We recently had our kitchen renovated by Callahan and Peters. Such incredible work and attention to detail. All of the staff were professional, hardworking and kind. We’ve had numerous home projects completed by Callahan and Peters in the past. And have projects lined up for the future. We are truly grateful for the care and respect we received from the subcontractors. We are beyond pleased with all the work done here. I consider Callahan and Peters part of our family. -

We have been long time Callahan & Peters client’s so when we downsized into a condo and needed to do a full overhaul, we knew just who to call! Michelle and Dave made the entire design-build process seamless and dare I say, enjoyable?! Callahan & Peters follow through and dedication to their client’s satisfaction is the reason we are repeat customers and would recommend them to anyone looking for a company that does it all! -

No one believes me when I say I found a company this great!!! It took me a while to find the right design/build firm for a major project - an entire overhaul of half of our house. The project included 3 full bathrooms and a new laundry room as well as a refresh of all the bedrooms, hallways, etc. Ive heard horror stories on this type of project and was very careful about any red flags from other companies I engaged with and got quotes from. Callahan & Peters was a refreshing stand-out. ZERO red flags from start to finish. The people who work here take pride in what they do AND they really listen. We had some unique requests and they found ways to make it happen. The level of effort we had to put into getting things done was quite minimal after designers helped make decisions. Not only did they check the box on basics youd expect - project management, full design assistance, architects, permits, management of the contractors, etc ON TIME and ON BUDGET, but they were very respectful of our home and started to feel like part of the family. Its very special when the GC is the person to come to your project every single morning, let the tradespeople in, and have a conversation with you about what to expect for the day/week. We even liked their tradespeople - electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting. You name it! All friendly and respectful. They kept it clean and minimally disruptive to our family while we lived in the other part of our house. I couldnt be more pleased with the results and would recommend working with this company to EVERYONE!!! -

Callahan & Peters were very professional , organized and friendly. All the workers were prompt and stayed on schedule. A wall was removed in the kitchen, in addition to electrical plumbing, gas lines ,new cabinets and titles were installed. The kitchen is beautiful with quality workmanship. Also they added a railing and spindles to our staircase. We appreciate the work that was done in our home and would highly recommend them. -

Weve worked with several remodeling contractors over the years and our experience with Callahan and Peters was absolutely the best. Their design expertise is outstanding--they proposed excellent solutions while listening to our needs and preferences.Their planning and project management skills enabled our kitchen remodel to be completed work in record time, on budget, with immediate response to any punch list items. And they were super easy to work with. We highly recommend Callahan and Peters--you wont be disappointed. -

Callahan & Peters remodeled my bathroom.Everyone was professional and very helpful. I work so the employees were alone in my home all day and I had no concerns about that, very trustworthy! My house was cleaned up each day when I got home. They will help with the layout and the design and make great suggestions. I love my new bathroom! -

We recently had the pleasure of working with Dave and his team from Callahan & Peters to transform the first floor of our home, and the results are nothing short of amazing. Our project encompassed an extensive but partial kitchen renovation, hardwood floor refinishing, intricate molding installation in the dining area, whole floor painting, and a complete family office redesign with custom-built cabinets.From the onset, C&P’s communication style put us at ease, addressing any fears or concerns we had about the remodeling process. As a technically inclined individual, I appreciated how Dave was receptive to my ideas, questions, and comments regarding the mechanical aspects of the upgrades. He and his subcontractors were always willing to engage in detailed discussions, ensuring that every aspect of the project met our specifications.Equally important was the input of my wife, who has a keen eye for interior design. CPI design team welcomed her ideas with open arms, fostering constructive conversations that led to a design that satisfied us both. We felt like true collaborators throughout the process, and the result reflects the harmonious blend of our preferences and expertise. In my wife’s words, “They made my dreams come true and the first floor turned out exactly how I envisioned it.
