    Our experience with Dave Van Rite Construction was fantastic. Our deck was very large and spanned the entire back of our old farmhouse. The design and construction were executed perfectly. Our crew (Alex,Jake, Brandon and Jackson) were all talented carpenters with great customer service. Our deck was slightly overbuilt to allow for optional future projects. We’re already planning our next project with DVR construction. Very happy with our decision to hire them.

    This company did a great job as you can see by the pictures. I wanted a company that built more decks than garages or sheds. Once they got started, they stayed until it was finished. Very detailed finishing work. I highly recommend them!

    We are totally satisfied with the deck that Dave Van Rite Construction put up for me. Mike and his crew answered any questions that I had and some I didnt think about. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The job was finished a day early, and I had nothing to clean up. I will be calling them for additional projects.

    Creative Decks did an excellent job from start to finish. Their design, sales and office team was responsive and so easy to work with. Their site crew was amazing - professional, organized, timely, great communication on updates and scheduling. They even cleaned the deck before they left.     To anyone looking to have deck work done, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dave Van Rite Construction, LLC - Creative Decks and Landscaping. A number of companies submitted proposals but between product, capability, schedule and Matt Caldwells experience, obvious mastery of the topic and confidence, there was no other choice. We had a large 2200+ sq. ft. deck resurfacing project including some structural work on a 20 year old wood deck. We chose the Trex product for replacement and the color choice turned out beautifully. Matt Caldwell, of Creative, and his crew accomplished this on schedule, very well done, with no surprises and on budget. My wife and I would use them again! Great job Creative!

    Providing reviews in not something I do very often but when you have a time sensitive project that is completed as expected - on time with quality workmanship - I thought I should share my experience. My first contact was with Tesia who was very pleasant and professional. She had the work estimate emailed to me very quickly. Since the estimate clearly covered my project, I was able to immediately digitally sign and have my finalized contract in place to keep my project on schedule. A few days before the project was to commence, I received an email from Matt to confirm the details which I greatly appreciated. The work crew arrived when expected and were kind and considerate of our needs during construction. The work was completed as scheduled which allowed for smooth integration with other related projects that were underway.I made a point to stop at Creative Deck’s office to make my final payment so that I could personally express my thanks to Tesia for making my project flow so smoothly. She was genuinely sincere when she expressed her pleasure with my satisfaction with her company. It is prideful, professional people like her that made me want to take time time write a review. Good people make good businesses. Creative Decks is proof.

    Overall, we are very satisfied with our new deck thanks to the very efficient and professional installation crew and management.We had some confusion and delays with some initial details regarding the patio door and size of the deck which could have been avoided with better follow through communication with our initial contact person.Everything was rectified to our satisfaction and we were still able to meet our deadline for completion.I would definitely highly recommend DVR Construction for your deck installation project.

    Incredible job done by Matt and his crew. We had a really tight space to work with due to an easement in the back and close proximity to property line. They were able to come up with a design that optimized the space. Communication was great, done by the time we had hoped for and the quality of the deck needed to match the custom home we had built and they came through. Highly recommend and would work with them again in a heartbeat.

    We started working with DVR over two years ago, and they helped us put together a multi phased project where we were able to build both an outdoor enclosed structure, decking, and overall enhancements to our landscaping. We were able to push the boundaries with using materials in new ways, and exploring options for products that would work best for our project. Matt was so easy to work with, gave his advice where we needed it, and kept things humming for two years straight. We also grew a great affection for our on the job crew, led by Chris. Their professionalism and quality is beyond compare - and they were always checking in with us to make sure things were going in the right direction. And, they were darn fun to have around! We actually missed the team when the trailer made the final pull away! Would keep using DVR for all of our needs!

    I’ve had the team at Creative Decks help with a few projects around my property including window installation, roof replacement, and basement services. They were incredibly professional and their work was top of the line. Each time, I was walked through the entire process and they always answered any questions I had. Creative Decks will always be my first call for any work I need done for the interior or exterior of my home.

    We had a concrete patio and cedar fence installed this summer and fall. They did beautiful work, were on-time, and did a fantastic job cleaning up. Everyone we worked with was great, and went out of there way to make sure we were satisfied with the job.For example, they added soil around the patio to make it a even transition with the yard and laid some grass seed once they were done. A few days latter we had a nasty storm that washed away much of the seed and soil. Without any prompting from us, someone was over here to reapply more soil and seed.Its one thing to have to ask and then get service, its another for someone to take the initiative and do it themselves. Will use them again for future projects.
