Had a couple electrical projects that were a bit too much for my husband to attempt and had been putting it off for more than a year. I finally decided to just call a professional and get it done. I chose Zappo electric because of the good reviews and Ive seen their vans around the neighborhood at times, so I figured they were pretty legit. I wasnt let down. Brian is great. On time, professional, and does quality work. I found him to be reasonably priced and his approach was that he cared for the work as if he were working on his own home.I definitely recommend Zappo Electric.

Called Zappo for an estimate on adding a NEMA 14-50 in the garage for our EV. They came out for the quote next business day (took about 10 minutes). They had straight forward pricing so I agreed to the job. Didnt have to worry about some contractor sizing you up to see how much they could squeeze from your wallet. Communication was outstanding and customer service was on point. Highly recommend!

I LOVE this company. They came in after another electrician totally hosed my house and fixed the initial problem. Unfortunately my switches in the laundry room seemed to have a short. They came back out, took the time to fix the problem and didnt charge me. Very professional and I would highly recommend them. After fixing the initial mess the first electrician left for me, I discovered another issue where my doorbell had been incorrectly wired into my garage light switch! Brian and Fernando came out today and had to track back all of the work the first guy did to find the issue. They were thorough, kept me informed of what they were doing the entire time and got everything working the way it should be. I will gladly give referrals to anyone I know who is looking for an electric company and I cant thank them enough. I can breathe easier now!

The technician who came out ( I am embarrassed to say I totally forgot his name) was on time, courteous, & professional (& my dogs absolutely adored him which is a huge bonus). He was able to solve my electrical problem which had stumped two prior electricians..He changed out some outlets, got the plug and hall light working again and the laundry room light. He took the time to explain what the problem was and was able to get straight to work following the estimate. The pricing was clearly explained . At first I thought it was a little pricey but after researching ,I realized electrical work is just pricey, everything now is pricey. I felt that I definitely got my moneys worth with these guys. They went above and beyond and they will be the first ones I call when I ever need any electrical work done in the future.

As a former electrical inspector, I expected a lot from the electrician on my project. The owner Brian from Zappo responded quickly and gave me a free estimate on the work that I wanted. Shyla was always available in their office to take my calls and answer my questions, and was very pleasant to work with.My project would have two phases, one for the rough wiring and one for the trim out. His technicians Gary and Tyler were on time, highly skilled, and professional and they passed both of their City inspections the first time.I would not hesitate to hire them again.Thank you Brian and staff for a job well done!

I hired Zappo Electric to change a light fixture to its own dimmer switch in a bathroom. They were willing to work with my tight schedule and showed up on time. They kept me updated on how things were going along the way. It ended up harder than planned because of the design of my house. They let know ahead of time of the extra work and cost. I’m happy with the results and plan to hire them again for another project. The only small thing to say is they left the bathroom a little dusty but it only took me a couple minutes to vacuum up. I understand they were late for the next appointment and would have cleaned up the dust otherwise.

Gary and Tyler communicated with me, the scheduled time for my installation was 1100-1300 but they notified me early at 1000 and let me know they would be at my home soon. They showed up at 1030, communicated everything they were going to do and were very quick. The installation looks great and the fan is awesome!!! Both of them were super cool, respectful and professional. On the way out I thanked them and let them know I may be using their services again.Appreciate you Gary and Tyler. Brian and Zappo Electric is your one stop!!!! We had electrical conduit being ran from our roof directly in front of a major drain and into our electrical box. We were getting water down the conduit and in our electric box whenever we had rain. Brian gave us a fair quote and did the work immediately. He took great care in re-routing the conduit and the final result was extremely well done. We will be calling Brian for some future projects. He is honest, on time and takes pride in his company. Almost a year after having them out I had an issue trying to hunt down a GFI for our outdoor sockets which actually was not in the garage. Abigail was on point. I have been using Zappo electric for years. Brian has always been prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Zappo has done work on my rentals from troubleshooting, rewiring the entire house, to replacing the electrical panel. Brian came out to install two ceiling fans for me. The other two were making lots of noise. He told me I didnt need new fans but he just needed to fix them so he did it. How many electricians would do that? The ceiling fan guy wanted to replace both. I also asked him if he could put in an outlet for Christmas lights and he did it on the spot. GREAT SERVICE!

I cant thank Brian enough! We had house fire caused by the electrical wiring. Thankfully the whole family is OK but it could have gone so much worse. So when I started to call for estimates Brian I was still on edge but Brian and his istaff were so empathetic and since we wouldnt move back into our house untill the electrical wiring had been replaced, he was available to help before I was : ) Being a female, I felt very comfortable with Brian considering its like trusting a new mechanic with your car and not get overcharged!! Were back at home now. Thank you so much for your work, down-to-earth personality and more than fair cost!

I placed an order an requested a professional installer. Brian contacted me within a short period of time of making my request. Delivery was made called Brian, the appointment made and promptly he arrived at the scheduled time. Promptly went to work, his shirt identified him and within a blink of an eye installation was finished, materials, tools and non working equipment was removed from premise. What a professional experience for me and reasonably priced. I recommend them with 5 stars and who ever employs his services you will not be disappointed. Thank you Zappo electric.
