    Adam came and fixed an over flow pipe that was leaking in my basement and he replaced a hose bib for us. He did an awesome job fixing our issues and was very knowledgeable on what to do. He was very nice and respectful which is always a plus!

    Had an emergency backup and called 1-Tom. Heather dispatched Thomas and he was here within the hour and properly diagnosed the issue of a break in a sewer pipe. Since the emergency was a late night weekend, we set the repair for first thing the next business day. Billy led a team of Chris***, Marty**, Jacob**… and found and removed the broken pipe and replaced it with a better product done in a better setup and were finished by the afternoon. Everyone was kind and very knowledgeable.

    I had to have my house replumbed and was very stressed about it, but turns out I didn’t need to be. Marty was kind and patient working out the estimate, and did a great job letting me know what was going on during the actual work.     The office staff was very pleasant and professional. We had an emergency situation and they fit us in quickly which was much appreciated. The technician showed up on time and made the required repairs in a very good amount of time. He cleaned up after himself and put everything back in its place. He was very knowledgeable and professional as well. I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend them.

    I needed a quick assist at my sisters house and 1-Tom Plumber had a very high Google review so I called. Heather was VERY helpful in explaining my options and getting me setup the same day. She kept me posted on their arrival time so I knew what to expect. I received a picture through text of Andrew, so I would know who to look for. That made me feel safe, having never worked with this vendor before. He was helpful, thorough, and expedient. They took many forms of payment which was also helpful.     1-Tom-Plumber did an excellent job of fixing my plumbing issues. They replaced all the old pipes with pvc pipes. They were clean and neat wore protective wear over their clothes and shoes so as not to track dirt and debris over my house. The price was reasonable considering the space they had to work in and they were finished in a reasonable amount of time so I didn’t have to do without a bathroom all day. Thank you guys for a job well done.

    Wow, the plumber was absolutely fantastic! It would have been even better if we could have placed the tank on a more stable platform, but overall we were extremely pleased with his work and service. His attitude was top-notch and hes a real asset to your company. I highly recommend him!

    The plumber came and gave us an estimate and our cost was $79. This seems reasonable. Our technician was professional, pleasant, and thorough. We had a large job to do replacing septic pipe and it’s worth getting more than one estimate. We had already had a camera put down to see what needed to be done. This estimate was about 50% more than another equivalent estimate we received from another company, so we will not be using this company to do the work.

    We had a small plumbing emergency at 6:00 PM. Called 1-Tom-Plumbing and Marty was here at around 7:00. Quoted us a price before work began and had the initial problem solved by 9:00. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The lady who took my frantic call was also great. Definitely recommend!

    Adam and Lucas came by and cleared a sewage blockage. They were so friendly and professional. Answered any question I had. I didnt get an estimate from anyone else, so Im not rating them on price. Service wise, they were awesome. Heather was also very nice over the phone.     Marty was so nice, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I’ll definitely call again with anything else I need fixed in the future. I’d had two previous plumbers attempt to fix the leak under my kitchen sink to no avail and he was the first to go into detail about what needs to happen in order to fix it correctly. Highly recommend.

    Came home to the country home with a lovely busted pipe in the basement on a Saturday night. Called a competitor and these guys. The lady that answered the phone was really nice and sent someone out right away. Randy came about an hour later. He was very nice and professional, and was able to get everything taken care of, and even did a full inspection for us while he waited on the new plumbing glue to dry. He didnt gauge us on the price either. We are very happy with these guys and will definitely use them again!

    We had a really nasty clog in a drain pipe that was causing our laundry drain, kitchen sink, and hall bathtub to backup. I called 1-Tom-Plumber and they sent someone out right away and they arrived within 30 minutes. Adam and Lucas worked diligently to get it unclogged but there was too much sludge/grease build up due to the pipe being at the incorrect slope and previous owners dumping grease down the drain for years. They got us scheduled promptly (2 days out) to have a new drain pipe installed at the proper diameter and slope and they did an awesome job. They kept me informed every step of the way as well. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs! I will be using them in the future for any more issues I might run into.

    Adam went the extra distance to get to my Fiancés house on a Saturday (last minute call), and worked until 9pm to find and repair a leak. Adam then went above and beyond to clean all of the faucet filters. Importantly, Adam diagnosed each issue and made sure that my fiancé was comfortable with the issue and solution. Great experience and highly recommended!

    Adam and Lucas did a fabulous job. Adam kept me informed on every step of planning and completing my plumbing needs. Water was leaking into my yard from the tub, laundry room sink and bathroom sink pipes from under my house. Adam and Lucasrerouted the pipes removing galvanized pipes and installing pvc pipe. No more leak. My husband and I couldnt be more pleased with their work and expertise. We will be using 1-Tom - Plumber again for sure.

    The spicket on the the back of my house was leaking bad from the inside. I called to set up an appointment and Billy came out to do the job for me. He was kind, very professional and kept me up to speed on everything he was doing.     I called at least 20 plumbers this morning. They were the only one that was able to fit me in the same day. Fred was the gentleman that we got. He was amazing. Very friendly, funny, and very great at what he does. I not only recommend this company but I recommend Fred as well. Any company that hires someone as good as him has a great costumer service. The lady who answers the calls was also very sweet and did a great job as well.     First off it is a Saturday morning. We called several services due to discovering a leak in ceiling of finished basement. Small leak that had been going for some time. We ran across 1 Tom Plumbing and after seeing good reviews for them we gave them a shot. Kaitland setup our service and arranged the tech to come out. From the get go I could tell this crew was on the up n up. She kept me informed as to when the tech would arrive. Fred was the tech sent out to take care of the issue. He was incredibly professional, friendly, thorough and persistent. He had to go through a few troubleshooting methods to pinpoint where the leak was coming from. Initially, once cutting away part of the drywall at what appeared to be the problem spot, we did not see any water leak. So after a few more investigations , he pinpointed the issue…fixed it up…tested and cleaned up the work area.     I can not say enough about this company that have went above and beyond for me. I had a mainline backup and Tyler from 1 Tom came out was able to clear the stoppage quickly and efficiently also I will say was very clean did not leave a mess like these horror stories you hear some plumbers do. But the best/worst part about the service was he was able to camera out the line to see what was going on in the drains and turns out they were old cast iron pipes and Tyler and his team were able to fix the piping without having to rip up my floor or yard I was beyond impressed I tell all my friends about this company they were great.
