Thank you to David and Charles for responding to my plumbing issue which started as a clogged drain the day before then grew into a back up of sewer to my tub. Awful mess! They had all of the right equipment to find the blockage easily, remove it and get me back in business. A thousand thank yous to Charles who was so polite and it was obvious he knew what he was doing.Dont try to diagnose your plumbing problem, call these guys!

We were having problems with clogged drains even after working on them for two days ourselves. We got the recommendation for Accurate Drain Cleaning from Steve at Plumbers Plus. We called Accurate at around 3:30 Tuesday afternoon and Justin was here at 9:00 on Wednesday morning! Very courteous and took COVID precautions. Unclogged our drains efficiently and for a very reasonable price! Even put my washer back into place and cleaned up some stuff that had gotten on the floor from our leak; in addition, he told me what to look for/how to handle any additional problems. Would definitely recommend and wouldnt hesitate to call again.

I’ve used 2 other companies in the past. First one had to come back because the tech was new. Second company did the job , but then began a sales pitch on replacing the pipes.Accurate Drain was referred. I called. Later that morning Charles showed up and about 1 later had the blockage cleared. Re-piped underneath the sink from the previous company. Did not attempt to up sale, just did the job at a reasonable price.

Charles was excellent. I called at about 800am and had someone on-site by 830. I have a tricky double trap system and cast iron pipes. It is not a fun drain to flush. After they had cleared it Charles let me know to call if it had any issues. Fast forward a day and glogged again even worse. David the owner said he would have someone out by 730am. 7:15am Charles shows up and clears the whole drain to the main. Best part not a penny over my original bill. He actually apologized that it took a second go to get it. Great experience will use again if the need arises.

Justin was great at figuring out how to get a very hard to reach clog out of our bathroom pipe--through the air vent- after all other conventional methods did not work. Even though they had been here several hours, we were surprised and pleased at how reasonable the charge was. Will definitely use them again!

Called on a Thursday morning hoping for a Friday appt for a drain that occasionally backs up. Not bad but I wanted it fixed. Thursday afternoon They called and did it all in less than an hour. Its been several weeks now with no problems. Reasonable price for quick work. This 60 year Goodlettsville resident was happy with a hometown guy.
