Ray and his team are just winding up the renovation/building of our basement in Longmont. We live out of state right now so communication was very important. I cannot say enough about how communicative and helpful Build Old School was. The basement is beautiful!!! We had several other things that needed attention (having nothing to do with the basement) throughout the project. I remember Ray telling me when I first asked him if he could hang a chandelier on the main floor: We take care of our clients. He followed through on that many times throughout the project. He goes above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone.

The teams efficiency was remarkable, completing a typically six-week project in just about two weeks. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and rigorous cleanliness measures ensured a hassle-free process. Rays consistent communication and updates kept me well-informed, and the final result exceeded my expectations. My new bathroom boasts a new bathtub, meticulously laid herringbone-patterned tiles, an additional light fixture, textured drywall, and flawless painting. Ray and his team turned my vision into a reality with precision and professionalism, creating a space that now radiates luxury and sophistication.
