    We had a great experience with this company. Rudy was our plumber and he advised us the sink was draining slowly due to the old garbage disposal being gunked up and clogged. The battery on the disposal was also giving out so we opted for replacement. After replacement we had no issues with the sink draining and the disposal runs perfectly.The dishwasher drainage hose was bent in half and every time we ran the dishwasher it would spray out of the air gap trap up by the faucet and completely flood the counters even spilling onto the floors. It would also leak underneath the sink. A new bendy drainage hose was installed and Rudy made sure all the seals were secure in the piping under the sink. We ran the dishwasher to be sure and had zero leaks up top and underneath the sink. After the first visit the leaking was better, but not 100% resolved, but the owner Nathan was gracious and had Rudy come back next day to completely resolve the issue. The connections for our sink/disposal/dishwasher were a bit odd and tough to get set up correctly, but they made it happen. Price was reasonable considering all the work they did. Thanks to both Rudy and Nathan!

    Top Tier is exactly what you get with these guys!! After getting price quote after price quote on a water heater, some of the guys would just look at it from 20 feet away and quote an insane quote. But not Top Tier, they took the time to go over everything and really made me feel valued. And when the installers came to replace the water heater, um WOW!! Not was it fast but they were friendly and extremely efficient. I usually fix things on my own but for now on Im just gonna give Top Tier a call, I know Ill get great customer service and Top Tier work. Thank you so much for all your expertise and hard work.

    I cant say enough good things about Frank the tech and his supportive supervisor! Frank was incredibly patient and professional throughout the entire process.     Christian was excellent. He came right over, even those it was after midnight, he was super efficient, super knowledgeable, and he fixed the clog that was 40 ft down quick. The next morning he came back with Chris H and they ran the camera down, got on the roof for the exhaust valve, even found the break in the line underground. They were great, got the job done fast.

    My shower went out. Looks like the cartridge in the hand dial for the shower stop working water leaking everywhere and the rep came out to my house. Did an amazing job. Gave me a great price. I was very happy. Highly suggest you use them for all your plumbing needs.

    The service I received was excellent. My technician, Christian, although new to the company, demonstrated strong skills in both plumbing and customer service. My garbage disposal was leaking, and after inspection, it was determined that it needed to be replaced.Initially, the quoted cost was on the higher end. However, Christian exemplified great customer service by reaching out to his boss to negotiate a lower price. While they were gracious enough to reduce the cost, I still feel that the final price was higher than necessary, especially considering that the replacement garbage disposal cost around $150 and the installation took less than 30 minutes.I assume their prices are competitive.

    I contacted Top Tier plumbing due to water pressure issues in our house. The pressure issues were causing significant water hammer problems. Alan was scheduled from 2pm to 4pm and arrived promptly at 2pm, which was great! The problem was diagnosed and resolved. Alan had some minor follow-up work to do the following morning and said he would arrive by 9am and he arrived exactly when he said he would. I waited almost a week to write this review. I wanted to make sure no issues and we are still good! Excellent work! I highly recommend Top Tier plumbing. Great service and excellent communication throughout.

    Awesome service made quick and easy! I needed a kitchen faucet installed so I inquired via Yelp. I contacted Top Tier and they scheduled a tech to come out for an estimate the same day. After agreeing on the cost of installation, Rudy was able to perform the install right then and there. Rudy was professional, knowledgeable and checked multiple times to ensure the install was done correctly and had no leaks whatsoever.     This company was great to work with. Came home from work and found our house had several flooded rooms. Started frantically calling around for plumbers for this emergency but it was around 6pm. They were the only one that said they could be there in less than an hour. They fixed the issue and gave us what we needed to submit to our insurance. We also had them install a water sensor which will alert us and automatically shut off water if this happens again. We worked primarily with Eric, who is now our go-to plumber. Professional and great communication. Would highly recommend this company.

    Eric and Daniel did an amazing job replacing the water main to my home. They were wonderful to work with and went above and beyond, which is a rarity these days. They immediately responded and came out to provide a free estimate and included more than one solution to my problem.     I was away from home when I got a call from my gardener telling me I have a leak in front of my house . It was weekend but I found Top tier plumbing on line and I called them .     Our toilets all backed up simultaneously at 10:30pm. It was late, and I knew the issue was beyond my capabilities. I found Top Tier Plumbing and Rooter, saw their reviews and gave them a call.     This company was great! Great customer service when I called first thing in the morning and then Eric arrived within the hour and he was amazing!     I had a very positive experience with Top Tier Plumbing. My technician, Daniel, arrived on time, and was very concerned about keeping my floors clean as he moved through my home. He was able to diagnose and do the work quickly and efficiently and he cleaned up after he was done. He was very personable as well. I would not hesitate to call them again if I need plumbing service in the future.I am adding to my original post. It is now September 2024 and I did call top tier plumbing a second time I had a different technician Alan, and again I give them an excellent rating. They are very concerned with keeping everything clean and neat, he did a great job, he explained everything he was very personable, the price was reasonable, and they were very accommodating with my schedule. I really appreciate these guys and will continue to use them.

    Eric was very professional and kind. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and was respectful.Unfortunately the pricing at Top Tier is horribly overpriced.I was quoted for $800 to set up a pump to route water out of a crawl space. And $8,000 to reroute the piping and abandon the leaking pipe. Once we declined the first offer, they came back with an offer for $3,400 to do a direct repair which also was declined… luckily we found a different company who completed the entire repair for $850.

I can honestly say that every encounter with Top Tier Plumbing has been a superior experience.     This is the second time I have contacted Top Tier: The first time was in August 2024 when I heard running water and had no clue what to do; and, the second was recently, October 2024, when my kitchen faucet was leaking. In both instances when I called Top Tier, my calls were answered immediately and someone was dispatched quickly. The first call, Rudy was the service professional who came out. Because Rudy did such a great job in August, I asked if he was available for the most recent problem and he was! Within hours of my calls, Rudy showed up and handled the problems. I have used many plumbers over the years! Most companies try to sell me maintenance contracts the moment they come to the house. However, Top Tier came in and took care of my plumbing problems quickly and efficiently. I am extremely satisfied with Top Tier. And, my thanks to Nathan and Rudy for answering all of my questions.     We had a completely plugged sewer pipe out in our yard. After severe overflow from the master toilet and tub, Alan from Top Teir came on a Saturday and identified where the roots had penetrated. In 111 degree heat under his own shade tent, he dug a trench 3 ft deep, found the pipe and replaced it and provided 2 clean outs which we didn’t have.He also discovered some additional roots and came back on Monday to replace another 3 or 4 feet of pipe which should keep our sewer line running for many years!!Thanks Alan and Thanks to Top Tier Plumbing!

I expressed my feelings when I spoke with Stephanie from TTP&R who reassured me that their technicians are all certified. TTP&R were able to arrive earlier than expected for a Sunday service call. Their Technician (Frank) was very professional and smart in his assessment of the trouble with my tankless water heater. He was honest in letting me know that a connection in the wiring needed reconnecting. This was the best part of this experience (THE HONESTY!).     Alan the tech was great! Our tenant was very pleased with him. The main sewer line was unclogged in a timely manner. I wish I would called them sooner. This is really a great company. I was informed when the technician will be at the property (time frame) and when he will arrive. He called and check in.     Our technician Frank came on time was very punctual, very professional, and they did very fast work. In the work was done very efficiently and well. Also, when we contacted them for the initial estimate, same day, they came on the same day. We initially contacted a different plumber for an issue with an ethernet cable running through a pipe. The previous plumber said they would not be able to save the ethernet cable but top-tier plumbing was able to save and salvage the cable so we still have Internet. They are awesome. I would highly recommend them, and now we will be using them as our main plumbers going forward.

    We are still traumatized from the other night (9pm) when our downstairs toilet overflowed raw sewage throughout our bath, hallway, laundry room and into our den. We turned off the water to the toilet but it kept coming. Horrified, we called Top Tier Plumbing. Alan showed up before 10pm as if he had just started his day fresh, super positive hed solve our problem. He worked for a couple hours and needed to come back the following day to solve it. Top Tier text us the next morning to let us know what time theyd be back. That never happens...They showed up on time, Alan, Nathan and Daniel, solved our HUGE problem in our main sewer line. They were so professional and courteous and even cleaned up our side yard where the overflow line spit sewage throughout this area, brought in our trash cans, made sure there was no sign of sewage.     We had a sewage blockage issue and discovered it midafternoon on a Saturday night. We called and Nathan from Top Tier arrived in an hour. He took the necessary steps to assess the situation and brought in Alan as well to confirm the problem which was our original sewage line (made in the 1940s) had multiple holes and showed us through the camera how it looked and how far things went. They hydrojetted the line that same night perform the rest of the sleeve application in a couple days.     I cannot say enough good things. Woke up on a Sunday morning to a drainage issue in my two showers and they were able to get someone here within 3 hours of my call. Better than that, the technician, Frank called me and said he finished his call prior early and got to me at 10:30AM (window given was 12-2). I gave him the okay, only to find out the situation was more complex and required him to cut a hole in my wall.     We’ve consistently had great experiences with Top Tier Plumbing and Rooter, specifically with Nathan. We met Nathan after a long list of unsatisfactory plumbers and we consider ourselves so lucky that we’ve found him. At this point he’s done a massive amount of work for us: he helped us remodel our kitchen and our master bathroom, he’s helped us set up a gray water system so that we can re-use our shower/laundry water as irrigation, and he’s done numerous smaller jobs like installing sinks/toilets, fixing leaks, and so on. All of the work he’s done for us has been excellent. One notable piece of work was when he was installing our bathtub and ran into a problem because the drain was leaking due to a mistake in the tub design. Nathan solved the problem by MacGyvering together some kind of valve which was able to seal the leak and the remodel could continue. I was fully expecting the problem to stop the remodel for weeks while we contacted the manufacturer to get a new part, etc, so I was thrilled and extremely impressed by Nathan’s solution.To summarize, Nathan’s great. He’s always quick to respond, super professional, and the quality of work is unbelievable. I look forward to the next time we need his services.

    Our garbage disposal stopped spinning, my husband tried manually turning however did not work. We has to call the pros, i opened a yelp project and wow! I got calls and text instantly I booked with first available and Steven came out removed a screw ! My mom thinks it came from a lose pot handle. My husband was impressed with Stevens service and Im grateful for yelp and all its vendors.

    These guys deserve 10 stars!!!! I have found my plumber for life!!! Nathan was recommended by a cashier at Fergusons to help me out after a plumber came out and broke a pipe. After buying the parts, me and my sons futile attempt left me frustrated. So I called Nathan and he was at my house bright and early the next morning. He looked at the damage as well as some additional issues, told me to return the parts I had purchased. He gave me a quote that was wayyyyy better than anyone I had called previously (lets not forget that I was getting more work done). He came back in less than an hour and people, this is Thursday and the last time I was able to use my sink was last Friday. He walked into my kitchen and I heard som electric sawing and about 10 minutes later he was running water!!!Im getting more work done in my bathroom. Im so excited!You know the old song, My Guy? Well thats my theme song when it comes to Top Tier! No one can take his place in my house! Thank you Nathan! Youre a lifesaver!And people, even though I didnt need it for this job, financing is available!

    My bathroom needed to be completely redone after we had a pipe burst. They answered the phone on the first ring and were out the same day. Nathan got me a very competitive quote, fixed everything quickly, cleaned up and left everything looking newer and running better than it ever has. Besides the excellent service provided he was also extraordinarily patient with my questions and great with my kids. I think his service greatly exceeded 5 stars and would give him more if I could. In lieu of that I think Ill just give him a call when Im ready to redo the rest of the plumping in my home.
