Straight shooter, friendly, easy to talk to, answered all my questions and offered knowledgeable feedback.He replaced a recessed light and gave us ample space/time to make our decision on adding an outlet to the office space.We decided to move forward with the outlet install.Joel came back weeks later… the Installation was efficient, he wore shoe covers, measured thrice & cut once, taped the wall before he cut, cuts in the drywall were clean, and he cleaned up all the dust & debris.Great work and I would definitely call Joel for our next job!

Alonzo came out, installed the system, 2 cameras and a doorbell camera. He easily added the wiring since I did not have a pre installed doorbell. I am very happy with my experience.

Contacted C&B to have an inoperable smoke/carbon monoxide detector replaced. They were able to have someone out the next day and we ended up replacing all the detectors since they were approaching their useful life end.The Technician Joel who came out was on time, careful and completed the work quickly. He explained the operation of the new detectors and made recommendations for their maintenance.All in all a good experience.

C & B Electric and Security was the contracted company for the new build on our home. We are using them for security monitoring and had them install our home center/media center components. Our go to person is Nathan Boyd. From the very start the entire company has been nothing short of fabulous. When we had them start up our alarm system he also installed our ring doorbell for us, super quickly.Alexis in the office is super helpful and got our billing set up quickly and made it easy to understand.When Nathan came out to give us an estimate for the media center he was really patient with all our questions and gave us several options. He worked with us to make the home theater a place we love. He really knows his business and explained things as he went, as well as installing a very user friendly system. We had a small issue this past week and he was out the same day to make it all right. We enjoy visiting with him when he comes out and while we hope we dont need him for a service need he is a valued contact and we will definitely stay in touch.We had many choices when we moved into our home, and we are so happy we went with C & B.

We called C&B around 11pm on a Saturday night. Alex responded immediately, and headed to our house. Luckily it was a cool night and we were able to put fans in our open windows and get through the night, and he wasn’t bothered to be called off after already being on the road for 30 min. Alex arrived by 10am Sunday, and worked for almost 2 hours to fix our issue. He was kind to my toddlers and interacted with them when they came out to investigate. He did excellent work, and showed me everything he did and why he had to do it. Short version - Alex was awesome!!!

Before I called C&B electric I had called couple of other companies to come and give me an estimate on a job. I wanted to change some fixtures and change some lightbulbs on a 20ft high ceiling.Alex from the C&B Electric gave me the most reasonable and best estimate.When Alex showed up at work he started working on the job immediately.he knew from the get go, that where the wires were and how to troubleshoot. He was quick with his work. He finished an 8 hour job in half the time. Alex and his helper, Jared, came to perform a whole house inspection after we had a lightning strike to our house. I have used C&B since our house was built 11 years ago-for electrical service as well as TV/audio service and have never been disappointed. Today, they checked all outlets & switches, replaced smoke detectors & GFCI outlets. Cleaned up as they went, very efficient team work & Alex made sure we understood what they did & why. I always feel very confident that the right thing is being done at a reasonable price! Highly recommend this company and it’s excellent employees!

We wanted to install outdoor flood lights to light up the outside walls of our new home after construction. Everyone we spoke to balked at doing anything citing extensive rip-and-replace damage to walls, brick, roof etc. In response to a last ditch effort, Alex from C&B came by and patiently listened to our requirements and came up with a great solution. After a full days effort, we now have lighting all round the house with no cuts or damage to anything and it looks like it was built with the home! I would recommend these folks without any hesitation for tough jobs done right! Thanks!!!

Alex is awesome! We hired an “electrician” from the board at Home Depot and it wasn’t worth it.Alex from C&B saved our lives, literally. Alex found wiring without boxes (illegal) installed that were a fire hazard since the wires were laying against insulation. This is one of many problems that Alex found and fixed.Alex was great to work with and extremely professional. Highly recommend!

This is more of a review for Alex (2 visits) and Kelly (1 two-person visit) than C&B the company but a company is only as good as its people. I can’t thank Alex enough for taking action, while being aware of our personal items (wears slip-on floor protectors over his shoes), to quickly get our ceiling fans & lights working. Alex is clearly an above board & ethical professional, which I truly appreciate and am willing to pay a little extra for these days. You typically get what you pay for! Patrick went above and beyond to help get my ring doorbell working properly. All of the electrical was working just fine and he could have left because there wasn’t an electrical issue. However, he actually called Ring customer service and put us on a three way call to get the problem handled correctly. It ended up being an issue with the Ring app, not an electrical issue but he definitely saved the day. Will recommend C&B Electric and absolutely recommend Patrick!

I am absolutely happy with the way Nathan has helped me with the electrical requirements of my new home.He was very professional, knowledgeable and willing to help his customers achieve what they need with in their budget. He had a no nonsense approach in his suggestions and wasnt trying to up sell at all. He gave me and family enough time to decide and sign off on our selections. He offered to meet me for the 2nd time (even though my builders agreement with c&b appears to be just 1 meeting) when I wanted to make some changes to our draft selections that we have put together in our 1st meeting. He puts the customers satisfaction above all . I would definitely engage c&b electric for any of my future work. For anyone who is planning to engage c&b, do yourself a favor by asking for Nathan.

I have had nothing but good experience with service by Alex with C & B. Alex had been by yearly to do review abd check on my house ekecyrucal system. This year I had to replace the old broken hanging light fixture/chandelier. Alex suggests whete I could search for a new one and came in promptly when it arrived to assemble and install it. Then when there was an issue later foubd with the fixture., Alex came back promptly and discovered the problem and fixed it right away. Furthermore, he gladly did some adjustment, resetting thr fixture to a more desirable height. Alex is very personable and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with him.

I had the good fortune to have Alex show up on a couple of occasions. The first time he stopped by, about 2 years ago, he resolved in fairly short order what I thought was an exceptionally difficult problem. He was extremely professional and took the time to talk through the issue with me. You could really tell he enjoyed and took pride in his craft. I can’t tell you how glad I was to see him again. This time, our problem showed up during our real estate transaction, the day before the buyers inspector was showing up. Long story short, we needed a new fan...and it was 22’ high in our living room. I didn’t have a spare sitting around and I wasn’t going to be able to put it up myself. Alex realized it was a clutch situation. Fortunately my wife was heading back to the house and was right by the depot. He offered to wait a bit so she could get a new one and bring it over. I would have totally understood if he left and had me reschedule. He had a number of other jobs to hit that day. Most people would have. Fan was up not long after, and problem solved.I’ve been in the real estate industry for 15 years. I’ve worked with hundreds of people in the trades. Alex and the crew at C&B electric are some of the best!
