    Extremely happy! I have only used Knights Mechanical for our HVAC system with great service, and this is the first time using them for plumbing. Our water heater went out. They were extremely busy, so the lady said they would try that day but could definitely do it in the morning. Couple hours later they called and were able to come out. Aaron C was amazing at explaining everything and was here at 8:30 the next morning to put in my new water heater. It was definitely a task. Tank was so full of sediment that it stopped draining. Back up was called because it took 3 of them to carry it out. Ecstatic about my beautiful new hot water heater. We have several different knobs throughout the house in random places that we never knew what they went to. Aaron C checked them out and told me what every single one is used for. He also explained how to properly take care of the water heater and reduce build up. Never realized that all the sediment was reducing the amount of hot water it was holding. We usually had just enough for 2 quick showers in the morning while 1 of us had to wait. Now all 3 of us can take a decent shower in the morning. I have only used Knights Mechanical and will continue to do so. You have a customer for life. Thank you so much 😊

    My experience with Kights Mechanical was the usual top notch. Blake B. was excellent in unclogging my drains. Its funny you asked if I wanted to buy him lunch because Im an owner of two restaurants in E-town and I told him if he is ever up that way to stop in and ask for me so I could buy him lunch. Maybe together we can get him two free lunches, he is sure worthy of them.

    Blake B was extremely helpful and very friendly. He did a great job and cleaned as he went so no mess was left afterwards. It was a same day appointment from when they were called which worked out great! Will definitely be calling them if I have plumbing issues again!

    We had a broken faucet on our tub that wouldnt allow the hot water to be shut off. Knights response time after we made the service call was unreal. Justin N. and Blake B. arrived at our home less than half an hour after we made the service call. Justin completed troubleshooting and repair in less than an hour and quoted some other plumbing work for us as well. We are very pleased with our service experience with Knights Mechanical.

    Once again, blown away by the incredible response time of Knights Mechanical. Called to ask a few questions about the whistling pipes in the house I just recently moved into. They had a tech(Charlie) in the area, finishing up a job and were at my house within an hour. Charlie took care of the mystery of my whistling pipes quickly. No more annoying pipe whistle.     Jace was prompt and professional. We discussed the problem and the likely cause for the clog, then Jace talked through his suggest fix. He quickly removed the old glued together trap to gain access to snake the drain and then rebuilt it all after. It took him no time at all! Highly recommend.
