    I HIGHLY recommend Blessing for any heating and cooling or plumbing needs! We just made a significant investment in a new furnace to replace our 24 year old contractor grade original system. The folks at Blessing laid out all of our options with no pressure but allowed us to make the best decision for our home investment and our financial situation.Don Roda and Crew came today and did a STELLAR installation job of our beautiful new furnace!     Aaron Lanxton preformed an annual preventative service on our heating/cooling system yesterday. Arron was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took precautions when entering our home relative to covering his shoes and protecting our floors. He preformed the maintenance we had scheduled and explained what he had done and asked if we had any questions. Aaron is a great representative for Blessing Company. They should be proud of him. I look forward to having Aaron here in the future when we need service.

    Our hot water went out and with two kiddos, it’s a tough thing to be without during the coldest part of our fall to date. Blessing Co. was absolutely fantastic! They were able to schedule us right away, not a week out like others I had talked to, get the parts ordered and have our hot water back on in a couple of days. Carl was our technician and he had great knowledge, was very personable and got the job done correctly and fast. We will most certainly work with them again in the future for any further heating and cooling needs.

    Thank you to Steve and Blessing for getting my house warm. I called last evening and appt was for today. Steve was here first thing. A part was needed which Bkessing had available. He arranged for someone to meet him half way. Part installed. House warm. I always am happy with the work Blessing does and their service persons.

    This started out with a furnace cleaning. I was not pleased with the report and was thinking something mischievous was happening - but I was wrong. Blessings crew with Eric Hughes had found a crack in the heat exchanger. They showed me the pictures and the electronic readings from the carbon monoxide coming into the rest of the house (see pics). I did some further research to be prepared for any further discussions.Gary and Tyler came out and looked the house over inside and out. Then took the time to discuss the choices, information on future things changing for furnaces and air conditioning. This made it much easier to make the best choice going forward.Don Roda and his team came out and did a great job on the installation. They took the time to explain any issues, questions, or concerns we had and completed the job exactly in the time frame given to us (see installed pics).Overall, I am very satisfied with the job they did start to finish; and highly recommend them!

    This is not the first time that Ive ever used blessing. Today I had the pleasure of having Zach come out to my home. He was able to diagnose the problem with my furnace. And fix the problem .     Without seeming too cheesy, this company was a Blessing to our family. We have used multiple other local HVAC companies but that will never happen again. Scott just left our home better than he found it. He came out, diagnosed and fixed our issue in a very timely manner. He was knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful even closing our gate before leaving, which has been an issue with other companies in the past. We will continue to use them for every need. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

    Jack was our technician. He was fabulous. Came in and accessed our water situation right away. Explained in detail what was needed, took pictures so we could see where our problem was and gave us estimate for repair. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We had him do the repair and he did it all and left no mess. Jack at Blessing will now be our go to person for all plumbing issues.

    Had an assessment of everything electrical today as I almost had a fire at my home from a failed outdoor outlet last week. Master electrician Tyler Mason came and did the assessment, made some potential recommendations and replaced another old outside outlet (before it could fail). Tyler was friendly and VERY knowledgeable. Thanks Tyler, for allowing me to feel comfortable leaving my condo again without checking my home cameras every hour!

    The late night emergency call last night for our fast leaking hot water heater was a first for us. We expected to leave a message and brace ourselves for a bad night. To our relief a human being answered the phone. Instead of just leaving a message for help in the morning we were engaged a service technician that stepped me through the process to temporarily stop our flooding.To our astonishment the technician provided us an estimated appointment time of about an hour.He arrived and effected repairs very rapidly and expertly.We are and will remain Blessing customers.

    We recently had our Furnace and Air Conditioner replaced. The entire process was easy and seamless. Every individual we worked with was highly informative and very professional. We have two units at our home and Blessing sent two teams who completed the work in two days. I cannot say enough positive things about Glenn, Danny, Jackson, Cody and Justin. They were great. I was updated throughout the process and consulted when on the spot decisions were needed. I never heard a break in the installation process and certain they worked continuously. We are very happy with the outstanding service we have always received from Blessing. Oh, and I am pretty sure they left my basement cleaner than they found it!!

    Today discovered our 3 year old water heater installed by Blessing had a tank leak, called Blessing right away and had a technician show up by noon and a new replacement tank installed in only a few hours. I loved the communication by Blessing sending a text with an image of the tech Matt S. with a personal message about him and saying he was on the way. Matt unhooked the failed tank while the parts guy delivered the new tank and helped get the new one in and old one out of the house. I will continue to be a Blessing customer because they have great customer service from the phone agents, parts guy and technicians.

    Having your furnace stop working is never great. Contacted Blessing and they sent out Zach Chancellor. He was able to diagnosed my problem and worked towards getting it back up and running in a timely manner. He came across pleasant, genuine and is a credit to the organization.

Gary Probst was very professional and courteous, and he took the time to explain my options, review the process and also answer my questions. Then, I received 2 follow up phone calls from Carrie, who was also very friendly and professional as well. She is an excellent customer service representative. Gary and Carrie proved once again that ‘good old fashioned customer service’ never really goes out of style!     Our go to company for heating and cooling. They are professional and do great work. The service techs are always friendly and courteous. You get what you pay for folks, and they are worth it. Highly recommend.Update: just had a home Central Air installed and went great. September 2024. Highly recommend this business. I highly recommend this company.. I have had nothing but very professional installations at my home by their employees. It was done in a day. Top notch. They may not be the cheapest with estimates, but they use quality parts and dont cut corners. They respond and will back up their work and equipment. The workers doing the work, Danny, Devon and Cody were so polite and on time, and they never stopped working. I was very happy with the work done. I have had a water heater and a furnace done by this business in the past, always had a good experience.

    Blessing Co. installed a new Furnace and AC unit for us. Gary came out to provide the quote for the items. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring. The first day of install, Don and Hank came and explained everything they were going to be doing. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a tutorial on our new thermostat and made it a point to make sure everything was neat and tidy when they finished.The second day of install we had Don and Jeff install our AC unit. Just like the first day they were friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working! Rick and another associate came to my home and after assessing the two it was found that my hot water heater was not functioning and needed to be replaced. They promptly called the appropriate people within Blessings, had all the parts here within a very short period of time and replaced it by the early afternoon. Rick was very through with his communication and explained what we needed it and why in a very kind manner.     We are a monthly HVAC service subscriber, and at the summer service the technician uncovered a serious crack in our heat exchanger (furnace). This resulted in our 20 yr. old furnace needing repair. We decided to replace the entire HVAC system instead, as an upgrade to modern standards and we are very pleased. From the HVAC sales manager, Tyler to the HVAC team onsite (Glenn/Andrew) was well as their supervisor and sheetmetal expert Derrick, all were outstanding and very, very professional. They all worked tirelessly for nearly two days, during the heat wave in June 24 to replace our system. What a great experience, and always a great company to work with for our needs.

    We recently signed on with Blessing for furnace and air conditioning maintenance. Yesterday Zach Chancellor arrived to service the furnace . He was very thorough going above and beyond the maintenance but he also took the time to make sure my husband who is disabled was filled in on all aspects of what he did and the condition of the furnace - as well as tolerate our puppies love and attention.     Jack Rechsteiner was the tech who came out to fix the plumbing under my kitchen sink. Him and his apprentice replaced the plumbing. Through no fault of theirs, the problem wasnt fixed.     Jake House was pleasant to work with. He was able to give different scenarios of what the problem was and an estimate for each scenario. He was thorough in completing the job and identified another issue unrelated to the reason for service. It was a quick fix so he was able to complete both issues within the hour.Jake was also knowledgeable about the company’s history and said they are great to work for. His loyalty to his employer spoke volumes to the company that we were setting up a bi-annual service contract with.

    We called Blessing first following a hard rain and flooding in the basement and at that time Karl installed a new sump pump for us. We were told about a maintenance program we could sign up for and had a routine maintenance for the HVAC system done. The system we had at that time was older and we were shown pictures of rust and problems that needed addressing that would have cost upwards of $2000. We decided to get a quote for a new system and was introduced to Gary. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment of our system and offered many options. In all honesty I was stunned at the cost of the new system as it has more than doubled from the last time we had a system installed. We had other quotes done that asked for less money up front, but when we compared item by item costs, we was comfortable to go with Blessing. During the time lapse between signing a contract, ordering parts and scheduling the work team to begin, our furnace broke down. Blessing came with heaters to last until they could come out and begin work, and moved up the start date. Don Roda was the lead installer and was prompt, thorough, patient and friendly. There was good communication between all the team members who worked with Don, and the install lasted 3 days due to the addition of zoning to our system. There were always at least 2 workers each of the 3 days of work and sometimes 3. We understood the cost better when we saw how technical installations have become over the past 40 years, and the amount of time involved. Our system is quiet and very shiny (LOL) and appears to be very efficient. We will know more after the first utility bill. We highly recommend Blessing for the quality of work done. We will be able to comment on the efficiency and quality of the product in time as we have only used it one day so far. However, it has been great to work with the company.

    We had a wonderful experience with the Blessing company. We left a message telling them our water had gone out. They called us within a few hours and were able to send someone out the next morning to access the problem. We were lucky and they were able to replace our broken well the next dayWe are an older couple and had been told it might take awhile just to get someone to come out and we did call other companies but never heard back.     I am really pleased with my check up appointment from Blessing Company today. Andrew Braum did a checkup on my furnace as well as made and replaced my filter for it.     Travis at Blessing Plumbing and Heating was very efficient and knowledgeable. They text you 2 reminders of the upcoming work before they come. They were able to respond to my call within the next day if needed.Our pipe near the top of our shower head had broken inside the threaded sleeve on the top of the shower pipe. He had to cut a small access in our closet wall on the wall in the back of the shower to get to the pipe in the shower. The panel he put in looks nice and the whole job was done within 2 hrs. Travis was professional. He put down coverings on the floor and wore covers on his shoes. He explained everything before with a quote and explained everything after the work and was not rushed but did an excellent job.I highly recommend this company. The cost was very reasonable also. Nice receptionist. I felt safe/ comfortable with both their people and their work.

They were able to fit me in today (pipe burst from well to bladder tank) and even were able to show up 3 hours before they told me they could.     As a female, one of my favorite parts of Blessing Plumbing and Heating Company is their text messaging that provides the techs name and picture. I’m never surprised by who is at my door, a huge customer satisfied for a woman!!My semi annual A/C service was performed by a Blessing employee. I am a completely satisfied repeat customer in Fenton township. Their employee was on time, masked up, booties on and completed his maintenance promptly. He found an issue with the connectors wearing. He explained everything to me, but was not pushing me. The entire service and repair was completed in one hour.Looking forward to Sept when my heating system will be serviced.

    Gary P (HVAC Manager), Matt B, Joseph E, Justin E, Quinton S, Drake D (Technicians) and Mary H (Installation Coordinator) were outstanding! . They were respectful, on time, courteous and professional. They replaced my very old and inefficient AC/furnace with a Lennox Elite Series Air Conditioner and Variable Capacity/Speed Furnace with Ultimate Comfort System. I hired Blessing a few years ago to replace my hot water heater and was impressed with their quality of work. I wanted to ensure the same level of care went into this upgrade as well. If youre in the market for a new furnace, AC, or both, Blessing is the place to go!Prior to, and upon arrival, they explained the installation process and gave me an idea of what to expect. They wrangled a couple cats, assisted with keeping doors closed and moved items (as needed) with care. The installation went as planned and they remained on schedule throughout; keeping me informed along the way. They continuously worked to complete the job while maintaining a clean workspace. Finally, they explained how the equipment worked, how to maintain it properly and things to avoid that could result in less efficient operation/performance.The Blessing Team worked hard and I couldnt be happier with the job they did. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. Their work is excellent, their customer service is exceptional and its plain to see all are committed to doing the absolute best job they possibly can.

    Typical service from Blessing Plumbing & Heating......professional, friendly, absolutely on point. Cant imagine that anyone would ever have an issue with this company.....I certainly dont. Annual inspection of the furnace that they installed last year, replaced the filter, and hey, while they were at it, brought my garbage can up from the curb. Just a fantastic company.

    Zach was our technician and he was very thorough and I appreciate that as I feel it could potentially prevent any call backs if the job was rushed. Zach was a great communicator and showed us the before and after of the fan blower motor. He answered all of our questions. Zach was pleasant and kept the work area clean.

    I’ve used Blessing in the past for my home and had them come this morning to my commercial location. Jake House was the professional that came and he was, literally to the minute, right on time with a call text and email notifying me that he was in his way. He was friendly, professional and wasted no time. He was very thorough in explaining the work he did and the cost behind the service. Also, whenever I’ve called them I get a real person that answers the phone within a few rings. This is a great company with great customer service.

    We had a leak into our basement and after talking to Zak and Mike we decided to have all our old pipes replaced. The service technicians were very professional and pleasant to be around and they even helped us install a new toilet that we decided to get at the last minute. It ended up that the leak came back a couple days later and Zak came out and fixed it right away in hardly no time at all with no cost to us. We had a very good experience with Blessing and will definitely be calling them with any future plumbing issues.

    We were on our way out of town and my husband noticed there was a problem with our sump pump system. More to do with the discharge than the pump itself. We called around and my husband spoke with Consuela, she was very professional and informative. She was able to get one the service guys right away. We thought it was great when we received at text with a picture and profile of the service tech that was on his way. Zac was also very professional. Diagnosed our problem, got it fixed, and we were on our way barely behind schedule. We plan on having them to come back to fix the bigger problem. We could not be happier. Excellent company! Highly recommend!

    We had our furnace, ac, and the intake/exhaust pipes replaced. If you are looking for a worry free quality company this is it. Their employees work with great attitudes and actually enjoy what they do. You get a text and a call when they are on their way no surprise visits, they show up on time and they work hard until the job is done. We had a builder’s special nightmare that they completely dismantled and got up to code in 3 days and seemed to have a great time doing it.

    Started a faucet replacement on my own but got to a point that I could not get a bracket off without it being cut so called a couple places and all quoted me a week or more wait time for an emergency call fee except for blessing. They said they could fit me in within a couple days and were very professional. Got what I needed done quickly and for a fair price. Definitely plan to use them for future home updates

    Great service with the team to replace a system installed by others 7 years ago. The original boiler system was installed incorrectly and therefore failed recently. Blessing installed a brand new system and corrected the piping system. They worked on this project for 2 days and the system is way better than before.Highly recommended.

    Our central air went out and we needed a new unit. We called Blessings first and they promptly sent out Bob Cookingham. Bob immediately put us at ease. He was a real gentleman-providing the information we needed in a clear, knowledgeable and we feel very forthright manner. After Bob gave us his assessment of what was needed, what they offered and the costs-we felt Blessings were defiantly the people to go with. We are very glad we did. Although at the height of the seasonal demand for central air, Blessings responded with installation for us in just a matter of a few days!Blessings technicians, Justin, Drew and Derrick arrived early in the morning and went immediately to work . These three men did not falter or stop, but continued without a break to work through a wicked hot heat wave that day to install our unit. And work they did, each showing without any doubt that they were professionals and cared about their work. They were, despite the punishing heat, friendly and cheerful while they provided us an excellent job installing our beautiful, new central air unit.     Due to a sudden and extreme power surge while the electric company was repairing our power line today, our air-conditioning stopped working. I called Blessing Company, and they were able to schedule a same-day appointment within five hours of my calling. They knew our situation, so when an earlier appointment opened up, they called to see if the technician could come earlier. We are so incredibly thankful for their prompt service and positive attitude to get our air conditioning back up and running in this extreme heat! They were most definitely a blessing to our family!

    I just moved to Linden/Fenton area in January and my furnace decided I didn’t need heat. Blessing came highly recommended and I certainly know why.     I can not explain how grateful I am for Blessing Co. I called with a blown pipe at my well tank, Sarah was the sweetest person ever and managed to get someone to my home within a hour. Hence, Karl was able to determine that the issue was probably the vent stack as everything else was fine. Thank you, thank you, thank you for educating me & helping me with finding out what the problem was. I also have only one bathroom & Karl was even early from the original time of arrival. So appreciated especially with only one bathroom the promptness. I live in a condo therefore, its an HOA issue that probably affects my whole building.     The flame censor on our water heater was acting up & when I called to schedule an appointment it was going to be a couple days. They are understandably busy. An hour later they had someone else cancel & were then able to visit us that afternoon (no more going without hot water for 2 days.) Jake came out & assessed the situation, taught me how I might be able to handle the issue myself in the future AND looked at a completely unrelated issue I thought I might be having. Very professional, knowledgeable & respectful of our home & safety. If I could give 6 stars I would.

    We recently had our air conditioning service replaced by Blessing. Everything was replaced quickly and with zero fuss. Their technicians Phil Welch, Lyle Ridley, and Jason Morse were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I had the most interaction with Phil. He was super professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing and explained how my new thermostat worked. I really appreciated him taking the time to answer all of my answers completely.We have been doing business with Blessing since the purchase of our house 2 years ago. We subscribe to their service plans to ensure our heating and cooling equipment is working the best it can. I highly recommend doing business with Blessing. You will not regret it.

    When we finally decided to have a generator installed, Gary Propst came out and did an excellent job of processing the information required and contacting all the people required to do the job. He kept us informed as to the progress and requirements we had to make. On the day of installation Jeff and Josh did a wonderful job of preparing the site and installing the generator. I could not ask for a better representation of commitment to the customer than what they exhibited.

    We just replaced our 17 year old furnace, AC unit, and hot water heater. We love, love, love them. The installation crew was very professional, respectful of our home, and kept us informed at each step of the 2-day installation. The newer equipment is so superior to what we had. I can set my AC temp 3 degrees higher now and still remain comfortable. I can lower my temp setting on the new water heater since it is more efficient. Everything that was discussed prior to purchase has come true in terms of efficiency, comfort, and quiet operation. Ill be excited to see how much lower my utility bill will be this month. Definitely would recommend these guys!

    I had the Master Plumber, Steve here. Hes so kind and seems to like a challenge.I have been using Blessings since I moved here three years ago and my brother used them for years before that. A little pricey but you can rely on quality, timeliness and professionalism from the people who answer the phone, the plumbers and HVAC people. I highly recommend them.Today, a few weeks later they removed a walk-in tub from my bathroom and disconnected my appliances from the water, gas, etc...then went to my new house to disconnect what is there. I will have them back to install my newer appliances in place of the old appliances in the new house.Two weeks later...They came to the new house today and put in a gas line for my stove and connected it, connected my dishwasher, and fixed a minor drip in one of the water lines. Again, great work, professional, timely, etc... But still expensive!
