We just completed our fifth project with Sunset Tile and Bath and want to let everyone know they are the best. We did a tub to shower renovation, which included a window replacement and the end result is fantastic. From the initial visit and design meeting to completion, the team at Sunset, including Mark, Jay, Alex and Caesar paid attention to what we wanted and delivered in style. They used our picks for tile and shower door, and offered great recommendations for fixtures and styling. Once they demoed the wall, they discovered an old window leak had rotted a lot of wood inside the wall. They took the time to reconstruct that before proceeding with the work. Their philosophy is Do it right, and that was what we wanted. Very pleased with my new shower.

Mark and Team,Thank you for the great job done on the bathrooms.A few months back, Sunset Tile & Bath completed a remodel of two bathrooms for me, a master bath and a guest bath. The process to design, approve, and review as well as make any alterations was thorough and was followed by an itemized estimate. The company and crew are very busy, and even though it took a little longer than originally planned, it was well worth it knowing everything was done correctly with quality as a priority. The team of skilled workers did an excellent job. They were professional, respectful, and careful with the existing structure to avoid any damage while leaving a “livable” space during the renovation. Special thanks to the team that provided excellent service and skills… All of the team members were employees of Sunset, and several have been with the company for many years. This is one of the reasons I chose Sunset so that I could have confidence in those doing the work with a consistent performance history. I want to recognize several and hope not to leave anyone out or misspell names…Starting with Mark, the company owner, who maintains high quality standards and ensures the team gets it done right. He provides detailed contracts and itemized estimates in full transparency so there are no surprises. Jay was the project leader who ensured the work stayed on schedule and met expectations while offering much appreciated input and recommendations. His experience and focus on quality was apparent throughout, and he was always reachable and communicated plans in advance as well as provided follow up on questions/concerns. Could not have asked for better. Cesar Lopez has an amazing eye for design and does meticulous tile work. His suggestions were spot-on. He was very detailed oriented, and his expert skill set was evident. Manny also did a fantastic job offering his excellent skills and expertise with attention to detail on various parts of the project to include plumbing and electrical. Cesar Cervantes and son Adrian assisted with various things during the project, and their input, skills, and willingness to help with whatever needed to ensure the work stayed on schedule was always appreciated. Others I recall include Julio, another Adrian, and Kevin (plumbing). German is excellent at dry wall repair, and Nico did a very nice job for stucco repair where windows existed and were altered. In addition, the companies used for the glass shower door and the supplier/fabricator of the quartz countertops and bench seat were excellent and did not disappoint.I recommend them without reservation and will use again for any future work.Vicki

I shopped around for a local company to redo my Master bath shower. What I found was alot of companies willing to do it in one day, thats not what I wanted, I wanted quality and that takes time. I spoke with Mark the owner and explained what I wanted and he went over every detail until I was satisfied with my final design.A schedule was set and I was notified a week before the start date as to the time the crew would be there, and they were right on time that day, and every day until the job was done.Sunset was very respectful of our home and masked off and protected everything from the very slight dust from the demo. Ceasar and that crew had the demo and ready in no time.Luis & Adrian were meticulous in their prep work and accurate measurements and precise in the alignment of the tile. I think the bath room was cleaner when they left than it was when they came.I also want to thank Alex on the excellent job measuring and installing the glass panels.Paul was on scene almost every day to supervise, all though he probably didnt need to be because their employees are self starters and excellent crafts people.Overall I highly recommend Sunset Tile and Bath for an great job.Rory & Kathy Kraft

Sunset Tile performed an extensive remodel to our house. Mark, Paul and team were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. We met with several contractors prior to Sunset and Mark was the only contractor to provide an itemized estimate. They ensured that the best skilled workers were utilized throughout our effort. Paul and team were respectful of our family and home from demo to completion. Also, when the work was complete there were no surprise charges. Mark & his crew at Sunset Tile & Bath are very talented & will rebuild or remodel just about any bathroom or kitchen you would present to them. Though remodels take time, my condo was remodeled to precision & I could not be happier. I had no communication issues, nor did I have any issues with the crew that worked on my place. They kept it clean & professional. The one con about the work done, is that I had to wait a couple of months, due to the high volume of work this crew must accomplish. If you want quality work, this crew is most certainly worth the wait.

I just said goodbye to Caesar Lopez who has been responsible for laying all the tile for our Master bath remodel job. This entailed laying out the design for the walk-in shower with 2 niches and a waterfall tile design, plus seating area, along with walls, flooring, and pony wall. He also laid floor tile in a most economical pattern with an extremely good eye for the flow and coloring of the tiles. We are so extremely pleased with his keen eye and artistry, attention to detail, and exquisite skill. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and exhibited such kind, clear, and respectful communication with us. Thank you, thank you, Caesar! Sunset Tile is like a well oiled machine. We had a complete bathroom remodel. They are busy and we were on the list four months. It was completely worth the wait. They showed up everyday they said they would and cleaned up before they left. Our project manager was Kevin and Luis was the main employee on site. A big shout out to them and all the other employees involved. We will not shop around for our kitchen remodel. We will go directly to Sunset.

Mark was very knowledgeable and helped us design our new bathrooms, with lots of great suggestions. Every detail was explained ahead of time and the entire process was very smooth. Mark and Kevin’s team were professional, neat and tidy, and masters at their craft. We are looking forward to updating our kitchen later this year and we will be going back to Sunset Tile and Bath.

Three years ago, Sunset installed a new tile shower enclosure in our master bathroom. It turned out beautifully so of course we used them a second time in December to also remodel the guest bathroom. They installed a tile enclosure with a new bathtub, as well as replaced counter tops and sinks in both bathrooms. Again, we are extremely pleased with the final outcome and would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend Sunset Tile & Bath. We had a total remodel of our master bathroom, including new walls, new linen closet, new vanity, new sinks, new faucets, new mirror, new window, new fan, new lights, new toilet, new tiled floor, new everything and most importantly, a new tiled shower. The quality of their workmanship is commercial grade or more. Kevin (project manager) is the best at keeping you informed each day. The project did take a bit longer than the original time estimate, but from my vantage point, I would rather have the job done correctly, then rush through it. Dont think twice.....hire these guys!!

Of particular note is Audra Lamb, who has alway delivered on commitments and has offered valuable counsel for our projects. Also needing special recognition is Cesar Lopez, a true craftsman who takes emense pride in his work and is truly a perfectionist in everything he does.

Had Sunset Tile and Bath quote us on a remodel of our master bath.We wanted the old shower torn out and replaced with a new shower with a pony wall and glass on top of the pony wall with no shower door.They suggested several different tile options based on what we told them we were looking for and we actually chose several of their recommendations.They also suggested a niche for shampoo,etc and a row of special accent tile.They did an excellent job and their workers were some of the most meticulous workers we have ever had do any work for us.We will definitely use them again if we redo the guest bath.

Professional, trustwortly, detail oriented, first class work, and they ask you what you want!!! (and not tell you how they are going to do it like their major competitor that spent 30 minutes bragging how good they were but never explained how they have one of the lowest ratings at the Better Business Bureau).When we asked if they had any suggestions the answers we got were outstanding and greatly improved our shower both practically and visually with very little increased expense. We ended up with a gorgeous shower that was over 50% larger which also had dramatic improved lighting not only in the shower but the entire bathroom. Bravo!We got 3 different estimates and all were within 7% of each other. And the other companies offered no improvements over the original design.We knew up front it would take several months for the work to start and would last 3 weeks. They started and ended exactly as described. They covered everything from the floors and even used plastic to separate the work area from the rest of the bathroom but were so clean even with their demolition it hardly was needed.Both my wife and I could not be more thrilled with this Family run company.We can not recommend them any more highly!

We contracted with sunset tile & bath to remodel one of our bathrooms.Mark created a detailed plan of the project, helped us with picking out the right materials and fixtures. on the contract he listed exactly what work would be done and what materials would be used. The project was started on the date promised and completed when promised, even though we added additional work. all the workers were very professional and courteous. the project turned out far better than we had anticipated.we couldnt be more satisfied. we would highly recommend Sunset Tile & Bath.

I had my master bathroom remodeled a couple of months ago. What a amazing experience dealing with Mark and his staff. Mark did a outstanding job working with my wife helping her design the bathroom. Everything turned out better than expected we love our walk in showroom and the quality of the work was top notch. Paul did a great job of coming in everyday to check on the progress and helped out. I have another bathroom that I will need done and I know who I will call. The employees working there are the best and very good at there craft. If anyone needs a bathroom remodeled this company is the best in town.

Sunset Tile and Bath is a Top Shelf company. The quality of work is unsurpassed. For my bathroom I had 5 companies come in quote both the shower only and a full bathroom remodel. The prices I received were laughable except from Sunset. They were 7-8K less than Rebath and Kitchens for the full bathroom. This project was a full custom job, cabinets, countertop, luxury shower and floor. I could not believe the value I received. I am the son of a very picky architect who grew up in a house with installations made with extreme quality materials and craftsmanship. These guys only take so many jobs a month, so they don’t rush your job, which means you’re going to wait awhile. But it is WELL worth the wait.A couple of weeks after signing the bathroom contract Mark came in and looked at my kitchen. When he emailed me the quote I was pleasantly stunned. When I saw the price for all new cabinets and a countertop vs refacing and new countertop, I was at his shop in less than a half hour signing the contract with deposit in hand. He came up with a complete reorganization of my kitchen freeing up or making easily accessible spaces that had been very difficult to use for 22 years.Mark and his staff are very good at what they do. I strongly recommend that you check these folks out if you’re doing a remodel. I honestly thought they were going to be way to expensive, but they proved to be by far the best of the best for quality, value and affordability.
