Im so happy with the work Burnett Plumbing did for me. They were quick to schedule service, came out quickly to get me a bid and got the work done! Rob and the crew were very friendly and patient with all my questions and explained everything very thoroughly. Communication from the office has also been great.

Very professional business. Jessica, in the office is on top of her game. We had two pipes that broke over the winter and when I called, we had no water at our place. She was very sensitive to this. The following day, she called and Brian was able to come out and promptly fixed them. Very happy to have running water and no leaks! I’ve also asked for an estimate to Redo all the piping under our cabin.

They didnt just fix the problem, they offered great solutions to avoid future problems. I have never met a plumber that put so much care into his work.I contacted Burnett Plumbing again to install a new water softener. The water quality is excellent and I have an app on my phone that sends me water usage stats and notifies me when salt is low.

Craig and Cole worked hard all day,from excavating hole for new water line and hooking up new water line to meter and changing out hot and cold water lines in kitchen. Also energized system to make sure everything was leak free. Also filled in hole where excavating was done. Also Justin and his crew who direct line bored the new water line, great job

Craig and Avery were here. had to work on outlet pipe on the septic line. And in their archeological dig found an abandoned pipe and wire. Fixed the issue and got soil put back in the hole best possible..

We should have called Luke and Jessica at Burnett Plumbing Co. a long time ago. It took one phone call, the time was arranged, the plumber came as scheduled equipped with the latest equipment and left within an hour, leaving us with a kitchen sink that drains like it nevers has before! 10/10 experience working with Burnett Plumbing! We recently purchased a home and learned that our well water didnt smell (or taste) the greatest, but when the water was tested, everything was fine. Luke came by and recommended an EcoWater Iron Filter. After installation, they said it could take up to a week to notice a difference, BUT on the same day it was installed, our water was already 100x better. Always a pleasure working with these folks! So worth it!

Opened up our cabin and the main waterline ball valve was cracked from freezing (my bad). It was after hours but I submitted a request on their website. First thing in the morning I received a text from one of their techs indicating they can be out in a few hours if it’s okay with me. Like clockwork the awesome, professional tech was right on time, had the part on hand fixed the issue in short order, also identified another issue and fixed it with another part he had available. I was very impressed and satisfied. The billing was super easy and online which I appreciate. Thank you!
