    I am a new BlackTie convert. We recently had a leak of unknown location. BlackTie sent out their leak expert. Within an hour of his arrival, he found it to be deep underground in the front yard. He immediately called for the BlackTie plumbing crew to come repair it. They were there that afternoon. It was seamless with just one phone call. I received texts and emails of who was arriving.     I want to leave my best review for Matt from BlackTie Plumbing. They made great job for us with repairing our full bathroom leak, that included digging under the house. They also identified another leak in a different location, that was repaired by another company earlier. Matt went above and beyond helping us to fix the issue. We had another company working on this other issue and Matt spent his time on coming back to our house multiple times pointing the issue to another company that was struggling to identify it. Matt was advocating for us when we discussed the issue with another company, that tried to charge us twice for the same thing. It was definitely much above Matts responsibilities and I deeply appreciate all he has done for us. If not Matt then we would be paying again for other repairs that were not necessary to have and we would still have our pipe leaking.Matt came to our house to confirm that the repair was done properly and then was reaching out later to confirm that the city plumbing test passed successfully.I really appreciate Matt from Black Tie Plumbing and everything that he has done for us! I wish all plumbers were so fair and trustful!Thank you!

    We had a pipe bust at our home last night. I posted the issue on our local Facebook group. Matt with BlackTie Plumbing responded and came over at 9:30 PM and assessed the situation and assisted in making sure the water was off. Took all my information and the next morning had a tech onsite by 9 AM. Cail arrived and promptly evaluated the situation. Explained to me the situation and gave me a reasonable quote. He began working and the entire way kept me informed of the situation and any challenges he faced. Cail was amazing! Very professional, courteous, and kind. He knew his stuff. Was honest and truthful through the whole process. We need more young people like him in our work force! I appreciate BlackTie plumbing and their group for taking care of my family and my home! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

    I must say, Black Tie Plumbing is my absolute favorite plumbing company! I had a recent experience with Black Tie Plumber Technician and needed a technician to come out fairly quickly. Black Tie was able to dispatch someone within an hour and the technician they sent out was one of the BEST technicians that I have ever had the opportunity to work with, Mr. Blake Boles.The customer service shown to our property from Mr. Boles was first class, five star customer service. From the moment Mr. Boles stepped on property, he graced us with a warm greeting and ensured that we were educated every step of the way during his inspection.Also, I called their main center to schedule a follow up visit, and Ms. Nicole was the absolute sweetest. She took care of all of administrative needs and had the most amazing personality. It’s rare that you experience this level of customer service from both the technician and the main help center. However Black Tie Plumbing struck gold. We are so lucky to have them as our plumbers and I would recommend Mr. Blake Boles and Ms. Nicole to anyone needing plumbing assistance.

    We had been having a septic smell in our house for months. I tried everything a handy home owner could do but I couldn’t solve the issue, so we called in the big guns, the plumbers at Blacktie. Pedro and Tyler showed up on time for their appointment, they were friendly, clean and professional. Most important though, they used the right equipment to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be a simple fix of sealing a connection that was a leaking sewage vent gases in our laundry room. They didn’t try to up sell me on a bunch of unnecessary repairs. I can’t say enough about how much better these guys are than everyone else I used in the past. Avoid the hassles and call Blacktie plumbing first!

    It was detected that we had a sewer leak, after foundation was completed. Did my due diligence and got three quotes, while also looking each company on the better business bureau.     We had an emergency where there was water leaking underneath the ground in our front yard. We didnt know what to do until we got all the answers we needed from Matt Wise!!!! He calmed me and my family down by helping us understand what was happening. He was honest about everything from start to finish! He sent one of the best repair guys named Carl. Carl explained the process as he discovered where the problem was and fixed it better than it was previously constructed. This company was easy to work with and trustworthy!     Matt Wise was extremely helpful when explaining all of our worries and fears of tunneling under our house. Unfortunately, they found two more leaks when under the house, but he talked us through our options, saving us the cost of another dig down the line.     I have worked with Matt Wise and his team at another property and was so pleased with their level of service that I asked them to handle an issue affecting multiple tenants in Plano where the lines have backed up on and off for some time.     After having foundation work completed on my home by Perma Pier Foundation, I was contacted by Black Tie Plumbing to have the Domestic Water Pressure Test and Sewer Hydrostatic Test completed. I spoke with Matt Wise and he thoroughly explained what the test entailed. In addition, he asked me if I was available that day to have someone come out and perform the test. I agreed and Carl Orgish came out shortly. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. In addition, he was very patient in answering questions that I had about the process. I was extremely nervous about finding out the results of the tests because of the expense associated with it if, it if the tests failed; however, Carl calmed my concerns throughout the two separate tests. I highly recommend Matt Wise and Carl Orgish of Black Tie Plumbing to meet all of your plumbing needs.

    I had 2 water heaters that needed replacing and can’t say enough about how professional black tie was. I spoke with Chad on the phone who set everything up, found the best price for me and was very reasonable compared to other quotes I obtained. Brad took care of the installation and it went smoothly.     My house underwent a foundation lift and Blacktie did the plumbing work. Two years later I had an issue with my sewer line. I reached out to Blacktie and asked to speak with a manager. The manager listened to my issue and even though the warranty period had expired, he offered to help me resolve the problem. During the entire time he was always responsive in answering my questions. He got everything lined up to expedite repairs. It took a couple trips to make the final repairs and perform a leak test. Not only did they fix the problem but also analyzed the underlying cause and fixed that too. The techs were always courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained what they did. Whenever I called the main office, the scheduling and information teams were always very helpful and friendly. They returned calls promptly and made sure I was taken care of. In the end I felt that the price they charged was more than fair and I am a happy and relieved customer. Thank you Blacktie. I can wholeheartedly recommend Blacktie for anyone’s plumbing needs.

    Bill was amazing! The company responded quickly after the winter storm. I was out of water for 3 weeks. I tried calling multiple companies and no one responded back to me. I have smelled bad odors in my wall and home due to foundation issues After Blacktie Plumbing fixed the plumbing my home smells cleaner and there are no more bad odors. I had Blacktie Plumbing out to do some repairs on my sewage after my foundation was lifted. Mat and his crew Carl, Travis, Justin did an excellent job locating fixing the leaks under my home and in the laundry room. They even replaced my air vent hose on my dryer because it had to be moved.     BlackTie Plumbing came out through my home warranty company. Mark was GREAT! He was informative, honest and very helpful. I did have to call back to home warranty, but NOT at the fault of BlackTie or Mark. A hot water heater issue that hasn’t been resolved (apparently home warranty won’t replace a bad water heater unless it leaks!). I’ve officially found my new go-to plumbing company. Great office people and Mark is THE BEST!

    Amazing customer service. I recently had foundation work done on my house and Black Tie was the company my foundation co used for any plumbing tests and repairs. They unfortunately located some leaks, but were able to fix them as planned. All of the Black Tie employees I met at my house or spoke to on the phone were amazingly friendly and helpful. One day my power (and AC) went out while Black Tie was doing work, I wrongfully assumed it was their fault, but when I called the Black Tie office manager Larissa went above and beyond by getting in touch with our electric company after hours and checking in on me periodically to see if the problem had been resolved. The power outage was completely unrelated to their work but they still helped me out and made sure things got addressed. Black Tie is great at customer service and follow up.

    I am very pleased with BlackTies service. From Larissa and Kendra in the office to Jesus who came out to do the dirty work, the entire operation was smooth and fast. Larissa and Kendra explained step by step what would be going on and were knowledgeable with the repair. I was concerned because I noticed my water leak during the freeze here in Texas. I knew plumbers were going to get slammed and I was afraid it would be a while before BlackTie could come out. However, before Jesus even came out to perform the Cleanout Install, Larissa scheduled the leak repair for the same day. Jesus explained in detail how he would perform the Cleanout Install. He then found the water leak right away but did not have the part to fix it. Even though it was late in the day and he still had to drive three hours back to Houston, he went to get the part so that he could complete the job that day.     I had a massive back up at my home and didn’t know who to call, so I asked my neighbor who he used and he told me about Blacktie Plumbing. I called them and was immediately impressed with the office staff and their concern for my issue. They got me on the schedule for the same day and came out in a few hours. The plumber gave me a no cost estimate and I agreed for the service. He then ran his sewer machine and cleared the blockage. When I asked what had caused the issue he told me that there was a large amount of grease buildup. He then asked me if I would like to get the grease out of the line. I of course said yes, but was concerned about the cost. The plumber Jeremy then called is boss Chad and asked what we could do to help me out. They gave me a combo discount and took great care of me. I will recommend them to all my friends and family as they were awesome!! I never felt pressured in any way. They made me feel like family.     Daniel Fitzgerald @blacktie plumbing was the fourth plumber my landlords insurance company sent -I’d really lost hope at this point. I’m happy to share he will the person we call first if we have any plumbing issues when we buy our own home. All said and done it took him about an hour to replace the dip tube on our water heater which was basically non existent. I couldn’t be happier with the service. This place should be your first call.

    Water heater went out in the middle of the night on a Thursday and leaked water all over the place. Daniel from Black Tie plumbing was able to come out Friday morning and replace it that day. I was deathly afraid that I would have a huge mess as my water heater was in a second floor closet which meant it had to be carried across carpet to the downstairs. Daniel was amazingly clean and managed to quickly install the new heater with no mess whatsoever in getting the old one out and the new one in.
