    I had a project to paint that needed siding replaced. I spoke with the owner about it during my inspection. We had several companies look at it but in the end we settled on kv construction. They were fast and reasonably priced . The finishproduct looked amazing and we were able to complete our painting process without any problems. I would recommend and use kv again in the future.

    I highly recommend KV Construction based on my experiences with Vasily, Yuri, and Katrina. They worked with me on my siding project that was financed through a renovation refinance loan. There were a few hoops to jump through to get everything approved and payment issued and they were helpful through the entire process. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and the final project is exactly what I wanted. I will be reaching out to their team for all my future siding/construction needs!

    Vasily and Katrina were excellent to work with! Vasily did a fine job on a siding replacement for my home, I would have expected to pay more for the quality of work done! I would highly reccomend to any homeowner who needs siding replaced, high quality work and a perfect time scale for the repair, ill be a returning customer!

    After going through the LP siding replacement process twice I realized the fool I`de been, it was time to replace it all.j I tried 5 siding contractors in our area and they were all to busy or not equipped to do the job. I called Vasliy from his CL add and had an appointment the next day.I must admit I was a little leary of an outfit from 2 counties over but we were desperate.Vasily showed up on time with a trunk load of samples and went over every detail of how and when the job would be done. On day 1 the crew showed up with a dumpster, honey pot and every emaginalbe tool for the job. Yuri and his crew went right to work putting in 9-10 hr days with 3-4 hours of raod time. It was non stop with those guys and in 2 weeks we had a new home.From my experience I give them the highest recomendation there is.Thank you Vasily, Yuri, and George

    KV Construction did a phenomenal job re-siding my house with Hardie siding. They were efficient, professional, and the job they did sealing and flashing was above and beyond. The entire experience was great. I highly recommend them.

    KV Construction did a really nice job of installing Hardie siding on our new shed. They also installed a soffit, trim detail and caulked the entire shed for us. They were very responsive and took steps to work us into their schedule and complete the job before a storm arrived. And their post-project cleanup was great.

    We used KV Construction to have our house re-sided. Vasily offered us the James Hardie ColorPlus products and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We went with the night gray siding and artic white trim. We had multiple contractors come out to the house to bid us, but Vasily was the one who made us feel the most comfortable. He was also very fairly priced and upfront about what was included. His crew was incredibly professional and always respectful. We highly recommend this company!

    Vasily @ KV Construction had his team do siding work on our new construction addition in Bellevue. We had them install hardie panels, hardie soffits, and board & batten style. They did a good job and were easy to work with. Would definitely hire again. Great work!

    Vasily and his team did a great job installing hardie siding, cedar shake siding, and cedar trim on my 2nd story addition and complete house remodel project. They pay attention to detail. They did a super job caulking with Quad Max oil based caulk. My house looks fabulous. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

    I was having trouble getting a contractor to replace a small section of siding. Vasily was able to show up same day and get the project completed for me. his work looks fantastic and he had great attention to detail. highly recommend!

    Vasily was referred to me by a friend in construction. I called him and he called me right back and scheduled to come out and take a look at some areas on our home that needed old LP siding taken off and replaced with Hardie plank. He was pleasant and said he could get the job done for us in a very timely manner. It was up very high up in the back peak and he said no problem! His guys came and got the job done and ready for paint! I would recommend him and his team! Thank you!

    I usually Fred having to hire a contractor to work on my home, but not this time. The work I needed done was done perfectly and could not have done it better myself. The work was done very fast and they cleaned up. Other than the job being done you would have never known they were there. The pricing was super affordable, as I though it would be a whole lot more. I would highly recommend KV Construction for your next home project, as I couldn’t be happier.

    KV did a siding repair job on a 25 year old house, replacing approx 50% of LP siding that had gone bad. KV was very professional, on-time and did a great job. As I told the owner when I paid the invoice, they did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Would definitely recommend KV Construction.

    Vasily surveyed the work beforehand, let me know ways I could cut my costs, arrived on time as promised after having sent me a reminder a day before, worked hard with his assistant, and did a professional job to the degree that I am astounded that the project didnt cost twice as much. He is polite, genuine, honest and thorough. I heartily recommend him for siding and windows. I am completely satisfied, in fact delighted.
