    I can’t even begin to explain how great this crew is! From begin to end on every level my expectations were beyond met. I opened a salon almost eight years ago and hired JD the owner, who installed everything with fine detail. Now I’ve created a beautiful new, much larger space and this crew blew it away! Always on time, clean and tidy, excellent customer service and beautiful work. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They worked perfectly with my other contractors having excellent communication skills. I have no doubt that I saved my self much stress hiring Reliable Electric!     We had an emergency over 4th of July weekend. Called Reliable and spoke with a very helpful on-call staff member. She got Zack out to our place, on Lake Barkley, not a close drive at all. He was extremely professional from the minute he got to our place. He was empathetic to our situation and was basically able to coordinate an entire electric box/pole swap in a matter of hours. Including inspections and handling all calls to the electric company. Clean work, very respectful of our property. Zack, or another member of the Reliable team will be out in the following days to update our pole support by adding tension wire and needed updates to get our home safe as can be!     I had some electrical issues come up unexpectedly this morning. We called around 7am and Reliable was able to come out within a matter of hours. They stayed in contact while we waited, providing updates on where we were in the queue to try to give us an accurate ETA. They arrived by 12noon. The two young men, Zach and Zach, were extremely professional and polite the whole time. I was only expecting an assessment today, but to my surprise they fixed the issue we called about, plus several other things within 2 hours! Some of these things were stuff I have known about for a while, but I was afraid they would take too long to figure out and fix so I never called.This has been the best experience. I am so grateful! I highly recommend!

    I cannot say enough about the service we received from Reliable Electric. They were available when we needed them, arrived on time, were very professional, and had the wiring and box completed for our hottub completed very neatly and efficiently. They also completed 3 other items I had on my to-do list and were finished with everything before lunch.We also wanted to extend our WiFi to provide better service outdoors. Reliable electric sent out their internet specialist, Gavin, who is super sweet and so so knowledgeable. He reviewed our current system and is drawing up a plan to meet our needs ❤️❤️❤️❤️ He even gave us advice on obtaining better service for tailgating.     Mr. J. D. Brown and his crew are first class. I met with J.D. and got an estimate for my project. He was very polite and likable as a person. As a professional he knowledgeable and up to date with the National Electric Code. The team he sent to do my work were equally as impressive when they arrived by introducing themselves and shaking my hand. Jake was able to answer all of my questions and both guys did a fantastic job, everything was very neat and in order. Having worked in the trade 25 years ago, I have seen good work and not so good work performed by companies. Reliable Electric does excellent work. They know their business and were able to accommodate my needs on my project. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who has a need with an electrical project. Their prices are very reasonable and the estimate was free.

    Impressive, professional and amazing service! After having an appointment for 3 weeks with another electrical contractor for the installation of new equipment, I was told that the job was too large and couldnt be done until the following day unless theyd have known ahead of time. Apparently 3 weeks wasnt long enough. In a scramble, I called Reliable Electric. JD called me back quickly and already had 2 guys on the way and insured me the job would get done same day.     I had a new larger deck built and needed 3 more outdoor electrical outlets installed. They installed them and I absolutely love them. They did everything correctly and by code. The outlets have the same decorative plate as all my other light fixtures so it looks just like they were meant to be there all along. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received, and at a great price. Everyone is friendly and professional. I highly recommend reliable electric!!! I will for sure be using them for all my electrical jobs. They’ll be back next year to run the electric for my new pool.

    My well pump went out due to an electrical short.     Reliable Electric was sent to me by my home warranty. Since I didnt pay out of pocket for the repairs they did, so I cant speak to the value. However, they were able to quickly identify and fix an issue that Reed electric quoted me $800 to fix. They werent at my house an hour, so I know there was no way their services were even close $800. I appreciated their transparency in showing me what they were doing. I dont think their electricians come to Paducah often, but if I needed to pay out of pocket for an electrician, Reliable Electric would be the first business I contact.

    JD and his Crew came out and located an issue in which our Galvanic Isolation Monitor was faulting the Shore Power at the KDM Marina. Not the easiest thing to find unless you know what your are doing. He and his crew came out on a Saturday for an after hours call. They had me back up and running and the prices were exceptional.     I had a breaker that was tripping when it would rain, and they came right out to fix the problem. They replaced some old breakers and thought the problem was fixed. The next big rain, the breaker tripped again, so they came right out to try to figure it out. This time they came when it was raining and were able to discover a sump pump under our house had a burned out motor. When it would rain the sump pump would try to kick in and tripped the breaker. So they solved the mystery and even replaced the pump for me.They were polite, friendly & professional. I could not be more pleased with my experience with them, & I will use them from now on if I have any electrical issues.

    JD runs a top notch business. Jake and the other guys I’ve met are excellent workers and extremely conscientious. I taught very demanding high school classes and my wife is an extremely successful engineer and they get our 5 star approval. You will not encounter another contractor that does a better job.
