    Jason with Bishop Plumbing came twice recently, once to install toilets and once on an emergency for a broken shut off valve. Both times he and his co worker were polite, thoughtful and efficient. They were responsive and came when they said they would. I will recommend Bishop Plumbing to my friends.

    I originally left a poor review but I had a great follow up conversation with Kristin who addressed our main concern and was very helpful.We were originally charged over $2K to unclog a sewer the line which originally included a high amount on the emergency hourly rate. Our main concern was being charged for 45 minutes on an emergency hourly rate for the tech to take notes after he left our house. Dave Johnson, who is the guy that handles the bills, originally said we got charged this because of 15 minutes of drive time and another 30 minutes for the tech to take notes based on GPS data of when the vehicle left our property. We were told very different things by the tech when he was at our house which caused a lot of confusion on why our bill was so high.After a few phone calls with Dave, an email to their billing department asking to speak with the owner (still got Dave), and a bad Google review Kristin reached out and I definitely appreciated her conversation. She addressed a few issues we had and fixed our main concern of paying emergency fees after the tech had already left our property. I enjoyed speaking with her and I would recommend Bishop. If you have issues, she was very easy to work with and addressed our main concern for the poor review. Thanks Kristin!

    Weve had 3 different plumbing companies work on various things over the last 1.5 years and none have provided the high quality service that Bishop Plumbing has provided.Bishop plumbers are extremely professional and knowledgeable and we now have them on a routine schedule to service our boiler and water softener twice per year.I would highly recommend calling Bishop for any plumbing needs.

    We had an emergency and Kristin at Bishop found an opening and was able to send a technician to check out our appliance plumbing within just a few hours.We were able to re-open for business during a snowy wintry day.Additionally, Kristin was very professional, polite and communicative on the phone. We will keep Bishop in mind next time we have a plumbing issue. Thank you to her and her staff!

    Our heater stopped working and we had two other local companies come to our home to hopefully fix our heating boiler system and neither of these companies fixed the problem, they instead went through several steps and charged us a lot of money along the way. The heating boiler was still not functional and would quickly lose pressure and inevitably blew out three pumps! We were also told that we should just replace the entire system.Luckily, I called Bishop Plumbing and spoke to Keith. Keith agreed to come out and look at the heating boiler issue and have a discussion with us about the previous attempts to fix the problem. Keith looked at the heating boiler issue and said he believed he knew exactly what the issue was. About a week later, Keith came to make the repairs that he suggested and the heating system has worked ever since and we were charged a very reasonable price as well.Bishop Plumbing and Heating is a best company in the Roaring Fork Valley and we would highly recommend the company and especially recommend Keith! He is, by far, the most knowledgeable, considerate and professional technician that has stepped into our home. Thank you Bishop Plumbing and Keith in particular, for finally fixing our heating system!!! We are extremely happy with Bishop Plumbing and Heating and we will always call them for all of our Plumbing and Heater needs.

    We recently had a refrigerator and dishwasher hooked up at our office in Glenwood. I am so glad I called Bishop Plumbing. The tech arrived on time, called us 15 minutes in advance to let us know he was on the way. He was efficient and thorough. He cleaned up any bits and pieces and was polite and professional. Very impressed.

    Bishop Plumbing is a great choice for all your plumbing needs! The cane and gave me an estimate right away and came to do the job as soon as my tub was here. Frank was very informed with what needed to be done and told me what was going to happen before he did it. My pipe are a long crawl and Frank had no complaints. Would definitely recommend them!

    I highly recommend Bishop. I have used Bishop’s services to unclog drains, install garbage disposals, install a tankless water heater, and most recently install a new furnace. Before finding Bishop, I dealt with other plumbing companies in the valley and I’ve found Bishops technicians to be the most intelligent, skilled and honest in our area. Their customer service and quality of work are phenomenal.

    Its easy to see why this company received Aspens Top Plumber Award for two straight years. For starters, they have someone in their office answering the phone when you call vs. having to leave a message. Because of this, they were able to send a plumber out to my house within the hour after receiving my call. He assessed and repaired the problem on the spot without any problems or delays. I was billed for their services, and the charge was well within reason for having a professional plumber come to my house. I would highly recommend this company.

    Had a pipe burst and leak into my downstairs. I called after-hours and spoke with Bishop Plumbing after-hours service. A plumber immediately called me back and scheduled a time to come the next day. Plumber arrived on time, was clean, professional and friendly. Did a great job in a timely manner and gave me references to get some other damage I had from the leak repaired. I was quite surprised with how quick they got out to my house to fix my problem, the bill I received was reasonable and fair. Id recommend these guys to anyone needing a plumber.

When we call, they remember us and provide excellent service every time. We have used them for a water softener install, water filter, as well as hvac repair and maintenance.

    We had Chris and Garrett at our home recently. Chris was the jack-of-all-plumbing-issues. As relatively new owners of our home in Carbondale we had a fairly long list of things that needed attention. Chris was able to check everything off the list! There were a couple of things he was seeing for the first time but he was extremely resourceful and was able to solve all of our problems. Garrett was the water softening system expert and did testing of water and thorough review of placement location. He did not push a system on us at all...in fact with the test results and limited space in our utility room he did not feel a system was necessarily in our interest at this time . They still sent a proposal but we opted not to go forward.GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

    Five stars for Bobby Enlow. Excellent plumber, courteous and tidy. He did a perfect job and stayed on to help with another small issue. He was careful with his tools so as not to scratch or damage any counter tops. Nest time I need a plumber I will call Bishop again and ask for Bobby.

    Tristan could not have been more helpful, considerate and efficient - he came on a Friday evening, at the end of what must have been a long week, and drive 45 miles to us. We had tried to get the work done as a non- emergency but there was miscommunication of some kind so that didn’t happen - Tristan was kind enough to get the work done and also sort all that out for us. He is a credit to Bishop Plumbing. Thank you.

    Allow me to update.Bishop did come in and totally replaced the boiler. We have not gone through a winter yet with the new one, so we will see how this one works.If all goes well this winter I will raise my ratings even higher and rave about their work.Bishop was trying to fix another companys mess up. We have two business down because the boiler for the heating is not working.I dont blame Bishop for this.
