Justin and David were very skilled, professional and a pleasure to work with. I had a chandelier that had a design flaw and it hung slightly slanted. They took the time to try several fixes until it hung perfectly. I would definitely recommend them and already have plans to have them do some additional work.

Great experience with Justin and David. Called to make an appointment to install a chandelier in our entry way, and Justin was able to squeeze me in the next morning. Both were very kind, professional, courteous about wearing shoe covers around the house, and were good about cleaning up afterwards. Justin initially quoted me higher but after completing the job without any complications, he was gracious enough to lower the price. I wouldn’t have mind to pay the original price (it was an already fair price), but I thought that was very nice of him. He found a forever customer. Highly recommend for all your electric needs. Justin and David are the best electricians I have worked with so far in Middle Tennessee! Their communication was clear and provided quick responses. They were transparent and provided understanding as to why work needed to be done in layman terms. They upgraded my service, installed a new panel, and checked wiring to ensure it was safe. Justin and team came in to install 2 pendants and 2 can lights into our master bedroom. There is no attic access, so they had their work cut out for them. They did a phenomenal job coming up with a strategy to run the lights with minimal impact to the drywall. They were very quick (3 hrs!) and extremely professional. Used this company to repair/replace under kitchen cabinet lighting as well as outside front porch lights. The kitchen lighting was quickly replaced and there were no issues. They determined that the outdoor porch lighting issue was the resulting of failing fixtures. My wife and I decided to purchase new fixtures on our own and explained the same to Justin, the main electrician. Now for the exceptional part..........after purchasing and replacing the new fixtures on our own, we discovered that the lights were still not working. I called Justin and he worked me into same-day service. Upon his arrival, he determined that the bulbs my wife installed were faulty. Justin replaced the bulbs and made sure the fixtures were operational. Despite coming out of his way and working me into same-day service, Justin did not charge me for the new bulbs nor did he charge me for a service call. In fact, Justin did not charge me anything for the second visit.Exceptional customer service. Will definitely use Higher Power in the future.

I hired Justin and David, and they patiently took the time to get to the real root of the problem and fix it. Justin White was so friendly, came out early to his appointment and was professional in getting the job done. The work I needed even turned out to be a simple problem to fix so he gave me a lower price than what even had been quoted saying he wanted to be fair. I truly appreciate that out of a company. My lights were flickering and I called three different electricians with two not answering and the third didnt respond until the next morning to text me saying to call the electric company to rule out their end. My house was built in 1932 and still had the original meter and exposed wiring runing up my house.I called Higher Power Electric and they came right out within an hour. They told me they would get it all lined up with the electric company and be here the next morning to change it and install a new breaker box inside. They were here at 7am as they said they would be and in eight hours, they had completed the work and had even brought a generator for me to have heat. This company is the best. I highly recommend them.

He also pulled out the old fixtures in the kitchen and replaced several light switches and installed dimmers for the recessed lighting in each room. Flavius was prompt, courteous, completed the job within the scheduled timeframe, did excellent clean-up after his work each day and the quality of his work was impeccable! This was a really wonderful experience and we already scheduled him to come back and replace all of our light switches! Its a relief to have found such a wonderful resource in our community. I cant recommend him enough!! If youre thinking about calling him, DO IT, its absolutely worth it and you can trust him.

The absolute best! We are changing our garage into a playroom. Called and came next day to give me an estimate. Estimate was much cheaper than other quotes and did not include mark up on items used! Justin and Ryan then came the next day and completely replaced my panel, moved my location for the ceiling fan, installed 5 outlets, installed 8 can lights, 3 switches, and set up the line for the split HVAC outside in one day without taking any breaks. Quote was honest. Couldnt recommend them enough. Will be using again in the future.

We have had several electrical issues with our house, including lights flickering, bulbs burning out quickly, flipping switches that then blow breakers....Higher Power was quick to respond, came out and fixed several issues and then had to order parts. They also determined that some of our issues were due to squirrels in the attic chewing up wires-and that several of our lights were unsafe to use! They were great about communication for their return visit, were on time, friendly, and did great work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Higher Power!
