    Absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Joe! From the get-go, Joe was highly responsive, returning our call promptly and arriving sooner than we had hoped. Facing a clogged toilet thanks to a nightlight plug our daughter accidentally dropped in, we were bracing for a complicated and possibly expensive fix. However, Joe was a breath of fresh air in a situation fraught with potential headaches. He was straightforward with pricing, providing a clear and fair quote with no hidden fees or surprises. What impressed us even more was how thoroughly he explained the issue at hand. Joe took the time to walk us through what had happened, why it was a problem, and how he planned to resolve it. His transparency and willingness to educate us on the process were incredibly reassuring. True to his word, Joe resolved all concerns efficiently and effectively. The clogged toilet was fixed much quicker than we anticipated, and he made sure everything was in perfect working order before he left.     Joe is our 100% go-to-guy for all our plumbing needs. He is probably the best person weve worked in any of the trades. He knows his stuff backward and forward. Hes reasonable and super reliable.Quick story: Just a few weeks ago we had an issue with a frozen / leaky pipe. I texted with Joe on Dec 23rd at 9 pm. Joe shows up on Christmas Eve at 8 am. Turns out it wasnt a big deal, such a little issue that he didnt want to take $s despite being with us for probably 45-60 mins. We had to force him to take some $s. Most places will whack you no matter what for just showing up (which i also understand). Turns out Joe wasnt even working that day, he was off and had no other appointments - just wanted to help.Words cant express how trustworthy and reliable Joe is. Hire him with confidence.

    If I could, Id give 10 stars to Boss Plumbing!Efficient, Friendly Reliable and Competent!Ive never seen a workman with so much energy! Ive worked with a lot of plumbers in my days in the trades and Joe is the most efficient, time cognizant and neat plumber Ive had the pleasure to watch work!Ive done or can do most things in regard to home maintenance and repair, but Im telling you Joe and Boss Plumbing is worth every dollar spent! He saved me a bunch of time and aggravation and I have the piece of mind to know the work was done right! No trips running back and forth to Home Depot!!Reliable- Joe gave me the time hed be at the house and advised by text he was enroute.     Had a problem with an old plumbing fixture that had rusted and started to leak. I called Boss Plumbing on a Sunday and quickly returned my call. We set an appointment and Joe and his son showed up at the time promised. Joe was upfront about the work that needed to be done and creatively found a workaround to solve the problem and save me some money. Joe and his son were very friendly and did quality work at a fair price. I recommend Boss Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

    One of our pipes was leaking and realized it was happening after flushing the toilet. Not fun. We were able to find this company and got in contact with Joe. He has amazing customer service and was able to come to us the very next day. A couple weeks ago we had a new toilet installed and it was done incorrectly which was the root of this problem. He was also able to help us how to correct the water pressure in our house. So happy we went with Boss Plumbing Corp.

    We have nothing but good things to say about Boss Plumbing! Had Boss out to clear tree roots from our sewer drainage pipe and the two workers that came were extremely neat and professional. They explained the process and began work quickly. The job ended up being bigger than we originally thought and Joe worked with us to understand the issues and help us find the best solution. We never felt rushed into a decision and Joe explained everything extremely well. He changed his crews plans immediately to help us first thing the next day and was mindful of our young child to help us quickly resolve our issue.Boss Plumbing worked very hard with very fair rates. You can tell that the owner is passionate about his customers and will do what is right by them. I have and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good plumber!

    Im lucky enough not to need a plumber very often, but when I do Joe is the first guy I call. Quick to respond, personable, and uses high-quality parts. He works on your place like its his own, takes responsibility for his work after the sale, and is just a trustworthy guy.Joe recently replaced my ejector pit when it started warning me it was on its last legs. Like everything nowadays, it was more expensive than I first expected, but a quick check confirmed his prices are fair and in line.I dont hesitate to recommend Joe and Boss Plumbing to anyone who asks.     Boss Plumbing has been out to my home any time we have plumbing needs and every time the issue has been fixed promptly and cost-effectively. The most recent time was a little scary, as water was coming up through a drain in the basement and we werent sure why. Joe came out within an hour of my call and diagnosed the problem right away.     I had a great experience with Joe. I called in the morning, he was over within the hour, the problem was fixed easily and quickly.     It was New Years Eve and our sump pump went out...and it was raining! My husband and I were in a total panic and knew it would be hard to find a plumber who could come out that day. I found a couple plumbers on Yelp who had good reviews. Boss Plumbing was one of them. We heard back from Joe right away and he even showed up within a couple hours and swapped out our failing sump pump and backup battery to a much better system. Hes not only really skilled at what he does but hes super friendly and talked to my husband in great length about the installation process. Very grateful to have Boss Plumbing take care of us that day!

    We noticed our water heater was leaking one night and we called Boss Plumbing. Joe answered during the evening, after business hours and explained what was happening with the problem. He then came out the next morning, on time, and installed a new one within an hour and a half.He then told us about a leaky faucet, and rather than charging us for it, he told us how to fix it.Overall, Boss plumbing was very easy to work with, and I highly recommend their services.

    Very honest and very responsive! Had a problem with a basement toilet that wasn’t flushing. I called them at 2:54 and they showed up at 3:09 (I checked :-). After trying to snake the plugged area they later found water in my utility room which turned my visit from a couple hundred to $1,400! BUT he figured out that there was simply a switch that has been turned off. NO CHARGE, not even for the visit and their time. Problem solved within 30 minutes from the time I placed the call.This is the 3rd time or so that I’ve used them. Excellent every time.

    Joe is truly an expert. When our shower valve was leaking we had to turn the water off to our entire home. Joe came quickly, diagnosed how to best repair, and finished just a couple hours later. We had to open the wall and he still left the area well cleaned. Even the homes 50+ year old pipes were no match for Boss Plumbing.

    Soon after moving into a new townhouse I needed a new hot water heater. My realtor recommended Boss Plumbing Corp. I contacted the owner Joe Cohen for an estimate. He responded promptly and installed a new water heater. I was so impressed with the quality of his work, his great attitude, and reasonable pricing, that I had him do some additional work replacing outdoor waters pickets and some water lines. A few years later I developed a leak in the master bedroom shower. The water was pouring into the unfinished basement. I called Joe and he came out the same day to take a look. He fixed the leak in minutes. When I asked him what I owe him he said nothing. What plumber does that? I would enthusiastically recommend Boss Plumbing Corp to everyone interested in quality work from a quality man.

    Joe has helped us numerous times throughout the years. The most recent was converting our two handled bathtub faucets to one. This greatly increased our water pressure! In addition, he directed us as to how to select the fixtures we liked which he then picked up for us. He switched out the fixtures and replaced the pipes in one day and cleaned up after himself. As usual, his prices and service are the best around.

    Joe installed our basement sump pump and backup battery system. Given accurate cost assessment up front.. Was on time, thorough, tidy and very friendly. Furthermore, Joe was available after installation. Our power went out while on vacation. Joe saved the day by making sure our backup system worked by checking our home. The back up system worked!     I have nothing but good things to say about Joe. There is a reason he is so highly rated. He is extremely professional and honest. He has worked on our home on three separate occasions; a sump pump install, a kitchen sink hookup (we originally had a different plumber come to hook up the sink, he told us we needed way more work than what was needed, called Joe because things didnt sound right, and he came and did the install for half the cost on the same day), and to check on some frozen pipes. He is honest explains what he is doing every step of the way and when it is and isnt necessary to have repairs done.Would definitely recommend Joe for any plumbing needs!

    We have used Boss Plumbing for multiple jobs over the past three years. I would not call anyone else! Most importantly, Boss Plumbing provides quality work at the same time however, they are unbelievably honest - an all too rare quality.The recent work performed not only corrected prior work by a different contractor that was not to code but they were incredibly responsive averting a problem (failing hot water heater) fitting us into an already busy schedule.I would trust Boss Plumbing, and especially Joe Boss, with any job at my house.

    Very happy! While these guys are not the cheapest if you are looking for quality you can rest assured they know their stuff and will fix the issue the right way. Weve used them three times on three separate issues. They were prompt, responsive and also helped me understand the root issue with a plumbing problem we had (which is now fixed).

    Super nice guy, family owned business and works with his college age son. (He like dogs, and thats a plus since I have two! ) I had a leak in the basement and called him on Sunday morning, and he called me right back and set up an appointment for Monday, I asked if he could let me know and he texted me when he was 30 minutes away, hes very responsive. Turns out it was a caulk and seal issue that could easily and quickly be repaired. He targeted the issue immediately and Im so grateful, he was honest and so affordable. I now have a new Go to plumber! Highly recommend.

    Great experience! We had a clogged sink drain, and they squeezed us in that same day. When they arrived, the clog had magically resolved itself. We think the drain pipe might have been frozen. They checked it out quickly and found no problems, so they were kind enough not to charge us. We will definitely call them again if we have any further issues!

    You hear a lot of stereotypes about plumbers over charging or adding services that you didnt even know you needed...that stereotype has been changed for me by Boss Plumbing! I just moved to a home and of course after day four of being here my washer broke and the installation man tells me that the hose is completely erroded and I would need the valve and hose fully replaced. With the panic of new moving costs and the feeling of being overwhelmed, I called Boss Plumbing. They were referred to me by a friend, so I made the call. I am absolutely floored at how sweet and comforting the person on the phone was, this call alone was at the highest level of customer service. Within the next hour they had Joe at my door with tool kit in hand and my problem fixed! The most amazing part was, that I was convincing him of replacing parts and he found a way to fix the issue without replacing it and now the pipes literally look brand new. I highly recommend Boss Plumbing and will never use anyone else. Fyi... turns out the super savvy, quick thinking plumber that showed up at my door was the owner himself!
