and completely remodeling our master bathroom. Jason and his project planning team put our ideas into a plan and photos. Kelly helped us make selections we loved (countertops, cabinets, sinks, faucets, tile and flooring) Josh, our project manager, coordinated all aspects of the remodel and was extremely knowledgeable about the individual aspects of the work. Our family enjoyed meeting various sub-contractors throughout the remodel. We found them to be skilled and productive. The project came together so well and we love our new and refreshed spaces (flooring, second bath and half bath). J&J is a professional company, responsive and good at communicating. Due to high winds, in December we had shingles dislodge from our roof. And knowing that our shingles were 25 plus years old, we decided to replace all of them. We received several bids from business in our neighborhood but J&J was one that was the most business like. All of the work to be completed was spelled out in the bid with assurances that they were going to be in compliance with the strict guidelines set out in the warranty. Work by the team (Leader Dave) could not have been more up to my expectations. J&J concern for their workers did push the start date out (high winds) but we were informed and a new date set. Dave insured us that the damage to our shingles had been temporarily covered and the delay would not have any impact on the roof. Once work did begin I can tell you what a fine group, hard working group, and competent group arrived here to do the job. I waited to place my review as I was waiting for my warranty paperwork to show up. Guess the question is; would we use J&J again or when will we use them again. Yes and soon. Steve and Patty.

All my interactions with J&J have been wonderful. During a week of rain, I noticed some water getting in and what appeared to be water damage. Joe, my rep made sure that I was added to the schedule quickly to ensure that any damage that was there would not grow. I would recommend them if you need a new roof/gutters.

Our roof of 25 years was beginning to show some real aging. Fortunately,we decided to replace it before we saw any tell-tale leaks on theceilings. Several contractors who weve known for years (decades?)referred us to J & J Contracting. We were in contact with Jasonimmediately, who forwarded Joe to us, their sales guy. Additionally wemet with Dave, J & Js Project Manager. All great people in terms ofprofessionalism, follow-up and explaining the roofing and administrativeprocess. The roofing took two days and the workmen were fantastic.After both days several workmen walked our property retrieving scrappieces, both roofing and metal (nails, trim, etc.) They even used largemagnets on wheels to remove the debris that you could not see. Thefollowing two days we had gutters installed. The workman were veryrespectful, professional and thorough. I can honestly say that thehouse now looks better than when we purchased it in 2000 thanks toJ & J Contracting. We loved working with J&J for our kitchen and bath remodel! From the very beginning of the project they were very professional and always communicated clearly through every stage of the project. Our project manager, Adam, was always checking in to make sure things were going smoothly and being done correctly. He was very easy to work with and made sure all of our requests were being met. All of the subcontractors did high quality work and went above and beyond. We also had a great interior designer who was able to help us made decisions which was very helpful! In addition, they completed the whole project in a timely manner! We cant wait to have them help with our next project!

We recently had a second level added to our home, the first level completely remodeled and the house sided & new roof put on. We are so happy with the end result and what feels like a brand new beautiful home! The owner Jason was our first contact and one of the main reasons we chose J&J as he gave us a fair price and seemed to have a similar vision as to what we were looking for. After a brief delay due to our village permits (not J&J’s fault) The timeframe they gave us was 4-6 months but everything went very smoothly & we were able to move in a bit earlier, right in time for Christmas! Our designer John added in some special touches such as an arched doorway that we love. Our project manager Josh was beyond great....always communicating & we are very grateful to him for keeping an eye on the quality of work done. We felt he was really looking out for us when dealing with contractors & you should count yourself lucky if you get him for your PM. He even came in on his own time the Sunday he returned from his honeymoon just to check on the progress. My husband is very detailed & probably drove Josh crazy a time or 2 but he was always patient & kind and did what it took to make him happy. And Kelly was great in helping with my choices, keeping me on track and helping our house have a cozy, glam, lake house final product. We have been in our house a few months now and i don’t think we will ever stop saying “can you believe this is our house?!!!” Thank you J&J Contractors!

I had a roof and drainage system replaced. The quote and contracting process was straightforward and professional. The job timeframe was provided in advance by the Project Manager along with an in person overview of the job. The entire job was completed very timely and efficiently. The project manger communicated costs of additional repair parts and even went into my attic’s crawl space to inspect a question I had the day after the roof was completed. We needed our roof stripped and replaced because of the age of the roof and a couple of trouble spots. We also had all our gutters and downspouts replaced. The total job was about 4000+ square feet of roofing and 300 ft. of gutters wrapping the entire house. Dave from J&J was our contact person and appeared to be the job foreman keeping everything on task. Dave was easy to get a hold of and very pleasant when questions needed to be answered. The job was started and completed right on schedule. They also did a very nice job of cleaning up afterward. We will be using them in the future for our other construction needs.

We were very pleased with J&J from quote to final inspection. We had three Velux skylights, a Velux sun tunnel, and a large picture window installed in our den. Mason, our project manager, communicated with us every step of the way and checked in frequently to ensure we were satisfied. We decided to make changes to the framing of the skylights after rough carpentry and they very willingly accommodated. All of the workers were friendly and respectful. We plan to use J&J again in the future.

We are very happy with our remodelling project recently completed by J&J. From the early development of the scope of work, to the design assistance by Jackie, and especially with the management of a complicated project with some scope creep where additional items were added, the project came together very well with the oversight of Project Manager Josh Goelz. This was during a time with complicated supply chain issues, understaffing of various trade subcontractors and many other challenges, but Josh got competent subs to our home and the project was completed according to specs. There are always some unexpected curve balls in a large project, but we would hear Josh say no problem and everything came together very well. We looked for a contractor that had both the ability and inclination to handle any issues and we found them in J&J. Thanks J&J!

After we purchased our home we noticed a leak near our chimney. J&J had replaced the roof 2 years before for the previous owners. They stood behind their work even thought we were not the ones who paid them to replace the roof. The guys from J&J spent an hour diagnosing the problem. It turns out it wasnt their fault. There was a crack in the chimney cap. The guys were respectful, thorough, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. We will be using them for future projects to be sure.
