    Chris and his team did a great job listening to my expectations about my project. He always showed up on time, picked up after himself, and was very thorough with communication.     100% Honest Review - not paid. Let me tell you about CSY Roofing. I contacted Chris and explained what I had going on, and of course the first question I asked was , do you offer free estimates, simple answer, Yes! I had called on Monday, January 22nd and he came out later that afternoon. He took his time and gave a through inspection of my roof and attic and discovered not only 1 leak are abut 2 additional ones as well and their location. He felt confident that he could solve my issue but also let me know the condition of my roof, which wasnt great news. However, that is something to discuss at a later time. We discussed an action plan and collectively agreed that Friday, Jan 26th would be the window to do the repairs as it would be warm enough to work with the singles. He arrived promptly Friday morning and started the job. Total time on the job site I would say was about 4.5 hours give or take a few minutes. He went over exactly what he did and showed me pictures of the condition of the area before and after. I must say his quality of work and thoroughness are outstanding. The fact that I purchased my home 15 months ago and have had issues the entire time , finding an honest, caring and reliable company to do the work was a HUGE relief. The past 2 days we received about an inch of rain and I am happy to report , NO MORE LEAKS! Going forward and once the weather does warm up , I will have CSY Roofing, Chris Yarbrough and his team come out again and inspect the roof even deeper to see if there has been storm damage and discuss. Bottom line, instead of going mainstream, use a locally owned , small business and support the small business that will 100% stand behind their work. Remember CSY Roofing services not only Rush County, but Shelby County, Decatur County and several other counties in the surrounding area. Again, HUGE Thank you to Chris and his team at CSY Roofing.

    We were having drainage issues around our pole barn and Chris came out and came up with a plan to alleviate our issues. He added gutters to our pole barn and did tile work as well. Everything turned out awesome - guttters are great and the tile work that he did is amazing. Highly recommend!

    Chris has done several projects at our house including window replacement/installation, structural repairs, adding a full bathroom to our basement, front door install, fixing several interior doors that were dragging, putting more ventilation in our attic, adding a steel beam and surrounding column to our basement, and the list goes on! Always on time, shows up when he says he’ll be there, quick to respond, and high quality work!

    So thankful for Chris. He installed a new front door and laid gravel and added a new lane to our driveway. Wonderful and clean work. He is so easy to communicate with and does an amazing job!

    I called Chris with my roof damage. He looked at my roof the same day and I had an estimate the next day.Insurance approved the estimate and my new roof was installed last week. I am very pleased with the workers and how they cleaned up everything after the job was finished. I would definitely recommend Chris for an honest and dependable contractor
