    Ryan was quick to get us an answer of what was going on. He even told me how I can correct it myself since it was not technically an HVAC problem. The previous owners took out an old line and closed up the hole for the return. Well the way they closed it works for the most part, but with the high temperatures lately it isnt holding anymore and he walked me through how I can more permanently close the opening to my attic space. Was very helpful! Will continue to use Edwards in the future.

    From my fist call to the finished project, we had a great experience. The staff in the office was professional and kept communicating with us the entire time. Our estimate was thoroughly thought out. We had an existing home that had baseboard heat and window air. We needed new duct work which posed a problem. The team took the time they needed to develop a plan that worked for our home. Once a n estimate was done, they quickly got us scheduled and installed. Of course there were some hiccups along the way but the installation team very professionally worked through the problems. They took the time they needed to make sure our system was hooked up and working to our satisfaction. They also had excellent recommendations for other companies we needed to provide services they did not offer. Example propane.I highly recommend this company.

    Joe was awesome! The first time around, the drain pipe was clogged from the A/C, and he explained everything he was doing and why as he went. After about a week, I realized we didn’t get the clog, and when I called, they were able to schedule a same-day repair, which fixed the problem. I never felt like Joe was trying to upsell me, and I felt like he treated me the way he would treat a member of his own family. I will definitely keep using Edward’s Royal Comfort for my HVAC maintenance!

    I had my airduct work removed from the crawlspace and put in the attic. I also switched to a heat pump system. I expected it to take three days (thats what other companies quoted). Instead it took one day because they sent three guys out. They cleaned up before they left and everyone was very professional. Im very happy with my new system.

    Had a great experience with Edwards. Wanted to have a maintenance inspection done on my residential furnace before the Winter season to make sure everything was functioning properly. Every other company I reached out to was 2-3 weeks out on any type of servicing, but Edwards was able to get me in within a day or so. Technician (Waylon) did a thorough inspection and walked me through a couple specifics on how my unit operates and things to watch out for. Very personable and knew what he was doing. Obviously, I did not have any major work performed by them (Like replacing an entire furnace unit), but so far, I am impressed and will reach out to them for services and support in the future.

    Excellent service! I didnt feel like they were trying to get more money than necessary out of me. They werent pushing extra expenditures, which was very nice. Very friendly, down to earth and comfortable. What started as a fall check up that was already scheduled became a needed fix when the furnace stopped this morning. It was all taken care of quickly and cheerfully. I highly recommend Royal Comfort!
