    Austin and his associate were efficient and completed the project in a timely manner. Leveled the concrete sidewalk and driveway, installed sealant, caulking all seams and cracks, installed an underground downspout (concrete to be poured at sidewalk weather permitting next week) and installed a dehumidifier in the basement. Thank you Austin for your patience and friendly service! Also thank you to Brandon for answering all my questions when coming out to do the original quote. He was very professional and informative.

    We have partnered with Thrasher on several projects at our home over the past 5 years. We have always been happy with the work. This latest project was just some warranty work. Your Technician Lon gave us a call the day before the work was to be done to make sure everything was still good on our end. He called when he left the shop with his ETA. He was punctual and very cordial. Upon arrival we physically looked at the project and answer any questions we might have. He then started with the tasks at hand. At the end of each stage he would ask us to look at the work for our approval. Throughout the duration of the project Lon stayed on task and completed the job in good time. We then did a final walkthrough before he did his cleanup. The job was done quickly and professionally. All in all a pleasant experience. We will definitely use Thrasher again.     Thrashers came to our home in Columbus to finish the repair we had completed on our basement, as the project began in the winter and they needed the ground to warm up a bit first.     Elizabeth was great. She walked me through what needed to be done to help direct water away from the house, as well as show me how the gutter guard system works. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable about the services Thrasher could provide and very through in the process of fixing our problems.The guys finished the gutterguard and trenching away the downspouts.     First crew showed up with a non-working sprayer and non-working saw. They were there a total of 30 minutes.Next crew showed up without adequate amounts of poly to lift the concrete. I moved my complaint up the “food chain”. They rescheduled their next day customer and got the job done. This crew did a good job.Overall there was some unorganization, and especially with the first crew, some perceived laziness.Would I have them contract for me again? Yes….to the second crew.     Elizabeth was extremely efficient and thorough with her visit to my house today. She answered all of my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand which meant a lot considering I am someone who is completely uneducated with this type of equipment. She also was very helpful with explaining the exact set up I have and the purpose for what I have so that I wasn’t so clueless anymore. She was clear and reassuring when explaining the issues that were occurring with my basement, which helped me not panic or stress out more than necessary. She was very respectful towards my financial situation, understanding and patient with me as I had to also take care of my 4 kids in between our conversations and talked very highly of her company which made me feel very confident in relying on them for services. She was very professional and was extremely easy to talk too. I definitely will be requesting for her to be handling my business from this point on!

    I had a pretty pleasant experience with Thrasher even though fixing a foundation isnt very fun. Everyone I talked to from Thrasher was super knowledgeable and courteous. Once the team arrived to water proof my foundation, all my questions where answered and the job was done very professionally.

    When my wife and I found out we had foundation issues, I knew I wanted to call Thrasher to setup the repairs.Dan H. out of the Grand Island, NE location was the service Technician assigned to my project. He called and setup an appointment to come have a look at what I had in-store for repairs. Dan H. Came to my residence and was very thorough with the recommendations for repair and answered any and all questions my wife and I had for him. Up until and during my install date.Once the appointment day arrived, the team, led by Mason from the Sioux City, IA location that was going to be working on my home were very curtious and well mannered. All the gentlemen I spoke to working on my home were very accommodating if I had any questions during their time at my residence. The team cleaned up very well once the work was done.We had to schedule a final install date a few weeks down the road so they can put in some finishing touches with my install.

    In 2014, we bought a tri level home in Grand Island.The crawl space under the main part of the house was dirt. Every-time we would go downstairs, I would smell the dirt and musty smell coming from the crawl space.Thrasher came out and did a free inspection of our whole house, inside and out. They gave us a quote to encapsulate and waterproof our crawl space.I am so grateful that we went ahead and had Thrasher do this. Our home has been dry and it has no musty dirt smell. It has given us a peace of mind knowing that we have sump pump and Thrasher supporting our home.

    Amazing experience! Brandon was a great sales rep, and walked us through all our options. Thrasher offered more than I thought to meet our needs! Greg’s crew that came out to do the labor did amazing work and respected our property. Considering the work they had to do, you couldn’t even tell they dug trenches in yard, and the cement work over sidewalk was nicely done. We have had a few rainfalls since they came, and no more water in the basement, spouts all ran clear and it is such a relief! Thank you to all of them for helping take care of our home!!!
