Charges for labor and materials are always well explained and very fair. Credit card payment is simple and secure. Our most recent experience involved diagnosing an underground wiring issue and solving the problem. As usual, even though this was a challenge, Cox Electric came through with flying colors! Wonderful employees with great skill equals an outstanding company. Cox Electric is all that and more.

Very helpful and friendly! Came right out even though it was 5 pm and they were closing. It was a simple fix on the breaker panel. It took him 5 minutes and he was kind enough not to charge us for the visit. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs an electrician!

Just had our basement finished & Cox Electric routed all our wiring, added at least 10 outlets (half of which are 20 amp), wired our bar for power, wired for a hidden refrigerator, installed all new beautiful trimmed out can lights. Arrived on time, cleaned up after working & the price was right! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Cox electric was good to work with. The guys did some major work replacing a panel and some old knob and tube wiring. There was one issue that left some lights and outlets not working over the weekend. Mike can put first thing Monday and took care of it no problem! I’d definitely call them again.

Cox Electric did a wonderful job installing a new light fixture, new switches, fixing my security light, and replacing breakers on my panel. We will be using them from now on. They were very personable and were great with our dog. Cox Electric gave great, quality service and we will recommend them to anyone we know needing an electrician.
