As a first time home buyer, I came into house ownership with big aspirations that I would be able to do a lot of renovations myself with no construction experience. I shortly found that I was over my head and thankfully, I was referred over to MPCR! Shane at MPCR is our saving grace. He has not only helped us with the physical part of building our dream home, but he has provided us with priceless advice drawing from his years of experience in construction. He is efficient, knowledgable, honest, and a hard worker. He has pride in doing an excellent job, and that is exactly what you need in a general contractor!! He’s replaced two doors, replaced the trim on the door, helped us knock down a wall, finished taking out a window, drywalled and finished rooms, and I know I’m going to have him help us replace flooring and fix some termite damage we found in the house. He never leaves a mess, and honestly left the house cleaner than when he first comes!!! I will always recommend MPCR and Shane to anyone who asks!

Had a new front porch and steps built, and they replaced the fencing along my one side that desperately needed it. They took care of all the problems I had quick and with quality work. They were respectful and completed everything in a fair time especially with the heat we’ve had lately. The work looks great and I’m very happy with the end product. I highly recommend this business and will be using them again in the future.

Shane and his crew truly are a 1 stop shop. We shopped around for a company we felt comfortable with to assist with the renovations of our home. He came right out walked us through the process of what would happen to be able to open up a load bearing wall from pouring the footer to having the correct beam size to carry the load. We felt like Shane was the most honest and truthful contractor we had met with that didnt want to overcharge for the job. He set the schedule to do all of the work and cleaned the house better than before he was there. Highly recommend them for any and all home improvements. Thanks again shane for the great work!
