    Service was great! Arrived earlier than originally expected. Our tech, Bryan, was courteous and knowledgeable about our plumbing system. Was able to clear our bathroom sink drains in minutes. Would have liked to know more about their pricing system before the tech arrived. Website didnt give much info except that there would be a $99 service fee to come out. For the amount of time that our repair took, I felt the price was excessive. I would definitely ask for Bryan as my tech again, but the price may keep me from using Precision again.

    Techs are always very friendly and do a good job when they come. Terrence did great installing a furnace for me today.My only problem has been that they donā€™t always make their appointments. They call when someone isnā€™t going to come, but I think itā€™s been 3/6 times this year that they called to cancel the day of service. This is while Iā€™m paying $25 a month for ā€œpriorityā€ service and for free basic maintenance.Overall pretty happy with them.

    Daniel was very professional and replaced my old hot water heater in a timely manner. Any mess he made was cleaned up before he left. He did a good job of presenting options for different tank heaters as well as heat pumps. Precision Today was also responsive in getting a service person to my house within 24 hours of my call for service! Highly recommended!!

    My experience this morning turned out to be be a very good one. My tech, Patrick K, was very personable and took his time to explain the difference in pricing for the same unit. He was genuinely interested in helping me. I must say that he played a big part in my decision to purchase my hot water heater today. Precision Today gets wonderful reviews and I can understand why.

    Tornado knocked down a tree in our yard and it ripped the box and riser off the side of our house, we had exposed wires and extremely dangerous. I called and spoke to Diane in the office and she was fantastic. She sent an urgent request to dispatch right away and only about 2 hrs later Kevin showed up to assess what was going on. He was thorough and wanted to get us back up with power and in a safe spot ASAP. Unfortunately everything we needed had to be ordered, but he put the request in and drove out to their whse to get it first thing in the morning. He spent 4 hrs in the 20 degrees temps to get our power restored. He was fantastic. Highly recommend. Afterwards I talked to the supervisor and he vowed to help us get reimbursement from homeowners if they gave us any troubles. Great company, great people all around.

    Our blower on our furnace went out. Furnace and a/c was as old as the house and we have had issues with it a few times since moving in in 2021. KC came, diagnosed our issues quickly, was super professional and knowledgeable. Helped set us up in some horrible heat (house was regularly sitting in the mid 80s the week we had no air) with a new furnace and a/c that fit our needs. He got us in the next day for installation. Obviously new equipment was way more than I wanted to spend just doing a repair, but like it or not, it was due and I knew it.Victor and Ray came the next day to install. Very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. We love the set up and the house feels great now!Thank you for all your hard work!

Precision also installed our mini splits and perform the annual maintenance on our furnace.From the moment we contacted them, their customer service was outstanding.     Chris came out the same day and worked to unclog a main drain from the house to the septic tank. He let me watch what he was doing and explained everything as he went. I wouldnā€™t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!UPDATE 11/06/2024A few months after having the mainline hydro-jetted it clogged up again. I called Precision back and was ready for a fight. I spoke with Michelle and started in about how I spent 2,500 and now I have the same problem etc. Michelle was fantastic. They should record her calls and use them as training videos on how to take care of a customer. She was pleasant the entire time, even when I could have been nicer, and kept repeating no problem, we will take care of it and they did! They sent Mike Stark out the very same day. He walked me through everything and went the extra mile that the previous tech did not. The previous tech opened the clogged and called it a day. Mike actually opened the clog and then proceeded to to work the entire mainline until it was all clean to prevent another clog in the near future. The original tech was nice, explained things well, and got my drain unclogged Im not knocking him as he got the job done but he just didnt do a complete job like Mike did. He was young and had a good attitude so Im chalking it up to youth and lack of experience. I would have been upset if Precision didnt make it right, but they did, and then some. I still highly reccomend this company if you want the best service, want to work with a company whose handshake and promise actually mean something, and want to deal with people that stand behind their work and you dont mind paying a little extra so they can hire and retain great people. Precision has me as a customer for life.

    Chad did an awesome job correcting the leak in our shower. He didnā€™t just fix the leak but addressed the root cause, which had to do with the quality of our well water.     Zach Forshee was my tech today and I have to say he gave exceptional service. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my very old furnace. Once he knew what was wrong he showed me where the problem was and the best repair needed to get thing working safely again. Sadly I needed a new furnace but Zach helped me look at options and payment options to see what worked best for my budget. This is one of those expenses that can easily stress out any home owner. Especially with fall starting to come in and needing to keep the house warm during our Midwest winters. But Zach helped keep the process simple and understandable making the whole thing go that much smoother.Highly recommend these guys, they saved me from a lot of headache later.

    Arrived pretty much on time. Gave me several options on replacing my failed sump pump system. Choice I made was more expensive than I expected, but it included all the installation and ancillary parts. Took about only an hour, and all done. Chad was very professional in presenting options, and explained everything he was going to do. Very knowledgeable also. Inspecting the finished work, it was hard to tell that he was even there. While more costly than expected, I got my moneys worth for sure. Would not hesitate to use Precision Today again.

    I called Precision to come do a couple plumbing fixes for me. I found them by accident. The company that installed my A/C was purchased by them. I had a nightmare of a warranty issue with an A/C unit and Kyle at Precision stepped into take care of it with the manufacturer for me. To me that means they stand behind their work ā€¦ even when they didnā€™t do the original installation! I was really impressed - and very grateful.Since the A/C went so well, I decided I would call them to come do a couple of plumbing tasks for me. A plumber my neighbor recommended wasnā€™t returning my calls so I called Precision and they got me booked almost immediately - even though I was clear that it wasnā€™t an emergency.I had Corey upgrade the ancient valves under my kitchen sink and installed a new kitchen faucet. He gave me info on their service plan, too. For $20 a month they take care of yearly maintenance chores and there is a 10% discount for the type work had done today. When you have a funky old house like I do, I think that this type of a maintenance plan will be a lifesaver!In addition to the kitchen work, I asked him to check out the waterline to the fridge since we will be getting a new one next week. It took a lot of digging through my basement ceiling, but he persisted - and I am glad that he did. He found this little vampire/saddle valve that was tapping the main waterline. Why it hadnā€™t already failed ā€¦ I donā€™t know! However, he scraped a couple of knuckles and installed a valve that actually meets code ā€¦ when you have a funky old house it is good to check everything out at some point ā€¦ hopefully before it fails!In spite of the challenges, he was done far more quickly than I expected. I definitely will call Precision again!

    Precision/Miller has been taking care of my every need since I moved here the end of 2022. Although some of their administrative responsibilities have been wonky and weve had some miscommunications and unexpected cancellations, I am pleased with the service. They are thorough and our stuff works great.They were able to get a plumber out to us next-day, which was great because one of our sinks stopped draining and it was a sink we use daily.Everyone who has been here has been respectful and friendly. Which is a huge plus because there are some things about me that are just a bit unconventional. :) I have never felt judged by any of them.I thought at first their rates for each drain for were pretty high, but then I reached out to a plumber friend I trust deeply and found that his rates were the same! Shows what I know.However, my plumber friend quoted me nearly $1k less on a 50 gallon standard hot water heater (installed and out the door) than Precision quoted me. He doesnt give me discounts either, and I didnt tell him what Precision quoted before so asked. So this was alarming. I wont be using Precision for a water heater.But make no mistake, our membership with Precision is worth it as the benefits are very useful. You definitely get more than you pay for with that membership.

We decided to accept the estimate and scheduled the work for Feb 20th. Precision could have completed the work sooner. However, we were the ones with the schedule conflict. In the meantime, we completed all necessary paperwork and chose to go with the financing. All was good to go, as long as Kevin was going to complete the project.     Precision did a great job over the past two days responding to a sewer backup incident in our basement. Our technician, David, assessed the situation and quickly got to work on a solution. After scoping and blowing out our home sewer line, there was still a blockage farther downstream. He contacted the village, and when they came out, he communicated with them as the looked for a blockage at the village sewer level. The village partially cleared the blockage but returned the next day to scope and blow out their line. Precision sent David out again. He stayed until the city completed their work and was able to verify that our home sewer lines were flowing freely and open. I was grateful for Davidā€™s periodic updates as well as the companyā€™s commitment to keep him on site until the problem was resolved.

    Im prefacing this by saying this all took place while I was present, asking quite a few questions, and observing the entirety of the technicians process, without feeling pressured from anything he had offered me.Shane arrived soon after I had called about a leak in my water heater. He was able to deduce the problem and solve it quickly. He then offered to do an inspection and maintenance on my systems, including furnace, water heater, and AC when weather permitted.I agreed after he had told me cost and an explanation of the savings for bundling them. His furnace inspection was top quality. From cleaning the dust and doing a wiring inspection, to removing and cleaning burners.He had found a water pressure problem in a valve for my humidifier. Shane gave me pricing and the ability to fix it then and there. The fix of this led to another problem, which previously wouldnt of been able to be seen.This second problem was my solenoid which wasnt functioning properly given the water pressure going through. He was able to price me on that and get it replaced as well.None of the price was hidden, and he had answered all of my questions about his process, and why he was doing everything.     I recently bought an Ecobee 3 Lite during Black Friday sales and we tried installing it ourselves. Unfortunately nothing was labeled on our furnace so we were unable to do it ourselves. We tried hiring a handyman but unfortunately he was unfamiliar with our furnace as well. I work close to Millerā€™s Heating and decided to reach out to them. What I love about that process was that it was all through email. I am usually busy most of the day and setting time aside for a phone call can be difficult so I loved that email was an option. Other companies I looked up did not give email as an option for communication. I was so happy to find out that email was available for a quote and to set up the appointment. Our technician was also extremely nice and courteous. Unfortunately neither of us got his name down but he was very nice and knowledgeable and quick with the work as well. My review is my own opinion.)On a Friday, I had a private chimney inspector come out to clean and inspect my fireplace. They told me that my new home was a $1 sheet of tin foil away from potential carbon monoxide poisoning because of how the hot water heater was venting out. As a new and first time home owner, naturally, this was really scary news and I frantically called Millers that day, explaining the situation. The receptionist was quick to get me to Leanna the scheduler. I texted photos to Leanna and she spoke to the owner about my situation. Despite their open house that day and within an hour or two, they had Paul out to take a look at the situation. Luckily, the situation was not quite as severe as the chimney inspector lead on. However, while he was there, I asked Paul for quotes on hot water heaters because ours was 20+ years old and a ticking time bomb--it needed to be replaced and with it, the exhaust needed to be rerouted to not go up into my chimney. Paul was honest and quick to get me quotes on that same Friday. (Bless his heart for being so patient to with all of my questions!!) We went with a power vent option because of how the exhaust needed to vent out. On Monday, Paul, Eric & crew came out first thing in the morning to install the water heater. Im sure it was a pain to get it into the crawl space, reroute the vent, patch cement, etc.; but I am beyond impressed and grateful for this team. From start to finish, my experience was top notch. Especially as a new home owner, its so reassuring to find a company that you can trust. When he was here, Eric was kind enough to tell me about Millers Maintenance agreements too, which I have booked as well. Days after my installation, I received a thank you card from the owner John thanking me for my business. It really is the little things that make the biggest impact!     We had some build up in our Ac unit that was causing a small leak. In addition to that repair we received our yearly ac and heating maintenance.Could not be happier with the service. Technician was super friendly and informative. Price was fair as well. Iā€™ll be a yearly customer.Great work guys!

    The service itself was good. I got what I needed to know out of it for the potential house I was to buy. Though Iā€™d say that the scheduling end needs work to be a little more clear on the customer end. I had scheduled the thing for 9am but I got multiple instances during confirmation steps where the scheduling seemed to deviate to 8am for unknown reasons. It ended up working out though so my overall experience was positive.

    Millers installed my furnace and air conditioner several years ago and they have been maintaining it every year since. Josh was the tech who cleaned the furnace today. Prompt, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

    Great service. They came out to assess what furnace would work best in our house after our original one crashed. The price for their 2 cycle was right there with another companys single cycle. Installation was arranged quickly and the technicians were very professional.

    Eric and will were very very nice they got the job done and answered any questions I had. Miller company called me back immediately when I called and left a voicemail with a concern before getting a new furnace. Also Holly was very friendly and nice to me as well!!I would definitely recommend them! šŸ‘I had over Joe to look at my hot water heater and he was super nice and very helpful definitely recommend him!! šŸ‘šŸ‘

    Kevin came to our house and spent about 90 minutes talking us through our options and what could be done to improve our heating and cooling. He answered all of my questions, including unrelated ones about our gas fireplace. He followed up with both of us the next week and alerted us to Black Friday discounts offered by the manufacturer. Installation crew was professional and pleasant. After installation, weve had multiple follow-up calls and visits to ensure that were getting the most from our new system. Great people, products, and service.

    The crew was very polite and professional. Christian made sure I understood the operating and maintenance instructions for the new furnace, humidifier, electonic air cleaner, and AC. This was the best experience Ive had with contractors in a long time!
