    Tobias and Augustus came over on very short notice to tend to my plea to fix our gutters because they were overflowing. Tobias thoroughly inspected and realized the root cause. He fixed it within minutes and did not charge us. He is a generous and fair business person and I’m so lucky we were referred to his services.

    Absolutely fantastic work. Quality Refurb came out and conducted an assessment the day I contacted them, and returned the following day to conduct the work in an extremely proficient and professional manner. They also completed the work for a fraction of what another company in the Nashville quoted. Also helped provide me with the detailed information I needed to maximize my insurance coverage. Will definitely use again.

    Tobias was very friendly and responsive from the first call. He said he was very busy but would stop by on his way to his first job and he did with a prenotification call that he was on the way the next morning.     I definitely recommend this company for exterior repairs and and painting. I first met Tobias who owns the company when I called him for a roof leak repair (still holding a year later). Recently I needed some exterior touch up painting done and some siding repair and replacement. Kyle and Brandon were the team on my job and they were awesome. They had great communication, we met and talked through everything that needed to be done and they completed all beautifully. It looked so great, I had to add a few more areas for them to paint- which they did with no hesitation. Very happy with the finished project and the pricing is very fair. I would not hesitate to call them again.

    To be up-front, I did not use these folks for the roof repair, although I would. It was minor work that was needed.Called Tobias, He immediately picked up the phone, both times. Told him my issue and he let me know they are stacked up on work. He inquired where the work was needed which is close to his house. Left me with the feeling that he would have me taken care of this week despite his busy schedule.By other reviews the work they do is quality, I cant speak to that....but I can tell you that responsiveness and customer care seems to be a priority at this outfit.

    I chose to use Quality Refurb because they had excellent reviews and were a local business. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. The price was competitive and Tobias was great to work with. I think the pictures they took throughout the process gave me the reassurance that it was done and done correctly. Absolutely five stars.

    Tobias was so awesome. I needed someone to come out quickly and unblock my gutter. He and his team showed up first thing in the morning, with a quick text to let me know he was on the way.
