    I recently had an issue with my A/C not cooling down the room, and of course, it happened on one of the hottest days with temperatures reaching 107°F! I was really impressed that Accurate Electric was able to send someone out to us quickly. Our technician, Zach, arrived promptly and inspected the unit. He quickly identified the problem and had our A/C up and running in no time. I truly appreciate Zach’s professionalism and his willingness to work under such extreme heat. Thanks to him, we were able to get some much-needed relief from the sweltering weather. I would definitely recommend Accurate Electric to friends and family for their excellent service.

    Martin Brody was out to do some major plumbing in my house today. He was extremely professional and did a bang up jump with fixing my pipes making sure things were working correctly. He was determined and would not leave until everything was working correctly and replaced my old pipes with better quality products. I am extremely happy with the work he did.

    My experience with Accurate was absolutely wonderful. First of all I love that they are a local business that have been open for a long time. All of this is explained when first making your appointment. They were able to give us a same day appointment for an electrical issue. I loved that they sent a picture and a little paragraph about the technician coming. Lance arrived on time and figured out the issue quickly. He was very thorough and kind. He was professional the whole time and was flexible as we have a little one that needs attention all day. It didn’t take long to resolve the issue and Lance left our home better than when he arrived. Such a great experience. Will definitely be calling Accurate for future issues and projects.

    Fantastic experience working with Accurate on our whole house rewire. It’s a 90 year old home with original cloth wiring that needed to be updated and all wiring, plugs, and switches replaced. We also had some new outlets installed. Kenny, who led the team, was amazing as was all of the gentleman working on the project. The only hiccup was that it took longer than expected because of finding unknowns during the process. But the completed work was excellent and passed inspection easily. Highly recommend!

    Three lights needed replacing. I bought one of them. Lance was extremely competent and friendly. He picked up the other two light fixtures from Home Depot and finished the job all in one day! He explained everything he was doing. My house looks clean, beautiful and well lit.

    I had an emergency issue with a shower faucet in one of my bathrooms, the handle broke off and water was not shutting off. I had to close the main water line and tried to shut down the shower valve myself. Unfortunately I could not. I called Accurate and was able to get a same day appointment! Dan and another plumber came out within an hour or so and they were able to replace the valve cartridge and reinforce the handle so it was sturdier. They were able to fix it within a couple of hours and at a reasonable rate. I’m very grateful to Accurate and Dan and team for their quick response and very professional and efficient fix!!! I highly recommend Accurate for any of your plumbing needs!

    Absolutely professional service from start to finish at a good price. I had to have a electrical wall socket repaired and the technician Kenny was an absolute Pro and was able to go to his truck get the proper parts and do the entire work for an incredibly fair price in about 30 minutes. I recommended this service because they stay in close contact with you and provide excellent information and communication and transparency. Very happy to recommend them for all electrical needs and I will certainly employ their services in the future.

    I called at 9am and they did the best they can to come at 11am which I appreciate. My fuse box outside of the building was tripped and Kenny helped resetting. I was a little disappointed that he didnt go through and check for the reason why it was tripped though.*** Modified this rating to 5 as Jeff called and walked through the steps over the phone to find the reason why it was tripped. I appreciate their good customer service.

    Abraham & team were very good at explaining each step in the removal of our old unit and installation of our new air conditioning system.Most impressive was the organized manner and precaution of covering the floor and thoroughly cleaning the area at the end of the day. Most impressive was the work area even outdoors tools and boxes and packing material were removed quickly and surrounding area was kept in a very neat manner while working. Abraham was very professional and courteous and explained all the details in a patient informative manner.     We needed 4 electrical jobs done, ceiling fan installation, light fixture installation, motion sensors for lighting, and even a car charging station in our garage. We were told the whole job would take a day (8 hours) to complete. Lance, and his apprentice Ron, did them in about 5 1/2 hours, which included a trip to Home Depot. Two thumbs up!!!Both Lance and Ron were very professional throughout the entire time they were at our place. They were able to answer any and all of our questions. They cleaned up after themselves, which even included using their portable vacuum. They even took the trash to the dumpster for us. Im not sure if thats normal, but to me, thats above and beyond.Well definitely be requesting Lance for any future electrical projects and since this part has been a good experience, possible future plumbing projects for Accurate.

    I needed Plumbing services for three clogged drains and Dan came out along with his partner and took care of business. The fact that he was able to unclog the main shower drain was amazing, I had a few other plumbers come try and couldn’t handle the job.     Our ancient AC unit was in desperate need of some maintenance, so we called Accurate based off of their glowing reviews and scheduled a service. The team was great! They worked with us to find a time that fit our schedules and were even able to show up a little earlier than expected. Rod was our main service tech and he was wonderful - very personable and knowledgeable. It was evident that he has been working with AC units for a long time and knew what needed to be done. The other service tech, Anthony, was also great and skilled in the field. Since the maintenance, our AC unit has been running much smoother and the air is way cooler. We are very pleased with Accurate and will most definitely be using them again in the future.

    I used ELI and Lance to install 4 ring cameras, and they did some quality work. They went into my attic to get wires that would normally be hard to get. It was a hot day too, the attic must have been over 100 degrees in diamond bar. They worked all day to get the job done. I used couple electricians and these guys are by the best I had. I would use again for changing out my electrical panel. While they are not the cheapest, they do qualify work. And to me that’s worth more.

    This company has great customer service as well as professional service employees. They value customers time and communicate well to advise when electricians will arrive. This was nice because I hate when companies give you a 4-6 hour window and keep you on house arrest until they get there. Once my electrician arrived he asked what needed to be done.     I needed some electrical repair with a light in the shower that appeared to have shorted out. Lance found that the fault was due to a dirty connection and thoroughly cleaned it. He then cleaned the other light in the shower and several others where the lights were dimming or flashing.I also needed an outside outlet cover replaced that was at eave height ( 24 ft ). The replacement was gray which did not match the others so he spray painted it before installing.The result was a very satisfied customer !

The latest visit was this week. The technician, Chad, was just as professional and helpful as the previous one. We are taking advantage of Accurate’s maintenance program for $9.99 a month where they make a visit every 3mo to check on one of four areas: AC, Heating, Electrical and Plumbing. So, effectively a yearly check on each one.So far, I am very satisfied!

    I was having electrical issues with my bedroom lighting and found this company thru Yelp. They responded quickly and were able to schedule me an appointment that worked with my weird schedule. On the day of the appointment Joe showed up in the states window and let me know when he was on his way. Joe was very professional throughout the service and did a quick, clean job.     Rick could not have been nicer or more professional. He gave me a very detailed estimate for my projects, which I was happy with. I liked the picture of Rick that Accurate sent me--what a great safety feature!Job complete! Rick and his assistants, Eddie & Joe, did a great job. They were such hard workers and really kept my house clean, too--loved the shoe covers they put on every time they came inside. They put drop cloths on the floors to keep them clean. I especially appreciated Ricks recommendation in replacing the timers for the outside lights. The new ones are so easy to use. Rick is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude about his work.     The two guys from Accurate Electric, Joe and Ray, who installed my Quiet Cool whole house fan were incredible. They were on time, they were very nice, very clean, very efficient and very professional. They finished faster than I thought they would and then they taught me how to use the fan.     First off,this company has a family owned feeling. Where you feel treated with love, respect and care. Im bad with names,so forgive me but I spoke with 2 different women in the company and they both were so great, couldve invited them over for dinner, type of great. Then we were always kept in the loop of the technician and when we would arrive. We even got an update and call,that he was 30min out. I loved this because I hate big, time-allotments and then the worker shows up whenever they want. Our tech Joe was amazing,friendly, safety(cv19) minded and very efficient. He was in and out in way less than an hour. From beginning to end of the job and updated us on some work that needs to be done and the prices up front!! I loved it,no game playing with prices,YES!     Accurate Electric installed a couple of outdoor floodlights with proximity sensors that were in locations that were very difficult to get to. They coordinated and worked well with the contractors who are currently installing our new roof, and they worked in difficult and cramped conditions to successfully complete the job. It wasn’t clear at the outset that they would be able to do this: but they did. Their electricians were professional and the work they did functions as desired. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. The reason we keep using them is that they continue to do this kind of high-quality work. Electrical work in my home is not something that I am willing to risk with a less qualified or less careful company.

    It has been about two years since we used Accurateelectric, plumbing and heating. We used this firm to remove all of the old existing wiring from a cabin that was built in 1935. We then used them to re-wire the entire cabin, complete with a new panel. The system we wanted was fairly complex but it posed absoluetely no problems for this firm. They did an excellent job. We also used them to install a heating/AC unit, complete with all new ductwork via the attic. It was during the end of Covid, so we had multiple delays as people got sick, which the business had no control over. Now we are living in that cabin, and we are so thankful to be in a warm, safe, and functioning home. There were one or two items they needed to come back to repair, and they did so without being hounded. All in all I would highly recommend this firm. They did a professional job and the personel were very easy to work with.

    Accurate Electrical Services provided a quick appointment along with a helpful reminder service. The electrician, Eric S. arrived on time! He patiently described what would happen during the repair and gave additional information about updating the circuit board.I appreciated this information, since my home is over 25 yrs. old and preventive care is important.He began the repair, had to order a part, but came back within two days to complete the fix.     This review is for Maria R. in Covina, Rod was very courteous and hardworking. He went right into the business as soon as he got into my house. Checked the filters (which really needed change) and then checked the vents if air are coming out. And, then went to check the condenser outside to perform the diagnosis. He showed what needed to be changed and I approved it and then he went on to replace them. He showed me how to clean the condenser properly. He’s very knowledgeable.     We have been using this service for years now and every time it is consistent. Service techs are plesant and kind. They all work diligently and honestly. I never feel like I need to be suspicious of what Im quoted and Ive never had a negative experience.Weve had emergency plumbing issues, we have needed strange outlets installed and house rewired (its a 1953 build), weve needed our ducts cleaned. We have a subscription to have biannual maintenance conducted on our HVAC.Our HVAC system finally needed to be replaced. It was 20 yeaes old. Thry made the process painless and handled it quickly. If I could explain the overall vibe of this company, I would say that its as if we know them personally (without having met many of them) and are calling in a favor from a family friend.     My wife and I contracted Accurate to clean the AC ducts, we were extremely impressed first with Chad who came out to inspect the ducts and give us a quote and the next day with Paul, Jose and Jose who came to do the job.Before they arrived we received text messages with the arrival time as well as pictures and information about the technicians, which was really cool. They all went above and beyond, Chad even inspected the attic for free. They were all extremely professional and informative and took the time to wear protective booties over their shoes before entering the house.     Used Accurate Electric for the installation of 3 ceiling fans. After corresponding with Jeff via email, he gave me a ballpark cost of what to expect for the install. I made an appointment for a Friday and was given a 10-1p window. I called at about 12:30p for an ETA. Whoops, they had me down for the following Friday. Not sure if my fault, but not a huge deal. Mike was our tech the following Friday. He was on time and gave my wife some good feedback regarding installing fans or getting a whole home fan. We opted to move forward with the fans and the install went as good as you could wish for. I was replacing remodel can lights and Mike did great getting the brace boxes installed even though the houses wiring is a little interesting...and under estimate Mike was very engaging to my family and kids and my wife was a big fan of his (no pun intended). She always complains about sketchy repair people but Mike was great. Would definitely use Accurate again for future needs.

    My experience with this company was really perfect. It started when our gardener had run over (with his lawn mower) what we thought to be dead electrical wires from an old jacuzzi that the former owners had removed. It turns out the wires were very much alive we found out quickly. The other aspect was that the circuit breakers didnt work properly so the wires would arc anytime they touched. Very scary. Needless to say I was a bit freaked out. I googled electricians in Altadena and Accurate was at the top of the list and I liked their website so I called. I first dealt with Ariel. She was very professional and friendly in listening to my concern. I was scheduled right away - I heard later that Cheri had told Eric that we really needed help so he got out here in short order as we had JUST called in. Thanks Cheri!! Eric arrived and very quickly handled the dangerous exposed wires. He was very professional & friendly and presented us with a plan so that our system could work properly. So a couple days later Ray and Jose came out and refurbished our existing electrical boxes and breakers so that they WILL trip like they are supposed to in case anything like that ever happens again. Their work was also very professional and fast! My experience was VERY good and would not hesitate to recommend this company again. Thank you!!!

First I met Eric B. for quote on Tuesday and he thoroughly, knowledgeable, explained things well and friendly. Second all six technicians (two electric & four HVAC) came on Thursday start the job finished one and half day, they were courteous, professional and friendly, we are very impressed they done a great job.     Its been over a month since my home did not have light in our guest bathroom. It was very frustrating, but thanks to COVID we had zero guests to even use our guest restroom. After making several phone calls with different companies and dealing with no shows, my husband and I came across Accurate. We had to reschedule one time since the electrician was caught up doing another job before our appointment. Kenny gave me a call stating he was about 20 min away, I also received a text message stating my electrician was on his way over. Kenny was very professional, he worse a mask, answered all my questions, talked to me about my electrical panel and what upgrades I needed, however, due to financial issues we cannot get the work we need done right away. He connected his welding machine in one of our outlets; but he kept tripping the breaker with the power he was drawing. After hanging up, little time later, got a text stating my time of appointment. Representative of Accurate, Ray, text me stating his training and experience. Ray was on time, very knowledgeable person, after explaining my issues with my electricity during Thanksgiving, overloading wall circuits with electric steamer and butterball deep fryer we have other items connected to this line also. Ray, gave me estimated with different options and prices. Senior citizen, AAA, military are all options for discounts with paying cash or paying in full gives you additional 3% offRay and Eddie both arrived on time. Set up drop cloths and plastic coverings to protect surrounding stuff. They both did a perfect job, installing a new line/curcuit. When they left, couldnt tell if they damaged anything, I only see good things to happen. No more overloads!!!

    I called Accurate Electrical, Plumbing, Heating and Air to investigate and repair/replace a circuit breaker that failed to turn on after I installed a new remote controlled fan/light in place an older fan. I suspected that the circuit breaker had broken inside when I initially turned it off, since it would not work even after I de-installed the new fan. Accurate scheduled an electrician service for the next day and kept me apprised, twice by phone, about his availability after completion of his current jobs. When it got near the end of the day, I was contacted again by phone to ask if I could reschedule the electrician for the next day, which I did. Meanwhile, I received emails from Accurate’s owner about how they are taking all recommended precautions to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 to customers, service technicians, and fellow workers.The next morning I was contacted by Accurate to give me an estimated time of arrival and useful information- a short bio actually- about the assigned electrician, Ray. He contacted me by text message to let me know he was on his way and arrived within 20 minutes wearing a face mask. He was professional, courteous, listened to my description of the problem. He checked the circuit breaker and the house wiring at the fan location and verified that it was a broken circuit breaker. He provided me with a reasonable estimate for replacing the defective circuit breaker (actually two, as I had another existing cb with a broken toggle switch handle). Ray left briefly to get replacement cb’s and returned shortly, installed them, verified both were working properly. This was all completed in within about twenty minutes.I’m very happy with the outcome and will definitely contact Accurate first for any future electrical or plumbing needs.     Marshall was the AC technician who responded for my AC service.     This is the second thermostat upgrade installation that service technician, Chad Myers, from Accurate has done for us. Both were on older HVAC systems in separate homes that presented significant challenges, but Chad rose up and tackled them head on. One required a complete rewire thru the attic. Chad is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and works hard to get the right results. We couldnt be happier and will definitely be calling upon his services again.Update: Had Accurate install a new furnace after previous one failed (30+ years old). Technicians were awesome...on-time, knowledgeable, efficient, cleanly, and hard working. New furnace works great!

    The staff are very professional, diligent, and thorough. I recommend both the company Accurate Air and the the team of people who installed our new air conditioner. They were on time work hard through very hot hours to complete the job. Also they spend extra time and effort to make sure the job is done right
