    Outstanding customer service! Water heater died the day before Thanksgiving (bummer). But the service team at Reliable sent Zeke out with a new heater today to take care of me.     Reliable Heating and Air has always been a good company to us. We’ve been with them for many years now. On January 1st 2025 our heat stopped working. I automatically called Reliable Heating and Air. The young lady that took my call was very professional and helpful. She seemed genuinely caring to our problem. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. Our tech that came house was Dwight. He came in and made the diagnosis and had our unit back up and running quickly. He was very professional and courteous.I highly recommend Reliable Heating and Air.

    This particular interaction with Reliable was great and I strongly suggest you ask for Timothy Rollins if he is available. I called Reliable on Sunday evening and Tim was at my door at 8:15am Monday morning. Mr. Rollins was very pleasant, friendly, personable but most importantly extremely knowledgeable. Mr. Rollins explained everything in great detail in a manner that I could understand technical things that I know nothing about. Timothy immediately went to work while constantly keeping me informed of the status of my heating unit, the problem and the solution. He worked quickly, efficiently and effectively. Thank you so much Tim. You are a great representative of Reliable and I hope there are more like you working for this company. I am a very happy customer.

    Sarah arrived early on a Saturday morning and was pleasant, engaging , and easy to deal with. She knew her stuff and walked me through what needed to be done to bring my 35yr old system to current times. After we agreed on the best system for me, she facilitated having it installed on a Sunday for us, again to accommodate my schedule.The crew that arrived on Sunday were extremely professional and worked with minimal interruptions to our normal daily routines. They were knowledgeable about their equipment and the installation procedures and gave us options for the new return install along with pros and cons for each of the location choices. They completed the removal of our entire prior system and the installation of our complete new system in a single day and cleaned up after themselves leaving no sign of their presence other than the new system. They covered all the components and safety features of our new system as well which was much appreciated.Overall, this was an EXTREMELY positive experience and I’m very pleased that we chose Reliable Heating & Air for our home’s needs. I would wholeheartedly recommend them without hesitation to ANYONE that I know who may find themselves in need of HVAC work. Top tier people at a top tier company. Thank you all!

    Nicolas did a great job by making sure my system was running correctly. The monitor said that I needed my UV lamp replaced and he saw that I dont even have one! He changed my filter and did a system check. He let me know that all is well. He worked diligently until all was done.     Im having a problem with my new water heater, that wasnt able to be resolved by the installer. That plumber suggested calling Reliable. Tony Massey is the plumber/technician that Reliable sent out and dealing with Tony was an absolute pleasure, from the advance call until he departed. Tony was very friendly and cordial; on the phone and in person. I could tell immediately that Tony is a solution oriented service technician who, is not just interested in doing the repair, but also interested in finding and fixing the problem; that contributed to the need for the repair.The unit isnt fixed yet, but after listening to the history of what happened this week, with the new water heater, and what happened the new one that died prematurely before this one; Tony had a very good idea of what was causing the problem; in a addition to what needed to be repaired to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Hell be back in a couple days when the parts arrive, to do the repair; but so far Im very pleased with exceptional customer service, as well as his exceptional technical knowledge of issues above and beyond the device; itself!!!

    I have had several bad experiences with this company. Whenever I get a service tech out here, they make it a point that this job is an inconvenience to them and they don’t want to do it. I have had my system for over 5 years. Today is the first time I had my coils checked. Service tech Tyler cleaned them very efficiently. He had amazing customer service. If you live in the Covington area, ask for a Tyler Medlock, he is the only one who will actually do his job.

    It’s summer and I know Reliable is very busy, but I wasn’t super happy that I had to wait 10 days for a technician. Tyler, the young man who came, was hopeful he could fix our problem, but it turned out we needed a new unit. However, Tyler was very courteous and gave us helpful information. Roy, who came and sold us the new unit, was also very helpful and courteous. He helped us choose the correct unit for our needs and didn’t try to sell us more than we needed. We appreciated his honesty and friendliness. He even followed up with us to be sure the installation went well. I wasn’t home during most of the install so I don’t have the 2 installers names, but my husband was impressed with them also.

During peak times, you will not get any maintenance service. I scheduled maintenance three weeks out. They cancelled the call one day before to say that maintenance calls willBe handled in August. I called back, and they told me it was September. Their reasoning is this: other people don’t have air! If they can’t handle emergency requests and maintenance requests at the same time. They need to rethink their customer service model.

    After having a couple of estimates done for new heating and air units, my husband and I decided to get an estimate from Reliable. The initial consultation was very thorough with Rodney. We were surprised to discover they were able to do the install only two days after the initial consultation. The team who did our install was phenomenal. (Junior I,, Miguel I,, Angel, Fernando, Juan). Ours was a pretty big job, a full furnace and AC unit for the upper level and an AC unit for the lower levels. The team arrived timely. They were very courteous and professional. Although there were five members of the team, my husband and I both work from home and we hardly noticed they were here. Because they were so thorough in making sure everything was functional, after the install, they discovered there was an issue with one of the condensers, which was no fault of theirs just a defective part. Due to the defective part, they had to come back the following day to complete the job. They returned the next day and finalized everything, made sure everything was clean and put back in place. Unfortunately because of a poor job, a previous person had done one of our ducks was blocked. Junior and the team discovered the issue and resolved it while doing so, our Internet cable was cut unintentionally. Junior returned to our home on a Sunday to repair the cable and restore our Internet. This is Customer Service unlike you see anymore in this day and age. We are very pleased with the work that this team did in our home and would highly recommend them!!!
