Call on the weekend for a burning smell in my attic. The customer service on the phone was outstanding. Randy came to my house within 30 minutes of my call and got to it. He went in the attic and determined that the attic light was burning a cardboard box in the space. He checked all of the wiring in the attic to ensure that it was all safe. He even advised me on how to change my doorbell. This is some outstanding service! From the initial call to the paying process. I highly recommend, 10/10! I will have any and all electric work done by Randy.

Champion star service did a great job repairing my generator transfer switch. Unlike other companies who would only do a full panel replacement, he replaced just the mother board causing an issue saving money and time as well as showing an increased level of knowledge. He was very professional and I would recommend them to anyone looking for generator or electrical repairs.

Our circuit breakers were causing all kinds of problems shorting out our appliances. Mr. Randy found several serious mistakes with the old wiring inside the panel box. Were grateful his took the time to carefully remove and replace the burned wire making sure its safe now. What a relief! I highly recommend Braud Electric. Randy and his crew have been very helpful in meeting my household electrical needs. During a power outage to my home, Randy came to inspect the whole home and make necessary repairs, and more importantly give my family peace of mind that are home was safe. After that first experience we have called Randy to address our future electrical repairs and assessment. Randy not only completes the repairs but takes the time to educate you on what he is doing and why he is doing it. Randy takes real pride in his work, and I believe it is very hard to find that quality of services today.

I called several electricians this Saturday to no avail. Mr. Randy Himself answered my call in the middle of his Saturday. Once I let him know that I had burned wires outside in a breaker box and my air was not working in this Louisiana heat, he said hed be on his way. It took him less than an hour to make it to my home. (I dont live anywhere near him) He talked me through the whole process of him repairing my burned wires(major fire hazard). I can not express my gratitude for his service. I wish I could state the price he charged for all the work he did, but thats not professional. He was a very pleasant and straight to business man. I wish I could do a commercial for him. I have a nine year old and a four year old asthmatic that are truly thankful for his speedy and accurate service.
