    I hired Ireland Contracting to install a new ceiling fan in my master bedroom. Ireland Contracting responded and had the fan installed and running soon after I contacted them.     After living in my house for almost 30-years, I had Ireland Contracting replace all the siding, fascia, and gutters. The entire process from start to finish went very smoothly.     Ireland did a great job. One day and done. My roof looks beautiful. PS i had a slight issue with my roof and I called Ireland before they put the roof on…. I had a new bathroom put in And one of the contractors must’ve been rambunctious With a nail gun. The owner came out and found the problem… a nail that went awry putting new dry wall in. No charge.     My neighbor and I live in a quad. The roof was improperly installed so every time we had a windy day we were forced to replace shingles.I had Ireland come to evaluate the problem.     After having had a roof and siding done by Ireland to my complete satisfaction and with excellent workmanship when shortly after my neighbor’s large tree fall between our houses and damaging the previous work that we had done, I called Ireland a second time to do that repair also along with some electrical work. Once again I was not disappointed with their workmanship and attention to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Ireland for everyone that requires their services.

    Great experience working with Ireland Contracting and their lead estimator, Vic earlier this year. Vic is very professional, took plenty of time to help us plan what we wanted to do (new roof, gutters and downspouts) and gave us a fair estimate. The crew was short one person but did outstanding work on the full job and did it in one day. Cleanup was almost perfect afterwards and Vic was out to make sure everything worked well.They are the best!

    I was on my roof, removing leaves from my gutters and noticed a fairly large bulged section of shingles on my dormer. I remember seeing a TV commercial for Ireland contracting so I thought I would give them a call. A representative came and looked at my problem and diagnosed the issue. He said they would need to replace the plywood and shingles in this one area. I told him I could get the information on the brand and style of shingle for him, but he already knew what it was just by looking at it. He gave me a quote on the spot! I asked him if he could apply caulking to some step flashing around my chimney also and he said yes, we will take care of that for you. They put me on their schedule and made the repairs without me being home. I checked on their work and everything was done perfectly!It’s so comforting to know that I have found a contractor that is experienced knowledgeable, and professional!!I know who I’m calling next time I need some help.     Ireland contracting is the best! We had an issue where the have old siding that began to succumb to the weather here in western PA. We made the decision to replace the siding on the entire house rather than to continue to piecemeal the repairs as we had done in the past. We contacted several contractors but were very impressed with the service from Ireland, and decided to use their services.We got excellent consultation from them on the siding type shutter design and color that matched our brick. The materials came in in short order, and the crew they sent out was professional and courteous. The work that resulted was fantastic. I’m proud to drive up to our house without seeing the peeling and mold damage. It actually looks like a new house, which is something I never imagined, but definitely appreciate. There were two shutters that were damaged in transit, and Ireland replaced and installed the replacements very quickly.I’m extremely satisfied with the result and highly recommend Ireland Contracting! You won’t be disappointed.

    Marc was our sales rep. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and listened to what we wanted. Our job was delayed due to Summer rains, and they accommodated the dates to our preference. Their crew showed up on time, did a diligent yet careful job in our very high gable ( Victorian House) roof, the roof of our two porches and the big bay window. They took pictures of the before-during-after. Both days, they cleaned up the front, sides, and back yards, before they left, particularly once the job was completed. They were respectful of property and cordial. Marc was extremely responsive the whole way through. We highly recommend Ireland Contracting and won’t hesitate to work with them again in the future.

    Tom Dunne with Ireland was the sales person that came to view the project, provide an estimate, and coordinated the work. He is very knowledgeable, open to listening to ideas, very personable, and provided recommendations on things we had not thought about. We had Ireland demolish a 12x12 three season room off the back of the house, replace the roof with new OSB plywood/shingles, new siding, soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts on the entire house. They did an excellent job overall, and the same crew did all the work from start to finish. Tom was there day 1 at the start of the project to make sure everything got delivered, staged properly, and he ran through the project with the crew and myself to make sure all of my wants were understood. Tom stopped in daily to check on the progress of the crew, and would call if there were any questions. The crew did a great job of cleanup, and they battled rainy conditions three out of the 4 days it took them to complete the project. It was a seamless process with Ireland overall which made our lives easier, and the end product was great. I would recommend Ireland Contracting to anyone who is looking for any type of home exterior work they do. They were a one stop shop for all our needs.

    From the first call Ireland could not have been better. Scheduled and met with Tom who was great about everything.     We contacted Rick @ Ireland Contracting after noticing that our 8 year old metal shingle roof was leaking in several places. Rick met with us within a day or two of contacting him and he gave us an acceptable quote to replace the roof properly, as well as install 4 new windows and replace the siding on the house. Even with the existing supply chain issues, Ireland was able to perform the work in a reasonable amount of time once the siding and windows arrived. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the quality of the window install done by Ryan and his team with new Pella windows, as well as the new roof (Jonas & team) and the new siding (Johnny & team). It has rained several times since then and all is dry inside our home! It looks beautiful as well, complimented by the new shutters that Rick recommended. Special thanks to the whole Ireland team --Laura and Diane in the office, Rick, and Jonas and Johnnies crews that efficiently and effectively installed the new roof and siding. We highly recommend Ireland Contracting and will use them again in the future.

    I highly recommend Ireland contracting and especially Marc Kania. I spoke with Marc in the afternoon and he met me at my home that same evening when I got off work. He assessed my roof. We talked for a bit, I was very surprised at his estimate it was lower than I expected. Two days later their crew was on site. I have a smaller roof so it was done all in one day. The workers were all very polite and made sure everything was protected and cleaned up after. During this whole process Marc was very communicative and attentive to any questions or concerns I had. He answered his phone every time I called no matter the time or day. He followed up with me the day after as well. My wife and I are extremely happy with our beautiful new roof and how quickly and efficiently it was done. If you’re looking for a new roof give Marc Kania a call you won’t be disappointed!

    After 4 roof estimates and reading dozens of online reviews, we decided to go with Ireland Contracting. Tom Dunne was the only estimate to actually sit down and talk things over with us. He spoke so highly of his crew members and he wasn’t exaggerating. The crew was incredibly hard working, skilled, conscientious, and polite. They had to move several items like string lights, table, potted plants- everything was returned exactly how they found it. Our job was delayed a couple times due to rain, but Tom was quick to communicate all updates. A roof is such a big purchase and we wanted to pick a company known for quality. Everything went smoothly and the finished product is beautiful! We would definitely recommend working with Ireland/Tom for your roofing needs!

    Tom and the rest of the crew at Ireland Contracting were excellent to work with. On the first consultation for our 1970s Mansard roof, he tried to steer us towards repairing our roof rather than a full-on replacement, but agreed that replacement was the right way to go with the amount of water damage from an improper installation and the complete lack of attic ventilation. His original schedule estimate (made in late July) only slipped one week for the final install (in early November).Tom was responsive in answering our questions, and Lora was helpful in making the final color choice for our roof and siding. They switched roofing systems after quoting the job and gave us a higher quality shingle at the same price originally quoted.At install time, David and his crew were prompt, professional, and courteous. Tom kept us informed throughout the install process, and checked in every day to see how everything was going. Overall, the quality of work was superb and they were diligent about cleanup every day.There were a a few minor issues during install (a couple torn window screens and a dent in our wooden garage door), but those were fixed before they left. One of the bathroom fan vents installed wasnt correct for our application, but they fixed the issue the next day without any fuss. Several sheets of the roof deck needed replaced due to water damage, and our dormers all needed at least some rebuilding.After the job was done, Ireland filed all of the warranty paperwork for us, and made it a painless process.Bottom line, Id highly recommend Ireland Contracting

    I had my roof, skylight, gutters and downspouts replaced in early April. The company representative, Vic Conner, was very helpful and courteous. When the work was to be done, the work crew arrived early and worked very hard. They did a great job on everything I wanted done. When the job was completed, the crew cleaned up the area. Vic was a pleasure to deal with and I was very impressed with the work and professionalism of the Amish work crew. The work crew leaders name was Ray.     This is the second structure we had Ireland put a roof on. The reason we chose them again was the professionalism and quality of work they do.     When our rather old roof (39 years) sprung a leak this summer we contacted Ireland Contracting for an evaluation. Neighbors and family have had good experience using Ireland so we chose to call Ireland. Adam was the contact person who came to our house. After looking at the leak from the inside of the house, he made an on the roof inspection to determine the condition of the roof and the source of the leak. He was able to affix a patch to stop the leak. As we expected, Adam advised us that we needed a new roof. He returned in a few days with an estimate and recommendations for the job. He was very patient with us as we debated as to the color of shingle we preferred. Every time we called him with questions, he was quick to reply and was willing to come back and explain details of the job. The estimate for the project was about $9.50 per square foot. Which sounded very reasonable to us.We agree to contract with Ireland to replace the roof and Adam told us to plan on early September and that he would be the supervisor on hand for the project. The project began on Thursday, August 31 and completed Friday September 1. Delivery of material (date and time), the skip and the crew were exactly as Adam stated. The crew was punctual, efficient and respectful. First time we had work done by crew that spent more time on the job with less chit chat. As they were installing the roof, the crew was willing to answer questions and explain processes. We asked for one change in the color of a section of flashing, which was promptly done. The crew made two additions (one to a down spout and the other to a slope) that would make the water drain better. Clearly this crew was well experienced in replacing roofs.Clean up went very well. No papers, shingles and virtually no nails.The roof looks perfect and has greatly improved the appearance and value of the house. All aspects of the project deserve the 5- star rating.

    My husband and I called Ireland to fix a leak in our roof that caused interior ceiling damage in 2 rooms. Adam came to our home within 2 days to evaluate and Daves crew repaired the roof within the upcoming week. On both days Adam and Dave were very knowledgeable, helpful, personable, courteous and calmed our senior citizen fears. Ireland did a perfect match of shingles to our 17 year old roof. The job was so first rate it is now impossible to notice where the repairs were done. Then the high winds in March caused a long piece of siding to come down from another area of the house. We called Ireland again. Soon after, Adam stopped at our house saying he was in the neighborhood and he rehung the siding for us free of charge. Even though the Pandemic has caused change in so many businesses for so many reasons there ARE still a few who hold to very high standards and Ireland is an excellent example of one of them.

I wanted to make sure the roof held up with no leaks. Please know this house is old. It had leaks. It had complicated valleys and peaks. It has not had any issues since it was completed, and I dont believe it will. I did roofing back in the day. I know a little about quality work. They do quality work.As you may know already if youre reading this, the roof is almost the most important part of the house. It is not cheap either.     Two years ago, we had our cedar siding replaced with a PVC product recommended by an expert in the building products industry. We hired Ireland Contracting for the installation, however, Ireland had nothing to do with the selection of the PVC product. The PVC product expert informed us that our situation was the perfect application and told us very specifically which caulk and which paint to use. Two weeks post-installation, we noticed that the paint was not adhering to the caulk and was cracking and peeling terribly. We went around and around, over a long period of time, trying to get an answer as to why this project had failed. The blame game began in earnest and the only party to step up completely was Ireland Contracting. The owner came out and inspected the project and finally made the decision to remove the failed PVC material and replace it (at no cost to us) with a product he said was a better application. Ireland certainly was not all to blame for this mess but stepped up anyway and took responsibility. We are just so impressed and so happy that there are still good and honest people out there, and we can say with all sincerity that they are Ireland Contracting! THANK YOU SO MUCH to Gary and Rick.     I am pleased to be able to write about our extremely positive experience with Ireland Contracting. Ireland replaced about half our roof in June 2021. I am going to provide detail rather than just say these guys were great, so readers can have a sense of the quality that went into the work. The replaced areas included a large section with only a shallow slope (using a different roofing product) and a front section with a normal steep slope using normal shingles. The front area had developed several messy leaks into an attic area and into a bedroom below, and we were very worried that we might have an even more serious problem in a major storm. The back, shallow slope area had had multiple leaks in the past, including some around a skylight that had been replaced twice by other roofers when they replaced the shallow roof, yet had still leaked.Dustin from Ireland Contracting came to do the estimate. He went over the house very carefully with me and candidly discussed how the various sections of roof on our house should be done to prevent the problems we had had in the past. We decided to remove the skylight on the shallow roof. Before the job started Dustin came back one more time to double-check the color match of the Owens Corning shingles against what was already installed on the house. We thought that it would be weeks until the work could be done, given Irelands schedule. Because of our worry about the leaks, I asked Dustin to try to fit us in if there was a cancellation. A few days later, Dustin called to ask if he could do the job the next day. One of his crews was unexpectedly available. Dustin had indeed kept us in mind.The workers who came were highly skilled and did the job both efficiently and carefully. Their work areas on both sides of the house were kept very neat, and they cleaned up carefully afterward. When the skylight was removed, I saw the rotted corner on the rafter where the leaks had been. I asked the workers if they could pull the underlayment on the downward slope of the roof to make sure that water leaking underneath the roof from the skylight leak had not caused problems above the ceiling in that room. They did that -- even though we had not specified that in the job. They saw my concern and checked carefully, finding some discoloration but no mold -- what was there was sound. They did a very neat job replacing the wood that had the rotted area -- these workers were clearly not only roofers but also excellent carpenters. A couple of wood trim areas on the outside of the dormer had some rot and were also replaced with care.We were very happy with the job done by Ireland Contracting.

    We had a small roof leak. I contacted Ireland, and within 4 hours TJ had called both my home and cell phones and sent me an e-mail to set up an appointment for the following day. He was able to come earlier than our appointment time, which was wonderful for me, he inspected both the attic space and roof (in a snow squall,) diagnosed the problem and made the repair very quickly. I am happy with the result and will choose Ireland for any future roofing needs.

    I had a roof leak that was dripping from my ceiling. I called several contractors the next day to get estimates to fix it.Ireland Contracting was one of 2 companies that got back to me promptly. They came out to do an estimate at the time they stated and were very professional and clearly explained the problems over the phone. They also sent me a written estimate via email. The other contractor that performed an estimate couldnt find the problem.I ended up having Ireland Contracting do their Roof Tune-up which seemed to be a reasonable price to me (though I didnt have any others to compare it to since the only other contractor that got back to me couldnt figure out the problem). They came when they said they would (which was only 2 days later) and they fixed several broken shingles and re-sealed a bunch of places. They were done in about 30 minutes.So far we havent had any more issues. We will continue to observe and see if we have any issues after the next couple of storms.

    I am very pleased with the honesty and professionalism of the Ireland contractor who worked on my roof. After the leak returned three months after using another company, Irelands contractor explained that only caulking had been used by the other company to seal the leak. Ireland replaced the piping and charged very little for doing so. And, whereas the other company had told me that my roof needed to be totally replaced, the Ireland contractor told me that he was surprised at the good shape that my roof was in, and that no replacement was needed for at least several years. Based on previous work that had been done on the roof, this made sense. I will use Ireland for any further troubles in the future.

    I called multiple contractors asking for two things: a price to repair a leaking roof and a price to put on a new roof. It was late in the year and we thought wed have to get through a long winter with a leaky roof. Everyone else gave us a half-hearted repair estimate like they didnt really want to do the job. Ireland gave us the price for a new roof and included the short-term patchwork for free as part of the deal. And when we got a few warm days they got us on the schedule and we have a new roof two days later. They replaced the rotted wood where the leaks were, gave us beautiful, awesome-looking shingles, and new skylights. We love all the work they did.

    We had a leak in our family room from all the heavy rains. We needed some wider gutters and the downspout need adjusting. We wanted the roof checked too. We called our previous roofer and he said he was backed up until Jan. I had trouble getting a response from anyone and when I did they were too backed up. They wouldnt even come out and look. I called Ireland and they too were backed up from the weather but we still arranged for an estimate. TJ Grealish came out on time, told us what the problem was and what it would cost. He said he would come back as soon as the supplies came in. It was a week or two, he came back did a quality job and no more leaking. He was great to deal with and would highly recommend !!

    I went with Ireland roofing because as a former house builder i watched how they worked on two of my neighbors houses and they were extremely talented and knew what they were doing. My only comment is that when it came to pay the bill I was a little dissatisfied with the rush to fix my attic vents and it seemed like it was a bother.     I highly recommend. I had them fix the flashing around my chimney, but there was some sort of problem with the caulk and it still leaked. When I called them back they took it very seriously and made every effort to come back out, figure out the problem, and fix it. Its now tight as a drum. Many contractors just want to do the job, get the money, and go. Ireland actually wanted to get it right and make sure I was happy.

    My husband and I are in the process of renting our home and moving. This is a very hectic and stressful time! We noticed there was paint bubbling in the upstairs bedroom and knew this meant water was getting in the roof. We called 3 roofing companies (time is critical) and Ireland called us back within 1 hour. They set up a time to come and take a look 2 days later. TJ arrived 5 min early (I have never had a contractor arrive on time let alone 5 min early) and identified the issue. He was actually able to fix it within 30 min. WOW!
