Working with Tim at Timbercrest has been such a joy. He has been professional and courteous the entire time. He went above and beyond to make sure the insurance company covered items they did not want to. My favorite part is that him and his team take their time to make the job is done right. My neighbors would have 15 people on their roof with zero oversight and somehow the whole job was done in a few hours. Where as Tim and his team were small and took their time to make sure it was done right. I know the quality and workmanship will be there vs my neighbors whose work was done by storm chasers that only cared about having it done by lunch. I would 100% use Timbercrest for my future home repair needs again.

We had a great experience with Timbercrest! After our house was destroyed by golf-ball size hail, they were able to match and replace the siding as well as fix many other damaged pieces. They also completed a brand new roof on both our house and shed. Our color was discontinued, so Brian helped us find a comparable color that looked great with our siding. They worked quickly and had nice, respectful employees at our home.

I had a roofing contractor come thru and assess hail damage on my home and was set to have that company do the work, but there was too much back and forth about getting settled on the price with the insurance company. I have known the owner of Timbercrest Roofing and Siding for a while and decided to reach out to him and have him look over the estimate to check if he felt there were any discrepancies on the estimate. After he looked over the estimate, he agreed that what was being offered as a settlement, was fair. Speaking with the insurance company directly, I also learned that Timbercrest has a very good reputation with the insurance industry. I knew I should have just reached out to them initially but gave the company that inspected the roof a chance and they (IMO) were looking out for the $$ and not my best interests.The owner (Ron) was very professional, runs a great business and had great communication throughout the whole process. He even offers a spreadsheet for the customer, so that they can follow the job from start to finish. I could not be more satisfied with the crews work, the owners professionalism and their reputation with insurance work. We are so happy with our new roof from Timbercrest! The crew worked the Saturday before Labor Day to get us all set for the holiday. We chose the new “mocha” color that blends with our warm yellow but also would work if we later go to cool colors. From the moment we talked to the person who answered the phone, everyone was totally professional. They did a great job on the weird angles over our back addition (see photo). We’ve purchased the 50 year warranty so this is “one and done” for us—Thanks, Timbercrest!

Timbercrest helped me through my claim with insurance for hail damage. Timbercrest was able to get me about 3 times more than what my insurance was wanting to give me for my claim, and originally they were not going to cover my siding on my home but timbercrest was able to get all my siding on both my house and detached garage covered. They fought for a year for my claim with insurance and it was well worth it. All of the work they did on my home was amazing quality and I have peace of mind that it is going to last many years with no problems. Their workers seem to take time and a lot of pride in their work. When it was all over with my old house had an amazing transformation.

WOW! What a difference a few days make. Its like getting a new home. In 50 years of home ownership we never had a roof put on professionly. I had done it myself because we had owned a much smaller home. The crew from Timbercrest headed by Tyson did a fantastic job. So i start my house roofing and siding project this summer, after looking around several different companies, i found Timbercrests price and review to be the best, and boy i was right.They are very details and professional at explaining everything that needs to be done as well as clear price with no hidden fee. Timbercrest just put a new roof on our home and I couldn’t be happier. The crew putting the roof on was outstanding. They took the time to make sure that nothing was damaged when tearing off the old roofing and every night when they left if it wasn’t for the obvious things that needed to be left out my property was so clean you could never tell that a major construction project was being done. I received a few other estimates and yes Timbercrest was not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. There are other homes in my neighborhood that have had a new roof put on by cheaper companies and it definitely shows. The attention to detail with Timbercrest and crew is superior.

From the start we always knew what was going on. With so many roofing companys ads we knew that choosing the right company would be a major task. Tims (project manager) presentation of the product and process was very organized and informative. He highlighted key aspects of the project to include weekly updates of the status of our job. Once the job was started, on a daily basis, Tim came by and inspected the work. Cleanup was also completed on a daily basis. The work was done by a master roofer and a helper, which gave us a very secure feeling. Plus, the roof is guarantied for 50 years. Once the roof was completed the same process was applied to the replacement of our eavestrough and downspouts. The work was completed in less than a day. It was a no nonsense work crew that knew exactly what had to be done - no standing around. Cleanup was also completed after the job was done. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Timbercrest for any roofing and eavestrough/downspouts installation.

We contacted Ron at Timbercrest Roofing because we recently switched home owners insurance companies & the new insurance companies assessment required us to immediately replace the roof. Steve B. was there every step of the way in making sure that we were informed with the process, and he was even more helpful in making sure we were treated right. I contacted Timbercrest after looking up reviews for contractors in the area and seeing them advertised as voted #1 by the local news paper for a quote on house siding and gutters. Ron was quick to come out and meet and was professional and upfront with his professional opinions and the questions we had and was patient with us deciding on colors for the house. We stayed within a couple days of the scheduled start day and had a few minor weather delays but was true to the projected time line. Brian and his partners came out and immediately began the work and I’ve never dealt with a more professional crew than Brian and his crew, very friendly and honest and did a fantastic job through and through and kept a positive attitude even when we requested a color change which meant re-doing some previous work early on. Ron and his team were also clear to communicate any problems they found nearly immediately and also handled them just as fast. Overall can’t say enough good things about these guys especially being new to the area and out of range of my normal contractors it can be a roll of the dice but I would highly recommend Timbercrest for any siding projects.

A few years ago we had Timbercrest strip off two layers of shingles and replace them. They did a really good job. They were fast, polite and showed up when they said they would. The roof has held up well and still looks great. This past winter took a toll on our aluminum trim and we contacted Timbercrest to repair it. A small job turned into a larger job. We opted to replace our old gutters for larger ones to handle the large volume of rain run off. We have also grown tired of cleaning out the gutters and added leaf guards. The aluminum siding had oxidized and it was also replaced. As before, they showed up as scheduled. The workers were efficient, respectful and there were minimal small pieces of debris when they were finished. We love the new look and with the heavy rains, our pour over problem has been solved. Thank you for our low maintenance new look. We highly recommend Timbercrest for roofing, gutters and siding.

Upon first inspection, the Insurance adjuster only wanted to cover ½ of the roof after it was damaged by high winds. Timbercrest looked at weather reports, took additional photos, wrote up diagrams showing how the high winds in fact damaged the whole roof warranting it to be covered 100%. My experience with Timbercrest Home Improvements, Grand Blanc, Mich were absolutely awesome. The degree of professionalism that was exhibited by Steve Bogie and the Timbercrest Team simply perfection. Storms that came thru in March and April 2017 really hit my house hard. I got damages from high wind, power outage etc. The biggest damage was to my roof and I am here to tell you, my new roof is absolutely gorgeous!
