    We have been a customer of Vredevoogd for a very long time and highly recommend them. They have great service, are knowledgeable about their services and products and their work force takes great care of us. At our regular winter service check, our furnace let our service tech know it was ready to retire with a crack. The tech gave us our options - replace the part or a new furnace. Replacing the part would cost about the same as a new furnace and we would still have an old furnace. We went with a new furnace. We were able to order our new furnace, multiple choices, with our service tech that day. Ben, Alex H and Dan arrived with our new furnace, removed the old one, changed out the pieces that were out of spec, explained the updates/new features. Knowledgeable, kind and patient they were. When they were done you could not tell they were even here. They took care of the permit also. The best! Thank you Vredevoogd!!

    Our entire experience was wonderful. It was a heating emergency- my 86 year old friend was without heat and the weather was horrible. Lucas was perfect- kind, helpful and he even brought portable heaters! He fixed the 53 year old furnace as best he could and suggested a new furnace. The price was fair and can be installed quickly.     Aaron D. Was the technician. He was very polite. Answered all my questions. He even gave the water heater a good going over. Tighten all the connections. Replaced both wires clips even though only one was broken. Price was reasonable. Backed up there work with a three year warranty. Very happy 😊.

    Adam went above and beyond while servicing our AC he found our water heater tank slowly leaking that we didn’t know about. With his help and quick communication, we were able to get this resolved right away as he gave us a couple quote options for a replacement! Now we’re having them replace the heater with a new one because I trust them fully! You can count on me recommending Adam and Vredevoogd. Thank you, Adam!

    Eryn was very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job troubleshooting our heater which stopped working (via the moisture cutoff sensor) as result of a water leak. Eryn explained everything in great laymans terms making it easy to understand what had happened. I made an emergency call about 1:30pm and Eryn got here in a matter of hours! Great service as usual! (Even our skittish cat warmed up to Eryn.) Vredevoogd always takes great care of their club members. Great job Eryn and Thanks again!

    Aryn was great, she diagnosed the problem right away and made sure things were sealed properly. She reattached a piece of duct work that came loose as well. Very polite and knowledgeable in her profession.Office was great and made sure to get someone out right away to look at the problem.

    This morning, my furnace was not working and at 10AM the house was at 55 degrees. I called Vredevoogd heating and cooling and asked for an immediate service call. By Noon a service tech was at the door, and a half hour after arriving, she had identified the defective component and determined that it was as in stock at the local manufacturers parts store. The service tech left to pick up the part and was back quickly. When the replacement part was installed, the furnace began heating the house. By 2:15P the job was done. I was pleased with speed and competence of the service tech. And the prompt way Vredevoogd managed my repair. Five stars! I would call on them again and recommend them to anyone needing quick and reliable repair.

    Spencer S. and Cody C. arrived on time and installed a new furnace in about 3 hours. They were both pleasant and professional. Their work is top-notch and they protected our carpeting and did a thorough clean-up of the area. They took the time to demonstrate the new heater and thermostat and answered all our questions.     When our furnace broke down, Vredevoogd was the only company that could respond to our problem in a reasonable amount of time. Zach and Davin were professional and knowledgeable, and were easy to work with. They were honest and upfront, and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend Vredevoogd to a friend or family member. Yesterday, Zach installed a furnace heat exchanger. He was very fastidious and detail-oriented. He made sure that this long and difficult job was perfect.

    Great work. Scheduled via online, had a person at my house the following week (non emergency). Evan and team showed up, took a look and gave me an out the door price for the repair I needed. Price seemed plenty fair. Zero upsell pressure, worked quickly and left the place perfectly clean. I would hire again for plumbing work. (Work preformed was removing two leaking saddle valve from previous owner, adding a fridge tee, and a small section of pipe)

    22 year old furnace was having issues so I called Vredevoogd. Never used them but their name is cool and they rock the American flag. Brad came over to diagnose the issue. There was a fix but I elected to get a new furnace. Then came Alex H, Griffin B, Don W and Daniel P to install a new furnace. All 5 folks were knowledgeable, fast, efficient and thorough. So far I am happy with the service. Price I felt was fair. I will return if I have issues but overall happy.

    Trent & Denny, great guys to work with. You can’t run your business without gentleman like this. Normal, down to earth, & persevered in the work needing to be done while accomplishing it in a timely manner.     I have Vredevoogd to service my heating and cooling for several years. When it came time to get estimates for a new system they came in $1,000 less than anyone else. The install team arrived on time. They did an excellent job, cleaned up after they were finished. They explained the new system and answered all the questions I had.     I called Vredevoogd on a Thursday in mid November due to a failing system -which had me stressing with winter coming. They set me up with a consult the following day and Jeremiah provided me with multiple options for new furnace/AC combos. Once my decision was made, install date was set up super quick. Spencer and Alex were excellent throughout the install- on time, professional, friendly and informative. With no knowledge of what it would involve for them, I asked if they could relocate my outdoor A/C unit to a more convenient place.     I’ve repaired my own furnace a number of times now, and I knew what was wrong before I called. I also knew my furnace was at least 18 years old, and it might be time to bite the bullet. I explained all of that quickly to Brad, and he read the room correctly. Can’t tell you how important that is to this consumer. He confirmed what I knew- the inducer motor was bad. He went right on to tell me how much that would cost if I had them do it, and then moved right into the age of the furnace and the rust on the heat exchanger. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need, or explain things I didn’t need explained. He moved at a pace I needed right then, and because of all of that, I’m purchasing my new furnace from Vregdevoogd. Best part- I won’t have to fix it for at least three years! Thanks, Brad!

When the inspector came to look at the new furnace, and duct work installation, he mentioned that the Vredevoogd team always do great work.     We had our yearly furnace inspected on Friday December 19 and Steve found our heat exchanger was a danger for Carbon Monoxide. Vredevoogd came to our house on December 20 and installed a new furnace for us. Denny and Zac arrived on time and got right to work. They were friendly, efficient, professional and knowledgeable.     Sean showed up a couple weeks prior to address an issue I noticed with my A/C recently replaced. My concern was addressed and the initiative was taken to rectify the problem.Concern: Loose wiring inside the compressor unit. Sean returned on 6/7/24 and completed the resolve by enclosing the wires in a loom for more protection from the elements. Included before and after photos.Much appreciated Sean!

    Had to create a new account to leave another review for Vredevoogd. Had them come out in July for a late night emergency repair with our A/C. And we needed their services again for our furnace.Had a technician, Steve, come out to take a look at our unit and was hoping for a simple fix, but due to the age of our furnace, we needed to fully replace it. He came out on Monday, Dec 30 to inspect and gave us a quote. Informed us that we were a priority so we were scheduled for the following day, Dec 31. Drake, Don and Daniel came to our house around 11:30a and were done with install by 3pm. Safe to say that Vredevoogd will be our go to for heating and cooling and let’s hope we won’t need them for anything major for awhile yet.     So my experience with vredevoogd heating snd cooling was a Pleasant experience. I contacted them and asked if they would look at my furnace come to find out my heat exchanger was bad.     Austin came out to perform a routine service checkup on our AC unit to ensure everything was functioning in good working order. He had a recommendation on replacement of a high voltage capacitor that was functionally less than ideal, but not urgent to replace. Austin proactively looked into the installation and warranty of the unit and found that the unit was still under warranty from the previous owners. I appreciate the proactive diligence, which ended up saving us money and allowed us to get the unit back to full working order. Its hard to find people who actually care about what they do in todays world and Austin was top notch!

    I can’t really express how happy I am with the service I have received from Vredevoogd over the past 15 years, let alone the last 2 days. Background- geo thermal heat pump went out 18 days after purchase of my new home, still waiting for reply from home warranty company (AHS) for service after 52 hours and my 98year old father in hospice living in in my home. Called vredevoogd at 12:00 yesterday afternoon, had an estimator at 4:00. ( after I had another contractor confirm in writing work done by home warranty was done incorrectly 8 months ago and caused catastrophic failure to my unit) estimator went over replacement options chose gas furnace/ac system and at 8:00 this morning vredevoodg arrived as as scheduled, worked all day and left my house at 5:30pm, leaving me with A new heating and air conditioning system neatly installed heating my house to 75° and in the same condition as when they arrived. Very courteous Clean and conscientious employees, as always. Again, I cannot express how much gratitude I have for Vredevoogd heating and cooling. And to top everything off, The estimate from this Vredevoogd Was over $1000 less than the competitor Higher efficiency and larger Capacity/Appropriately sized for my 5800 square-foot home.     Can’t recommend Vredevoogd enough! This past Saturday, our A/C suddenly went out. I tried everything to try and “reset” it, but nothing worked. At this point, it was already 9:00pm on a Saturday night. Did a quick Google search for emergency A/C repair and Vredevoogd popped up. Called at 9:30pm and by 10:45pm, Jim, our technician arrived for repair. Total repair time was 30 minutes and we needed a new dual capacitor he had in the van. Fixed up and good to. Jim was great and explained everything he did. Customer service was top notch as well. They will be our go-to for any hearing and cooling services moving forward!

    We think Aaron did great. Very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.When our AC went out in 90+ weather Vredevoogd had Aaron here within a couple of hours. He ordered the parts for the unit & plumbing to the house (which had been severed by a large limb that came down in a storm) and had the refrigerant replaced and unit recharged and running by 7pm the very next day. We think that is excellent customer service.

    Brad came out to inspect our broken a/c unit and was very informative about the issues with the unit. He was transparent & not salesy whatsoever, you can tell he really cares. It was determined that a new unit was the best route. He was able to get us an appointment the next day & waived the service fee for coming out that day!     Great, fast service. Everyone I dealt with from Vroedevoogd was great- worked hard to give me everything I wanted. All very competent and helpful. They are the best. Edit: Now I’ve just had them back for a new water heater because I liked their installation work on my HVAC. Another great experience all around. They aren’t the cheapest, but they are definitely the fastest and the best. Their warranties are incredible. They show up with everything they could possibly need to do the job. Never hear, oh, we’ll have to come back tomorrow with another part. That’s why their trucks are so long. I figured it was just because they needed a long truck to fit their long name. 😁
