    Our sink backed up on Thanksgiving. I called the next day for service, and I was given a four hour window. The plumber showed up within the first half an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, and cleared the drain. He was friendly, efficient, and the work was very clean. Very happy with the experience.

    We had called for service and Destin arrived within an hour. Destin was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issue and cause of failure, as well as pointed out other issues to keep an eye on. Destin was able to fix our sink quickly and competently. I highly recommend.

    Brian was our service Tech. He arrived around the established time ready to work. After listening to my attempt to clear a clogged sink drain pipe he hooked up the big boy power snake and eventually cleared the line. During the process I learned how he came to be employed by Roto Rooter after serving in the Army. He was a very positive individual and goodcompany employee. Roto-Rooter has a keeper.

    Brian was fantastic. I cannot say enough about how helpful he was. We have a rental unit and the renter had a very short time window of availability. Brian responded very fast and saved me 4hours of driving in the car to look at a slow sink. He honestly assessed the situation and presented us with a fair conclusion.     They were responsive and professional and didnt try to upsell me on something I didnt need, provided the service that was described. And Bobby was very friendly and even had great conversation with him before he left.Quick update the next guy that came was the video technician, he took a video of the sewer line from the street in and told us that it was still clogged and that we needed to replace a small piece of pipe and it would cost $8,000.......$8,000 for what amounts to about a half a days work. I appreciate the drain cleaning service but I would never hire these people to do work other than that, ever! My wife met the gentleman on site and he clearly thought he had somebody who knew nothing and he could take advantage of, and they didnt keep a recording of the video.... Which is insane, so they videoed it but then didnt keep a recording so we cant look at the video, I have a professional pipe camera, they all record video and honestly its a whole lot easier to review the video after the fact then try and review it while youre pushing it through the drain. $8,000, just keep that number in your brain for how much it cost for half a days work and an excavator. Its important to note also that I own it civil engineering company and used to own a paving company, have owned excavators backhoes and skid steers and Im well versed in what is required to do this work.

Everyone on the team of experts did an amazing job in the snow and icy rain to get the job done.     Amazing! We had plumbing come out and was very honest and upfront. Gave us all the options we needed for fixing vs replacing our water heater. Then water remediation came out to check for damage. He too was up front that we likely didnt need their services and ways we could make sure it dries properly ourselves. When we are ready to replace it we will be contacting them again.

    I had a backup to my main sewer line I was dealing with for a week. Unlike other companies that gave me a window of 5-6 hours to show up to inspect the problem, Frank from Rotor Rooter showed up 30 minutes after I called. Unlike other companies that couldn’t figure out the problem, Frank was able to diagnose it within 10 minutes upon arrival. Unfortunately it ended up being an extensive undertaking to fix $$$. Frank was able to schedule me in for construction in less than 24 hours. Himself and the team showed up before 8am all ready to tackle the problem. Everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and polite. They fixed the issue within a couple hours and cleaned up after themselves. I was extremely pleased with the service and the follow up from Frank. Definitely recommend using Rotor Rooter for any of your plumbing issues.     Edgar was the BEST!!! My adult daughter Has many health problems. She became very sick last night and was vomiting really Hard. Come to find out afterward that her top dentures had come out while doing this. However, she didn’t notice until she started to eat about 15 minutes later. Much to her surprise, she had no teeth. She was so upset last night. Not a pretty sight. Edgar came today and I asked his opinion as to what to do. He told me my options and I told him I want him to do whatever he thought was best. He removed the toilet and did his magic and, lo and behold, found the dentures. What a relief that was that we didn’t have to get new ones. Called the dentist and he told us how to clean them and that’s our happy ending. Thank you to Edgar for His expertise and work ethic. He was a very pleasant person to deal with and had a great sense of humor. Obviously, if you have to go through a toilet to look for dentures, you need that sense of humor.

    Roto-Rooter, fixed our sewer line out front of our home and inside of our basement. They came the day I called and were very professional. They needed to come back the next day due to our pipe was crack and needed to be replaced. Overall everything was great. The only negative feedback I would say would be, their team needs to take a picture of the area they dig up. For us, the guy just put bushes back in any order. When I asked to put the bushes in the spaces they were originally in, the guy was not happy and didnt do a good job. I had to redo the bushes after he left.

    I had to replace 2 shut off valves that broke in the middle of the night. When Edgar said he had to cut the wall in my bedroom due to old pipes, I thought the worst. But, my repair was amazing!! What a dedicated and professional employee Edgar is! My pipes are fixed, the wall needed only a small cut, which was quickly concealed with a small trap door. Many thanks!!

    The day prior to leaving on vacation my sewer line backed up and caused a complete blockage rendering toilets, showers, washing machine , everything....useless. I called RotoRooter and within 2 hours I had a tech on site. After clearing the blockage he requested a further evaluation on the stability of the cast iron trap installed over 40 years prior. The 2nd tech arrived the next morning and (via pipe camera) confirmed the broken trap at the base of my sewer line. He called in the his crew and the entire pipe was excavated & replaced in less than 3 hours. The process was smooth, well communicated, and executed with true professionalism. My family and I were able to leave on vaca. with peace of mind and a 10-year guarantee on the work. Thank you!

    Had an emergency over the weekend with an overflowing toilet on our first floor that leaked into our basement and damaged our ceiling drywall. Called the local Roto-Rooter number and they were able to send out Frank to take a look. Frank was awesome! He ran a camera thru our sewage line and found it was backed up due to the pipe being broken where it exits the foundation. He was able to quickly call and get us scheduled for a repair (which due to the pipe’s location required extensive excavation). Frank handled the entire situation with professionalism and was very sympathetic to my husband’s and mine’s frustration over the whole situation. Would definitely recommend again.

    My wife and I woke up to a flooded basement on a Sunday morning. We were starting to panic when we discovered that some of the flood contained sewage. I called roto-rooter and the responded in less than an hour. The tech 1135 was extremely professional and courteous. He explained what the problem was and got it resolved ASAP. They also offered professional cleanup services that did a dynamite job. Tech 1050 explained the process and was very professional.     Roto Rooter came out a few weeks to to resolve a toilet clog, which turned out to be a collapsed sewer pipe. The pipe was made of Orangeburg because of the neighborhood I live in. The work on the sewer drain went off without incident, but there was some brief miscommunication about the work on the pipe outside. They had to reschedule the inspector and we werent notified. Also we had an issue with the plumber not properly connecting our toilet. After a little bit of phone tag, we got our problems resolved. Roto Rooter will listen to you and they will not leave you stranded, even when theres issues with the job. I will absolutely use you again, and thank you for your professionalism and tenacity!
