    Mario and his team did a great job on our basement. They did framing , drywall painting and trim as well as plumbing, electrical wiring, ceilings and added a bathroom complete with a beautifully tiled shower and walls, vanity, and toilet.

    Had them out a couple of years ago to replace a plaster ceiling with drywall and they did a terrific job and at a good price. I needed two areas repaired (some holes and peeling plaster) and painted. The price was more than I anticipated, but they did such a good job before, I assumed the extra money was because of the repair work. There were a few nagging issues, but Mario made sure they were taken care of correctly as soon as I informed him of the problems. I now have two well painted and repaired areas of my 100+ year old home. I highly recommend Reyes and will make them my first call the next time I need work done on my home.

    Reyes construction did a great job on my basement. My basement had flooded from the sprinkler system and the water soaked my basement (Reyes construction) Mario came out did an estimate and started the work the following week, the young men was always on time, they protected my house by covering with plastic to make sure the place was always clean, they covered my steps going in and out they always closed the door I give them A1 for doing a great job, I recommend them highly they put up 2/4 painted and put down vinyl tile and new light fixtures that Mario paid for great company to do business with Michael.

    Our 3500sq ft 1890 Italianate home is both old and extravagant requiring unique carpentry repair work and 8 custom paint applications. The work involved extreme detail in Gables, Corbels, Spindles, Dentils, Posts, Bay Windows and more. We appreciated the large number of workers Reyes Builders was able to throw at the project to complete it quickly and on target with the quoted price. With 5 children at home it was also important we find a company we could trust in our home - all of the Reyes Employees were kind and professional. Mario was persistent with a customer first approach when it came requests requiring attention to detail and ensured each of our requests were finished. This being a large financial project we also appreciated they warrantied their work to show they have confidence and pride in what they do. We would book future projects with Reyes Builders.

    I am very impressed with Reyes Builders & Painting team that worked on my home for repair (replacement of rotting wood-mainly in the soffit area and below the door) and painting, as the team was very meticulous and gave attention to all the details in doing all of the work that was involved with this renovation project. I am amazed that the total project was completed in 2 days. The power washing of the entire house before it was painted was a large task in itself (never done before and greatly needed). My main concern to begin with was having all of the wood rot replaced in the soffit area, but Im very happy to have requested the custom built shutters to be added on to the project as well. When I show my friends and family the after pictures of the home with all of the repair work, power washing, and painting that was done by Reyes team, they all say wow and that it looks like a brand new house.

    Mario power washed, lightly sanded and then refinished our deck. All this was done in about 1 1/2 days. He did a very good job!

The work was done in a short amount of time, but the quality is impressive and we are very happy with our new home! I reached out to the company and received a call back same day from Todd, who helps to manage sales. Todd was very flexible with my schedule and worked with me to find a date that would be convenient for not only his team, but for us as well. Mario and his team arrived on site punctual, good spirited, and ready to work. We unfortunately ran into a few unexpected concerns and had to add additional services to our original inquiry. Mario was very honest throughout this entire process and worked with us to meet at a price point that seemed appropriate for the task at hand. His team worked diligently, and acted with precision in everything they did. Communication and expectations were clear throughout the entire duration of the project. Mario far exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to ensure that the job was up to standard. We are so grateful that we found Mario and his team and will definitely be hiring them back for future renovations!
