    My sewer line was collapsed and needed to be replaced ASAP. I reached out to both Roto Rooter and Mr. Rooter for help. Roto Rooter suggested drilling through my concrete driveway to reach the sewer line and would require me to find a concrete guy to fix afterwards. James at Mr. Rooter was comfortable with an alternative solution which was to dig in from the side and tunnel inward. Both prices were similar so I went with Mr. Rooter to avoid the headache of fixing my driveway. James got all the permits pulled immediately and the team was able to start digging the next day. This project was big enough that I must have met at least a dozen of their employees in the process. Now that its done, I cant imagine going through this with a different team. This project took all week and at the end of every day they hooked the sewer line up and cleaned up. During the day I would check in to see how it was going and what unexpected issues they were having. They were very upfront and would inform me without any sugar coating anything what the problems were, and I watched as they collectively brainstormed how to fix those problems. I also saw the guys taking tons of pictures and collaborating with offsite individuals on these problems so they could come up with the best solution. The teamwork and collaboration from this team is second to none. I will actually go so far as to say that every single one of them should be very proud of the culture theyve built. This was very labor-intensive work and not one person complained or was short with another person. I also saw individuals leading teams rather than just giving orders. My biggest shout out is going to James. He gave me comfort at the end of every day and I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable and a very genuine guy. I would say he went above and beyond in terms of service and delivery. I also want to give a shout out to Matt since he was heavily involved with installing the PVC pipe and cleanout. There was also Nick, Ryan, Abraham, Christian and Kevin that were all excellent. The owner, Vinay, actually came out to help with excavating and problem solve as well. Sorry if I missed anyone from the onsite crew. One final shout out to Kerri and Maria in the office. Kerri was the first person I spoke to when I learned about this at 8PM on a Friday night. She sent James my way Saturday morning. Way to go guys!

    Incredibly fast service, very detailed and thorough communication during the process. You can tell the project coordinators over the phone have a sense of urgency, knowing that time is critical for these types of situations, and I appreciated that. Shout out Elmar for getting me squared away and shout out Kerri for being on top of scheduling and communication!

    I had a very urgent issue with my household. when I went to go move my washing machine, and the pipe burst Todd took care of my problem and kept me reassured me through the whole process, I would trust him in the future with any of my household needs I highly recommend him he is very professional and kind

    I had called other places to help me out with installing a sink and water heater into a Food Truck and Mr. Rooter Plumbing was the only one to say yes to me came the same day as well! Installed this set in maybe an hour because the old one needed to be taken out. Tested it for me and everything. Very happy with the outcome and now I know where to go for my FOOD TRUCK.

    Setting up an appointment was easy. The person who called me made sure to understand my situation and sent out a technician the following day per my request. After Greg arrived, he was very professional from the beginning. He put on protective gear for his shoes and I explained the situation to him and he was very informative of what was happening and what it would take to fix it. Very honest and was able to fix the leak along with the shower slowly draining. The fixed price model they have is great, especially if youre trying to budget a rough estimate of what the repairs might cost minus any unforeseen circumstances that may occur. I would definitely be keeping Mr.Rooter on my speed dial list now that I am a homeowner. Definitely great service all around. Thanks! 😁

    I called Mr. Rooter late on a Saturday night with a serious sewage back up and Brandon was here in 45 minutes. He did some detective work to figure out where the blockage was and then he worked hard to fix the problem which was tree roots in the pipes. Courteous, neat and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

    Ive had a great experience working with Anthony B (technician) and Amanda G (office) of Mr. Rooter. Theyve both been exceptionally efficient, knowledgeable, patient and helpful with all of my questions. I had a few different plumbing companies out to give me a quote on installing a water line for my refrigerator and have decided to go with Mr. Rooter as they seemed the most knowledgeable about the pros/cons of various approaches.

It was below zero out and the kindest kid Marco came to our rescue did his job quickly and before we knew it he was out and on to the next job. You’re a life saver.     I can not say enough good things about this company. My daughter had flushed my wedding ring down the toilet, and we were desperate to get it back. Most of the companies we called wouldnt even come out to try and help us. Finally, we called Mr. Rooter Plumbing, and they offered to send a tech right away. They sent out Moe, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and full of ideas to try and get the ring out of the plumbing. After a few tries, he was successful in bringing back my ring. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing help

    Mr. Rooter was very prompt, showing up two hours after calling to fix a backed up drain in the basement, which ended up being an ejector pump issue and they were able to fix it on the spot. They gave me great details of the benefits of each option I had for new parts and gave their recommendations. Overall the workers were very friendly and polite, making the process go smoothly. I would highly recommend using them for any and all plumbing needs!

    They came fast. I came home fr work to find water heater exploded. They came about an hour later. The next day water heater was installed. They did a through and professional job.     Mr. Rooter (Josh) is amazing! I was having plumbing issues this weekend and was concerned about water overflowing because I have a lot of laundry to still do. I had water coming up in my shower and tub and issues with my toilets. I could not wait until Monday.I called them and they were at my house within an hour and a half. Josh took him time looking at the inside plumbing and started rodding outside, he found the clog! Tree root of course. He was very efficient and made sure the clog was resolved before leaving and cleaned up before leaving.My 2yr old daughter also made a friend today. Thank you so much Josh and Mr. Rooter!

    The service provided was very professional. JJ did a excellent job clearing our clog and did a great job cleaning up after himself.     Call Mr. Rooter Plumbing about 9:30 in the morning. Talked with Sharon and she made an appointment for 4 to 6 that evening but said that if a technician could get to our place sooner they would call. Their Tech. JJ called and said he could be at our place by 12 noon. He was very prompt and professional and by 1:00 was finished. Sharon called back to follow up. Very happy with their response and follow up. Would use them againand recommend their services.

    Awesome plumbing, we had our kitchen sink drain clogged . When I gave a call Maria was very pleasant to talk and she even rescheduled the plumber timing for an earlier day . The technicians were professional , answered all the questions , gave us tips to main our sink from clogging in the future . They fixed the drain in half hour and also cleaned the place . Highly professional people and also decent pricing . Will keep their number on my speed dial .
