    We had a great experience with Southern Perfection Painting, Inc. Sabrina was prompt with responses early on. When it came time for the job itself, the team was kind, thorough, and quick, yet meticulous. They came recommended from family. Just today, I discovered a neighbor who used them as well and had only positive things to say. They had a full team on our job and completed two coats of paint on the siding and trim and repaired wood rot in 1.5 days which is incredible. Keep in mind that the size of the team will determine the length of any job, but we had great experience! Whether it takes a day or several, you’ll get what you need. Lastly, if you’re a veteran, they provide a nice discount. Thank you Southern Perfection Painting, Inc.! Highly recommend.

    I am highly impressed by the professionalism, starting with the front office staff members and the team staff painters. My concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with the business portal for my painting project. Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions. The insurance certificate was sent over before my quote. Everyone was very professional, arriving on time, and the communication was excellent. The job came out phenomenally. Wow, I was so impressed and overjoyed with the outcome.     I used Southern Perfection Painting for some exterior and trim painting on my home. Quinton and crew came out on Saturday and pressure washed my home. Inclement weather prevented them from starting the job on Monday, so they started on Tuesday and completed the job on Wednesday. They arrived on time each day and did a good job with cleanup. Sabrina did an excellent job of walking me through everything in detail. Customer service was top notch in all areas. The price was more than reasonable based on other quotes I received. I’d highly recommend their services to anyone.

    We are, overall, pleased with this work. The communication and the process they followed were excellent. They set up a call and did a walk through before work began. We had some issues that required a call back. They handled them well. Taking one star for cleanliness. We had issues in a bathroom that they said could not have been their fault although no one else was in the house. We had to do the clean up there ourselves. Some primer or spackel was spilled or tracked on the porch and we cleaned that up as well. If asked, I would recommend them to others.

    I cant say enough great things about SPP. With quick quotes that are accurate and critical path documentation, along with ease of payment and super communication, the business side is top notch. The execution was just as good. Accurate planning, timely arrivals, excellent quality are all solid positive points for the delivery teams.     Im very happy with the entire process and social distancing measures the company had in place. My entire house was painted and minor repairs were completed in a couple of days. Im especially impressed with the customer service I received from the young lady taking my payment. She has a sweet voice and is super patient. Since my house was painted Ive had neighbors come by and ask for there number and Ill definitely use them again for my upcoming interior project next year👍.

    I had Southern Perfection paint my house May 2020. Very professional from the owners, to the office staff and all the painters. The painters were very courteous, very helpful and very efficient !! One of the painters assisted me in taking off the curtains off my patio and even helped me save a bird’s nest that was perched on my patio curtain rods. They were fast and did an awesome job painting my house !!They came on time to start work and left my house and my yard clean after they were done.I’ve had several compliments on the house since I had it painted.     Wow! This company is amazing! They just repainted the interior of our home, built new stairs for our front deck, and pressure washed and stained our front & back decks. They are masters of their crafts and are perfectionists and it shows in all their work. The owners: Sabrina & David Williams came to personally look at what we wanted done and gave us a quote that was honest & fair and they began working days later and finished everything to perfection in less than 2 days.     I am THRILLED! My home looks even better than it did brand new, and every single person from the office to the owners to the crews was warm and caring. That was a very pleasant surprise. The crew was extremely conscientious not to overlook anything, and that is something I really appreciate and dont find much in any industry - I could tell they wanted to do a great job because it was the right thing to do, noticed and cared about every detail, answered my many questions patiently, and made the process as smooth as they could.     The team arrived at the promised time—actually earlier. What really impressed us is they started to our house the week before, but it started raining.     After shopping around this was a good price for the work to be done. The whole team was professional and courteous. They showed up on time and the whole job was done in about 1.5 days. The only thing to add would be that if they had cleaned up a bit better afterwards it would have rounded off a great customer experience. I found some empty water bottles, paint stains on the deck and had some wood cut offs laying on my drive way. My advice would be to invest another couple of minutes in cleaning up the work Site and leaving the customer with not only a newly painted house but also a clean area surrounding the house. However great experience and I would use them again.

    We had the exterior of our house painted. Around the chimney I would say 80% of it had to be replaced they did an excellent job. I had my decks also stained. They look beautiful. I will definitely be calling them back to stain the fence I had replaced when the wood has been up for a couple of seasons. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are very professional,they are very courteous, all of the guys were absolutely great. I am extremely pleased with my experience with this company.     READ THIS THEY DO NOT DO 2 COATS OF EXTERIOR PAINT: I am sure this is a good company for customer service and performing what they say on their estimates. However, you have to watch their estimates with them matching what is discussed by their complimentary conference estimate calls.We spent time scheduling them in and paying our deposit for work to be done while we kept waiting for them to update their agreement to sign after we verbally spoke to them on the project.When I finally received their estimate, it did not include 2 coats of paint on exterior paint of our home as I discussed with them during our conference call. This was a particular concern of mine, because I talked at length that their competitors had given us similar estimates and we had received two coats of paint as a standard. The fact they would waste our time by not honoring what we spoke on and provide us an estimate that was for only 1 coat of paint was really frustrating for my wife and I. We stay very busy and had this time lost in addition to now having to work with another painting company to move forward.Southern Perfection then told us that regardless of our conversational agreement, they do not do two coats of paint for exterior homes using Sherwin Williams Duration paint or felt our home needed this. This is one of the top-line paints at Sherwin Williams but it is still recommended to have two coats on a house by Sherwin Williams.In addition, every professional we have spoken to has stated that we needed two coats and we have had five other major companies give us estimates all quoting for two coats similar prices to Souther Perfection Painting. We were told by Southern Perfection to call Sherwin Williams and they will tell you we only need one coat of paint to paint our exterior home.We called Sherwin Williams and they said, they always recommend two coats for all their exterior paint products. We called two other Sherwin Williams locations and received the same response. We then googled this and most websites we found said you should always use two coats of paint to do a professional job on both new and previously painted homes regardless if you were keeping the same color or changing it. We then reached out to Home Depot and spoke to their paint department. They use other exterior paint brands but again said, two coats of paint for exterior is always recommended even with paints that have primers.We shared all this with Southern and they still maintain that we only need 1 coats of exterior paint even having their Sherwin Williams representative call us. After my wife shared what the other representatives told us even their Sherwin Williams said, that we were right, two coats of exterior paint is recommended.Bottom line, if we are getting this from so many sources it seems to me that when you come to Southern Perfection painting, they are happy to match your prices of your other estimates but will be doing half the work. If you dont watch them closely. So be careful and dont get sucked in like us. We could have paid the same price to them for 1 coat of paint when all their competitors are giving two.Two coats provides more resistance to fading and a higher quality color and finish and what all the experts we spoke with recommend. It was also standard with every other competitor who provided estimates with similar pricing to Southern Perfection. Lastly, you expect that painters with reputations would act in your best interest and be competitive with their competition. When something like this happens you have to doubt whether the company really is acting in your best interest, why they are not competitive, and why they are misleading you over the paint manufacture and every other expert recommends. Yes, it may look nice when they are done, but later when you find out they did the cheapest finish over their competitors for the same price, you are going to be sick and stuck with a less quality that will not last as long.

    Southern Perfection Painting was very professional in communication and scheduling. The team at the office was great to communicate with and from call to quote to having the painting complete was a very brief amount of time. The team who came out was efficient and timely but they trampled some plants in my garden and left paint splatter on most of my door knobs. The team cleaned the floor where they dropped paint and replaced the light switch plate they broke.I will also share that while I had been quoted for 1-2 coats and had even done a section of wall myself with two coats to make sure 2 coats were sufficient to cover, they ended having to do a third coat for the entire house. I was going from dark to light paint on the wall and knew this was a possibility but it did effect my final cost.

    I have used SPPI on several occasions and always had the same result - a job performed timely by professional, courteous people who communicate advice and concerns throughout the process. They arrive on time, and send a large enough crew to complete the work timely. They never nickle and dime over small adjustments to the job. I have used them for a wide variety of services - interior and exterior painting, skimming wlapaper, repairing woodwork and drywall and have been extremely satisfied with the work and would highly recommend them.
