We called on Monday and they were at our house on Wednesday morning at 8am. He wanted to know what we needed done and we were told this shouldnt take long. This man and his sons fixed the issue and fixed some things we didnt know needed to be fixed. He always told us what he was doing. Great communication. Top notch electrician! On a Saturday morning discovered a bad wire from the meter to the lake house . called Jim.1. he answered the phone.2. showed on when he said he would and fix the problem on the same day3. found out that night that the furnace would NOT turn on due to a wire that was loose from installation of the line. Jim returned the next day and fixed the issue .conclusion, Jim means what he says and says what he means, A good/honest person , will use again
