    We have used Freedom Flow Plumbing since we bought our home three years ago. Billy and Rochelle are the most honest, reliable, professional people we ever had the pleasure to work with. After our well changing overnight with water making us ill, Billy and Rochelle upgraded our water system UV light and system filter. After water tests completed we are once again functioning with clean refreshing water. Billy saved us thousands by talking with us on what maybe needed and replacing water system inadequate parts with testing to fix the problem. Very thankful for the quick resolution and fix. We would recommend the Freedom Flow Plumbing Service.

    Freedom Flow plumbing came to my weekend house in Lake Ariel PA to fix an outside faucet issue about 3 weeks ago. They came immediately the following day after I called. They fixed problem as well as suggesting and installing a shut off valve in case this occurs again especially with the winter months coming. While they were at the premises they tested my water quality. They were honest and told me that I had above average water quality results and went further to explain how an entire home filtration system would benefit us as well as our home. I gave the ok to order and install the filtration system. They came in on their own while I was in NY and installed this great system. They not only performed a very clean and neat install they also left the area spotless and neat. Now I will have them come to NY and install one for my home there as well. I highly recommend them to anyone who may need or require their services in the areas they service.

    I had a very good experience with this company. They installed and removed my old dishwasher and even repaired a pipe I didnt know was defective. Very professional and polite people, who even took the time and attention to detail to wear booties on my carpets in my house. They tested everything, hooked up the electrical and made sure everything flowed and drained and was level before they left. AND they ran a water test for us to let us know all about our water quality and safety which I personally VERY MUCH APPRECIATE; they did not have to do that. I would highly recommend this company for all your water needs.

    It is hard to trust new people but Billy is honest thorough and good at what he does.     We had a major plumbing issue. The water company sent a plumber out who was not certified. He put in a compression fitting in the wall which blew out and flooded our entire downstairs. he came out again and was going to put in the same fiitting, which was not certified. We were told it could not be hard piped. Billy came out, analyzed the situation and determined it could be when all the others said it couldnt. He was able to do the job, gave us back our water before freezing weather. Billy is a very professional, very courteous and we would not use anyone else. Mike & Debbie

    I had no heat and no hot water and called my oil company for service, which they refused. I called a couple of other providers but no one had time available for 3-4 weeks out as I was not a customer and they were booked. One provided Freedom Flow as an option. Not only did Billy make the time to come out between his busy schedule to help me, he identified the issue immediately and fixed the sensor, explained how my system worked and what I needed to look for in future.My depth of appreciation cannot be expressed enough.     As I opened the website to write my own review I peaked at all the other reviews. I am not surprised that the company got five star reviews consistently. Billy and his partner (sorry I forgot to ask her for her name) were true professionals. Very friendly and easy going. They came to fix the shower faucet regulator problem but went above and beyond to see if there were other root causes. Very efficient and found the issue and corrected it timely. They also gave some tips that were helpful with maintaining the cabin. It was not just a business for them- It felt like they took personal interest in helping you.I am a nurse and I observe cleanliness. I was impressed that they wore shoe covers without being asked and no matter how many times they made trips into the crawl space when they entered the cabin they put the show covers back on. Thank you. I will certainly use them again and I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for help.

    Amazing and super honest! 100% would recommend! We called Billy for the first time at almost 3am for a broken pipe from our furnace. He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Did the job and left as if he was never there. A few weeks later we received a book on homesteading from Billy welcoming us to the neighborhood. (We are less than 2 miles down the road) what an amazing gesture! We called him again when a power surge fried our boiler motherboard in the middle of the pandemic! And again prompt, extremely efficient knowledgeable, reasonably priced and best of all friendly. Then again when we had a sink drain that seemed clogged. He and Rochelle immediately identified the problem and informed us on how to fix it, saving us money as we were able to remove the block ourselves. We are planning on calling on him again to install a water filteration system and look forward to working with him again! All and all we are lifetime customers and it has everything to do with the service! Thank you for all that you do!

    We woke up one morning...turned on the water faucet...and NO WATER came out. Ughhh. I used Freedom Flow once before to do a minor repair job, so that is who I called once again. They are super busy, however, they do their best to accommodate you. During the pouring down rain, Billy and Rochelle completed a MAJOR job... replaced water piping, pump, wires, fittings, boot, and guards. I asked if they were going to take a break until the weather eased up, but their response was that they had to get the job done. WOW!! I was impressed. They are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable regarding their craft. I highly recommend their services.

    I cannot recommend Freedom Flow more!!! One of the best contractor experiences of my life and Ive dealt with many. Exceptional service and work-personship. I cannot say enough great things about Billy and his wife Rochelle and Freedom Flow. They came by and they could not have been more professional. Courteous and respectful down to the booties on their feet and masks on their face.They were extremely thorough and detailed too. I brought them in because I thought I had drainage issue. They checked and double checked everything. In fact, when I suggested making an enhancement on my property to mitigate potential risk moving forward, they were honest and told me it wasnt necessary. Unlike many contractors they never tried to upsell me any service nor did they use fear and scare tactics to convince me to do more work. I wish every interaction I had with a service contractor / repair-person was this positive! I will be using Freedom Flow and Billy and his wife for all of my plumbing / heating etc...needs moving forward!

    Billy from Freedom Flow was excellent! We had to call on him twice to come out. First time was to get the heater running after a long time of not being on. He was on time, professional and got the job done quickly. He cleaned up after himself and left no mess. The second time we called was to get some pipes repaired that had multiple leaks. We werent sure where all the leaks were but he was able to locate them and repair them all without flooding the house. I was quite impressed by the method of pushing air through the pipes to find the leaks rather than turning on the water to find them! Once again he was on time and professional and cleaned up after himself. I would absolutely recommend them for any problems you might have!! Thank you Billy and Rochelle for all your hard work!!

    Its a rare pleasure to speak of a positive experience with a plumber coming to the house — Freedom Flow ticked all the boxes, arriving right on time to fix some minor annoyances as well as some long-standing issues. Friendly, professional, perfectly tidy and helpfully informative as well, all at a very reasonable rate and ever thoughtful to a homeowner’s expenses. So grateful to now have their number on our fridge. Highly recommended.

    Billy and Josh from Freedom Flow are the best. A series of water leaks was plaguing our home. Billy and Josh repaired them all quickly, tested our water and recommended a water system that has solved all our issues. Even after another contractor made a mess by bypassing our filtration system after a well repair, Billy and Josh did a great job cleaning our pipes, replacing damaged faucets, and cleaning up after themselves. Some evenings they were here well after 8PM to ensure we had water and that everything was working properly. Were happy to have our water system in perfect operation, but well miss seeing these guys - professional, friendly, and really care about the work. Pricing was fair and reasonable, and they came when they promised. VERY SATISFIED

    Billy and his employees are WONDERFUL!! I spoke with Billy on the phone who educated me about sump pump systems since we are first time homeowners and didnt know anything about it. He was honest and didnt try to oversell anything. The gentlemen that came out (Im sorry, I didnt ask their names) were also patient and walked us through everything.     Billy and his wife could not have been better with both service and response time. We installed a whole house filtration system along with several small fixes. They were there when they said they would be and stayed until everything was complete. They cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to chat with while the work was being done.
