    We recently needed an electrician to fix an issue with one of our lights in our Homeless Shelter. Noah came immediately after I reached out to them. He and the other staff at Packerland Electric are amazing. They always answer any questions and inform you of exactly what they are going to be doing. They always do an excellent job.     We had a generator switch installed. It went so smoothly and we felt this was an affordable option to give us peace of mind when the power goes out again. They came out within a few days for a quote, got the quote a few days later and signed the contract. They ordered the parts we needed and when they arrived our project was scheduled within the week. Our installer was fantastic and accommodated all our needs. We will definitely work with them again for our future needs. Finding a company that is good at communication is so hard and they exceeded expectations .

    My experience with Packerland Electric was a positive one from beginning (initial contact and quote) to the end. They were quick to respond, organized, and the work was completed efficiently.     Last Thursday night, our home flooded and the basement completely filled with water. All the electrical was under water and the fire department shut down the electric and gas. When we could get back in, we began frantically calling electricians because not much can happen to recover until you have electricity! No one would even answer their phones or return our calls. A neighbor gave me Troys number and by the end of the day (a Sunday) he was at our house inspecting what needed to be done. Troy and two other gentleman had us back up and running by Tuesday! The guys were all super kind and understanding and despite the chaos all over town due to the flooding, they helped us out promptly. I highly highly recommend Packerland electric!!!! Thank you for getting us back home guys!!!
