    Could not be happier with the timeliness and professionalism displayed by everyone on site. I had a situation that had to be cleared up to pass Fayette county’s fire inspection and was on a tight timeline. The company was out the next day, they made time in their day for us.     Josh did a fantastic job! During the initial quoting process, we reviewed the scope of work, what preparations needed to be done and scheduling. During the install, Josh took the time to ensure the details were not missed at all to include level conduit routing, proper sizing of holes in walls and ceilings, as well as the final setup of the outside service panel, receptacles and switches. I even had a change request during the install, and he implemented that on the spot. Great work and would recommend Southern Electrical Contacting hands down!

Josh pointed out some areas of concern (not dire, but a good idea to fix) and identified incorrect wiring for my septic pump (not dire, but problematic and needs to be fixed). I totally recommend Josh.

    Josh’s initial visit was everything you’d expect of a professional expert. You can tell a contractor what you need but an Expert is going to ask you a ton of questions and get to the “Why you need it” and address problems and solutions from that perspective. He looked at all the different demands the business would be putting on the system and provided the strategy on how we could meet those needs. I’m very impressed, feeling pretty lucky to have him in this area!

    Josh and Justin from Southern Company helped tremendously with getting my power restored after a storm. They were on time and worked into the night to repair and replace my meter box.Josh wife worked with Georgia Power to make sure they would be out to establish power to my home after the meter box was replaced.     Joshua was very professional and knew his job well. My bathroom ventilators were over 20 years old. He installed new ones, Panosonic, and they are very quiet and you can hardly hear them.     Josh arrived on time as scheduled. He and his assistant were very personable and they completed all tasks in an efficient and timely manner. Their prices were consistent with the industry. Of particular note was how they took care not to leave marks on the ceilings and walls. We have used Southern Electrical Contracting multiple times over the last 5 years and they always have been very professional and thorough.Josh just completed replacement of a dated fan/light fixture on the 20-ft high ceiling of a great room. He is highly skilled, efficient, friendly, prompt, and reasonably priced. We will continue to use him for future electrical projects.Josh & Levi just installed a new ChargePoint 240V EV charger in our garage. They arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work in a timely manner. We had them also install a timer light switch and check a nonfunctional outlet (the ground fault interruptor had switched). Josh and his colleagues are always responsive and extraordinarily competent. Lucky to have such a great electrician.
