    Great emergency service! Stan was polite and very professional, communicated the issue clearly and walked us through the issues and what was needed to resolve them. Not only was he helpful while he was on the job, he took the time the next day to follow up and make sure that my mom was satisfied and that her electrical issue was resolved. We are very appreciated that Stan removed the electrical danger from my mom’s home. If you’re in need of some electrical repair or upgrades, do give this company a call, they are fast and professional and won’t disappoint!

    I had an excellent experience with Powerful Electrical LLC, and I can’t thank them enough for their exceptional service! I called around for two hours to get help out here in Jamestown and no one serviced my area. Stan, the technician who came out, was fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly examine and troubleshoot my RV outlet. I live out of my RV full time while I get my house built and have my RV on a breaker which stoped working in the middle of the night. I live out in Jamestown SC and they were able to come out within 24hrs. Not only did he walk me through the issues, but he also worked quickly and efficiently to get everything fixed and my power back up and running so I could stop running off of my backup generator. He saved me money by fully diagnosing the circuit and finding that that my outlet was defective. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to ensuring everything was done safely really impressed me. I highly recommend Powerful Electrical LLC and Stan for any electrical needs – they truly went above and beyond!

    Had them run a new electrical line from my house to detached garage to power my new Ford EV Charge Station Pro, overall pleased with the work minus a few hiccups and really messed up framing of the house itself caused issues such as drilled through a water line and removal of extra drywall that was hoping that didn’t have to happen. But very responsive and professional and would recommend them.

    I contacted Powerful Electric to install a Ring camera and relocate 2 other exterior lights. David Williams showed up told us what it would take and the price was reasonable. He was set to schedule later in the week, but due to a recent break in in our neighborhood he called to say he would be able to do the work the same day. He was very professional and courteous.
