When I called close to 5pm with a smoke alarm problem (I thought), Tom Erickson spent a good amount of time talking me through it, looking up parts and prices, suggesting solutions. When I called again sometime after 5, he answered again and was very friendly and kind, even though it had turned out to be an old carbon monoxide detector problem, therefore not needing new smoke alarms. Thanks, Tom! -
